crevice in restoration. It was another hotel - Bristol because Londonskyi was closed and staff of Londonskyi was booked Bristol for me.

We were actually upgraded from the Londonskaya to the Bristol Hotel. We loved everything about the Bristol: beautiful interior, great staff, great food, great location!
There was a doorman, but he never opened the door for us. Would have been a nice touch.

I am not sure my review will get posted because it is not about Londonskaya, as all those having a booking there are currently being relocated free of charge to the luxurious Hotel Bristol. Both hotels are run by the same company, which offers this solution while the boulevard housing Londonskaya is sealed off for security reasons because of the ongoing war. Hotel Bristol may have a smaller swimming pool but it is certainly a better hotel set in an ornate historical building in central Odesa. Since I paid the Londonskaya rate (roughly half of what Bristol charges its guests), I stayed in a smaller and simpler mansard room. Yet it had everything I needed and I had access to all the services. Some were limited, however: lights were dim, the water in the pool cooler than usual and one morning there was no breakfast buffet because there were too few guests (we were told to choose from the menu). Following a missile strike on the city one day, some services were further reduced and the guests were asked to use water frugally. But at least there was water and light while most of the city had neither!
Considering the circumstances in Ukraine, I cannot complain.

The hotel is located exactly in the center of Odesa close to Opera House. There are also several parks and historical sites nearby. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Since I’m a member of the Vertex loyalty, we’ve been rewarded with special discounts in the restaurant and SPA. Btw SPA is amazing🤩 It was a great weekend!

the location is great. Nice restaurant and breakfast
it was very cold in the room. Heating by the aircon was noisy and ineffective

Location
The receptionist didn’t know correct time when the spa center is open (not for the first time)and thus we had to wait for one hour for its opening; Our breakfast, scheduled between 10:30-11:00 was not ready, we were asked to come back at 11:00, and when we came at 11:00, it was served cold. It was not our first stay in this hotel, but this time the service was definitely the worst!

Hotel lobby; spacious room; swimming pool and sauna.
It was quite chilly in the room so we had to turn the AC heat on. Breakfast was poor. TV is too small for the size of the room and does not have any channels in Russian and English - no cartoon channels.

Location was incredible - right near the Potemkin Stairs, near so many restaurants and cultural sights. Hotel is gorgeous with a stunning lobby. Room was adequate in size. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool is beautiful. The gym was large and crowded.
The pool was beautiful but they required shower caps. And what they provided was essentially a plastic bag to cover the head which made it impossible to swim in so we gave up which was a big disappointment as I was very much looking forward to swimming laps. However, the pool environment was just gorgeous. Sauna was also nice.

Staff very pleasent and very helpful and great location snc lovely building
Nothing not to dislike really but bathrooms are very good but not luxury and should be upgraded

The location is great.
The worst funny thing ..
In the room phone, there is one button 'room service'
But if you call them after 23.00 they are saying sorry you must come downstairs and get by yourself.
As for me the price was must be less for that service.
All the others normal Stuf was ok also.

Location is perfect. The building of a hotel is a historic landmark, and the architecture is gorgeous. Rooms are a bit old, but spacious and quiet. Amazing staff, and I enjoyed the swimming pool.
They don't serve breakfast in a hotel, so you must walk 1 km to their partner hotel in order to have a breakfast. Not good.

I am a regular client what explains my preference for Londonskaya in Odessa. Staff is excellent and the location could not be better.
As a constructive critic on what could be better and I did not see any improvement during the last years:
During Summer, better not to book the front rooms: loud music plays in the garden till 11:00 pm and later, though Ukrainian law forbids any public noise after 10:00 pm.
Daily at 6:00 in the morning, street cleaners show up with highly noisy dust-blowers regardless of the hotel guests. Reception informed not to be able to avoid this, but once again, Ukrainian law says that no noise is allowed before 8:00 am.
Breakfast is expensive quality wise: for half of its cost, we can have breakfast outside within 200 meters walk, and the hotel menu is of insufficient quality to have a good lunch or dinner.
Wi-fi is really bad, (20 Mbps download and less than 6 Mbps upload - tested). Often water tap work deficiently (no having hot water in the washbasin) some curtains are broken, the hairdryer is obsolete, and there's no electricity outlet in the bathroom. This is a lack of maintenance from the hotel services.
The hotel significantly promotes the SPA image, (as there's an agreement with the nearby facility we can access through an inner corridor from the hotel to the SPA - same owner I believe) but the bad surprise is, hotel guests' have minimal access to the SPA within certain less popular hours of the day. (Unless the guest booked top rooms level)
I apologize Londonskaya staff, who are the main reason for my regular returns to the hotel, but somebody on a higher position must care more about guests regardless of the team great effort to welcome us.
