Quiet and peaceful, secure, good parking
The mattress wasn't great at all and the pillows flat. Luckily we brought our own.,And the fridge not very chilly as our milk went off.
3.4
Very good breakfast which was included in the price. Nice and friendly staff. The room and surroundings were clean in a quiet location.
Slight confusion with the the location, especially found it hard to locate on the night as it's a residential area with a tiny signboard that can be missed.
Also, physically you need to go to a different building to collect the keys.
3.4
Private but shower over bath not so great. Parking convenient and lovely trees outside. Accomodation a little away from the main entertainment of the Inn but all in all a good place.
The shower over the bath and no non slip in the bath which we found rather high to step into.
3.4
Easy to access and find. Bed was comfy and room had most things you needed.
Shower was extremely hot and efforts to cool it down didn’t work.
3.4
Large, clean room with comfortable beds.
3.4
No hooks to hang coats on.
No fire alarm/evacuation notice in the room so no idea where to gather in event of an evacuation. Is this illegal ? It's certainly not good practice.

Clean comfortable quiet
Nothing

big rooms, lovely hotel
noisy residents!

convenient. comfortable. excellent shower.
heating could be better. rooms used to have microwaves which were very useful. shame no more.

The accommodation was super clean, in a quiet location and well-maintained.
Excellent modern bathroom.
Good size room with landing.
Staff were excellent and very helpful.
It was not mentioned that you needed to go over to the hotel which is about a two-minutes walking distance to check in and collect the keys. So, you turn up as a guest not knowing what to do until you ring the phone number because there is no front desk at inn.
It was nice that there was an outlet for shavers in the bathroom but there was no mirror, making shaving difficult.
The fridge did not work well.

The room was perfect, clean, spacious and easy to access
the only comment is the heaters weren't on prior to my arrival. Thankfully I knew how to switch them on

The staff was friendly at the pub when checking in on Sunday evening. The room was very warm.
1) noisy fridge
2) lid of kettle was broken
3) very poor decorative standard of the room
4) a hole in the side wall where the fridge is
5) broken plug in hand basin
6) no hot water on Sunday 29th January evening
7) no hot water on Monday 30th January evening
8) very poor decorative standard of the shower room
9) poor shower, hardly any water pressure
10) no shelf over hand basin, but brackets were still in wall
11) average standard of cleaniness in room and shower room
12) no chair in the room
13) no table in the room

Staff were proffessional, friendly and helpful when they realised I had a food allergy

The facilities were good fridge, microwave and kettle.
Room 1 is a double room but the bed is against the wall meaning ther person nearest the wall has to crawl to the bottom of the bed to get out. Having said that we only stayed one night and paid for the cheapest room. The bedding was a summer duvet we stayed when it was freezing outside and found the room and bed cold although the heating was on, a heavy quilt would have been better.

Comfortable room with microwave fridge and kettle tea coffee ect. About a 20 min walk into town centre or £7 in a taxi
House keeping asked us if we needed anything ie more tea coffee ect
Could do with sign outside by the trees as guest house set back from rd. You need to check in via The Admiral Inn which was quick and simple, there is a little lane on opposite side of Rd which takes you straight to the pub and literally a minute walk. Shower was abit hard to get temp right but nice and hot

Great location,Thomas on reception really good.
Bed was rock hard
3.4
Only 1 plug socket that was not easy to access because it was behind the bed. No mirror in the room to be able to do hair.
3.4
The shower was good in the double room that we booked
Single room shower was a mere trickle compared to the one in the double room. The first hurdle is finding the place as signage was completely hidden by foliage & only found at the 3rd attempt. The only usable socket in the double room was (after much searching) behind the bed and only after pulling the whole bed away from the wall was accessible. On our departure day(thank goodness!) we could not get any sense from one of the T.V's, and in the single room none of the available appliances worked at all! The supposed 'Free Wifi' was elusive from all of our smartphones for our stay despite several attempts to connect

Shower was good

Superb location and very quiet and ample parking and rooms were exceptionally equipped and very clean - would recommend this to everyone as very impressed indeed - have stayed there 3 times - very comfortable and nice 10/10
Nothing I would return for certain :-)

The post code takes you to the wrong road.
The house is going through a refurbishment and the standard is very poor and definitely not worth the £120 charged.
