Was Ok!

The staff were very friendly, location was ok it was close to the restaurant and pubs. Bedroom size was good

Bed was extremely hard, was not comfortable. Photos from booking of pool area is so outdated, pool and area around it was so dirty, we were very disappointed with this. We booked this place as it said 650m from the beach, which in fact it was 1.6km to the entry to the beach so I think they need to change that.

Staff arranged us a taxi for our last day, to go to the port. Location was good, walking distance to the beach, store and night market.

First of all, pictures from hotel are really outdated and/or taken from angles to hide all flaws. Pool is full of allgies and smells bad. Second thing, our room was overlooking the street and right across is "massage" parlour from which girls are screaming "Massageeee" to every guy passing by, walking or on motorcycle or in car. And that usually lasted until 4 am. After that first night of shock and no sleep, we asked staff if it's possible to change room, but right away she said that hotel is completely booked and that everybody complaints about the noise, and that she'll try to call the owner of the parlour. Next night they were little quieter or we didn't hear them cause of other noise from the street (near the lake it was some kind of market and they were playing really really loud music also until 4, 5 am) and some people inside our hotel were acting like lunatics, screaming and running across hotel, slamming doors. Here I blame hotel, cause if you have 24 hours reception and cameras, you know who is causing trouble and you can say it. If that all wasn't enough, one morning we also didn't have running water, and after we went to reception, they turned it on. Apparently they only turned water off for our room, without any explanation.

Great stay, but with one exception.

The room was very nice and big, and had a lovely pool

The massage parlor across from my room had music playing loudly and I found it hard to sleep.

Great place for it's value and location

Everything always goes very well ! Communication is always perfect, the rooms are clean, air conditioners are well-maintained. Everything looks a bit old but I am not young anyway ;)

Decent rooms for cheap and long stay, or a very short stay while transiting.

The room was decent, good size. The pool was a bonus in this property, though we could not use it due to time constraints.

The bed was not very comfy.

convenient, comfortable and good prices accomodation

fairly good location, about a 10 minute walk to the beach but close to the lake, central festival shopping mall and night market.

decking around pool unsafe. wanted a late check out, but the staff quoted a price more than we paid originally, even though we had just stayed for 3 weeks. only wanted it for 6 extra hours nut they said have to pay for a full night? The hotel must of been 1/4 full our whole stay, so there was absolutely no way they would lose a full night booking for the sake of 6 hours as there was plenty of rooms available.

One of the worst place in my trip thailand

Nothing, the staff at the reception are frendly, seriously they should invest the money to do renovations

The place is very bad , very old, the pictures in the profile are from 15 years ago. The balcony is very bad , avoid the street view, is creepy, also this place is far of the beach, when i ask to change the room the offer me ones worst, the towels had wholes, the bathroom full of fungus

Pool was a good size for swimming Great room with smart TV, big bed, sink, microwave, fridge. Location great, near to the central shopping centre

Disappointing

The outside area and the swimming pool are very very nice!! The garden and the nature makes it nice but the rest of the hotel is not what I expected. The room wasn't clean properly, there was too much dust and previous people did smoke inside the room as it smelled bad and walls were yellow. Apparently this is allowed as there was an ashtray provided, but not very pleasant. Staff is nice but the infrastructure did not meet what showed online.

Pool area and garden was absolutely amazing!!!

It was fine at all…but on some furniture is possible to see that are little bit old but for the money what we paid was absolutely ok.

need significant renovation/replacements after lockdown

the massive garden area is magnificent and the area next to the pool is great for the guests to enjoy

we booked villa and when arrived it transpired that nobody was living there for a long time, so it was smelling terribly inside, a combination of prolonged moisture, perhaps mould and a chemical smell perhaps from trying to fix the first 2 problems. we have tried to leave all doors and windows open for a while, but it did not help and it was impossible to stay in, not even considering sleeping inside. we have asked to be moved to a room inside the main building where it was smelling less, but still was not clean and not comfortable to stay in. the mattress was feeling moist and the water was smelling

Exceptional

Though hotel and facilities slightly old and worn, room was spotless and had everything one could need. Staff very nice, excellent location walking distance to the main chaweng area and fantastic value for money.

Location

Staff is rude and got no manners. Housekeeping shouting from 8am, I asked them 3 times to be quiet, they don't care. So the corridor is very loud and the gardeners are also chatting very loud on the garden. Basically impossible to sleep after 8am even on week end.
