Very good stay

Amazing staff first of all. You have all you need for the great stay in Terceira: comfortable bed, air conditioner, kettle, wine glasses, balcony, pool, gym. Tasty breakfast with a good variety of food. Private parking.

Our balcony overlooked the children's playground, so it was noisy. 10 days before check-in, the hotel made two debits from the credit card within 15 minutes, but returned only one. This is the first time I have had such a negative experience with the pre-authorization process.

The staff is extremely accommodating, going above and beyond. Very clean hotel with a great variety of options for break

I loved the location (6 minute taxi ride to airport), and the pool & hot tub looking out to the ocean. The breakfast area was lovely & well stocked. There’s a jasmine-lined sidewalk leading out to the road that leads into town, next to the ocean. Bathroom was modern & perfect.

The bed was very flat & very firm, which I didn’t care for, although it was very clean. That was the only thing I’d change.

Very good option in front of the sea with roomy rooms and good breakfast.

We stayed only for a night on a long layover flight, so didn't have much time to enjoy it much, but the pool and spa/bath in front of the sea looks amazing. The Breakfast was good for the price, room was roomy and comfortable and with a nice view too. Staff was supportive and made was some simple sandwiches ("Tostas", like grilled cheese) late in the night even after the kitchen was closed (because other restaurants nearby were also closed).

The reception was very kind, the rooms are excellent and well equipped, an amazing view of the sea, the hotel staff is charming, kind and helpful, the breakfast is amazing and very tasty. Convenient parking near the hotel and right across the road is an excellent restaurant for dinner. Perfect place.

The room with a sea view was amazing, when we were opening the balcony door the feeling was like your bed is right on the beach. The room was comfortable, perfect place for the couple. Location is also good with access to walking beach area, bus stop is near hotel, 10 mins walk to the city cafes and supermarket or you have 2 restaurants just near by (good option for the dinners for example). The included breakfasts were also really good, the ones we are usually expecting to have in the hotel (English breakfasts) :) but probably if you’re staying for more than 4 days you will be eating same food each morning. The water in the pool was cold (as well as in ocean), but the included warm jacuzzi completely compensated this problem!! And there is also a gym, it’s small, but also with ocean view. And we want to give special mention for the staff! They are just amazing people! Everyone was so welcoming and polite and they answered every question we’ve had! We loved this stay much, so if we will come to Terceira island again that would be definitely our choice!

Great hotel with marvellous ocean view and excellent service.

Great hotel at the ocean and with free parking. We stayed only one night, but the room and the service was great. We left early to the airport and could not stay for breakfast.

Good breakfast with beautiful ocean view. Outdoor pool (unfortunately too cold too swim), small gym and sauna. Free parking space in front of the hotel. Nice oceanside walk to Praia, also great for running.

Tiles, vinyl or laminate on the floor instead of carpet, because it is easier to clean.

View was lovely. Several Restaurants close by and nice areas to walk. Easy parking and road access. Great breakfast.

I highly recommend this hotel

It was an exceptional experience. The room was really big and comfortable and the staff was so nice.

The wi-fi could be a bit better. The only missing thing was a pair of slippers :) then everything would be cool.

A room with a view (on the ocean)

The view on the ocean made the experience unforgettable, and the availability of a gym and a spa was uncommon. The buffet in the morning was very rich, and the proximity to a nice restaurant and to Praia's center made everything easier.

More information about the island in person would have been appreciated. But apart from this little thing everything was fantastic.

THE VIEW was gorgeous! i enjoyed sunrise from my bed. Friendly staff. Very clean. lots of selection for breakfast. its a relaxing and PEACEFUL place. i highly recommended it.

Outstanding hotel in Praia da Vitoria.

A lot to like. The rooms are perfectly clean, large, and well-equipped. The beds are very comfortable. The pool and hot tub are large and very clean. The ocean view from the room is spectacular. The breakfast is very good - plenty of prepared hot foods, meats, cheeses, and pastries. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Nice and pleasant . Would recommend to our friends definitely

Staff were very helpful to recommend places to visit and dining. Everyone took their time to explain and assist us in everything from car rental to taxi arrangement. Beautiful and well kept rooms . Staff cleaned our rooms daily and we were very happy with all services .

The location is good. The stuff is helpful. Breakfast is good. Restaurant across the road.

I booked a room with mountain view. It is not mentioned that it is right above the parking. We had to keep the curtains close most of the day.

Relaxing, quiet. Comfortable beds. Wide variety of breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Definitely will stay again and for a longer period.
