Outdated Hotel

Cheaper than other options, but still not even worth what they charged.

Hotel was very outdated and a lot of things were broken or run-down. Seems like this was a great hotel 25 years ago, but they have failed to maintain it properly.

موظفين الاستقبال ممتازين جدا سرعة في تسجيل الدخول والخروج 🙏👍

مواقف الفندق لم تكن جيدة او نقول لاتتوفر مواقف بسهولة واعتماد على حظك 😂 مره توقف قريب ومره بعيد وايضاً المسبح لم يكن موقعه جيد قريب من الاستقبال جداً

A pochi passi dallo storico Al Balad, con staff gentile, ampia camera e colazione super

Staff molto gentile, disponibile e professionale. Colazione ottima a buffet, molto ampia e variegata. Camera perfettamente coerente con la descrizione (era al piano 8). Unica pecca: un pò rumoroso il condizionatore d'aria, anche a minima velocità, tant'è che di notte lo spegnevo (si stava comunque bene in considerazione del periodo non caldo). Ampia dotazione quotidiana di bottigliette d'acqua, oltre a stick shampoo, gel.doccia, crema corpo. Balsamo, spazzolino con dentifricio, ecc. Sistemazione camera quotidiana. Infine, la struttura è posta a.pochi passi dalla.Moschea Jaffali e a circa 1km dallo storico quartiere Al Balad

Il sensibile rumore del cantiere in corso che, per fortuna, era notevolmente attenuato dal.lato su cui affacciava la mia camera. Il cantiere NON è dell'hotel, bensì è un lavoro di riqualificazione urbanistica del quartiere; quindi, l'Hotel NON ha alcuna colpa per il rumore.

كل شي لم يعجبني تم الحجز عن طريق البوكنق وعند الوصول للاستقبال اول سوال كم شخص معك للامانه زوجتي وطفلين صغار يقلون لا ماتدخل العدد زايد كيف يعني احط زوجتي وطفل ف غرفه وانا وطفل ف غزفه سوء تعامل لاانصح بالسكن عندهم نهائيا مخيسين لااحترام ولا تقدير لشخص جاي من سفر يتم اخراجك بهذا الاسلوب

good hotel with great calm stay

very clean and well organized rooms are very spacious specially we got suite with our kids service is very quick and staff very helpful extra services and food prices are reasonable and acceptable not expensive calm hotel no noises so you can rest and feel like you're home

wifi was a bit weak in 8th floor but you can manage to connect slowly

Good location and fair value.

The breakfast was lovely. IIt's within walking distance of the Old Town of Jeddah. It would have been nice if the restaurant was open because there were hardly any restaurants in the area open for dinner at night. While the rooms are a little outdated they are very functional and the staff did everything to be helpful.

Very well located

The room is good, the bathroom is the only I had with a separate shower and toilet, meaning after taking your shower there is no water all around the bathroom floor. Located next door from the old town.

Not sure about the restaurants in the area. There was some work going on around the hotel so there was no parking space. There was a massive generator working 24/7. Aircon is quite noisy so aircon + generator = noisy night.

close to old town and good breakfast with view of city

smelled like smoke in a non smoking room, loud construction outside, facilities were old and not really cleaned, flies in the room when we arrived.

We liked all, especially the staff and breakfast. We would stay again here if we come to Riad.
