La ubicación y que nos dejaron usar las instalaciones aún después de haber tenido salida
El suelo para la piscina es un poco concho

Very near to the beach, very nice staff, good food in the restaurant and a nice pool. They gave us very good recommendations for restaurants nearby and the playa conchal is a 15min walk along the beach away.
The staff was very helpful with everything. Very calm and not many tourists in low season.
We could hear the noise from outside but during nighttime it was mostly quiet

Breakfast was ok.
Could watch the sunset from our porch.
Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Loved the cat at the reception and the monkeys on the trees in the garden.
Walking distance to " shell beach" , it is beautiful!
There are 2 very loud pubs right next to the hotel, did not stop the music and the noise until midnight!
This place is better for young people who want to party, but don't recommend it for families with children.

The receptionist Bryan was a very welcoming, caring and well organised host, and so i could check in a little earlier, which i really appreciate. I had just one Night stay, but i really felt holiday Vibes in the hotel:) Next to my room, which i could cool down by aircondition, if needed, there was a Pool and just 50m to the Brasilto Beach. just a 20min walk is to recommend, because there You will find the wonderful Playa Chonchal, which was my goal for this Trip this time.
Breakfast would have been included, and Bryan offered me Coffee, which i definitely have to try next time. :) Thank You very much for your hospitality :)

Nothing
Everything, poor staff, not a very nice place to stay, Brasilito has become a very poor town , you are going to see everything very dirty and drug addicts on the street all day and night...at the hotel, very poor staffing, had to call front desk there was a family that had small children that where playing at 10pm in the hallways, same family took the pool drying the kids clothes and toys , cooking at the edge of the pool , it was a mess...

Close to the beach.
Bar across the street was loud, but to be expected being a party area. Was not comfortable with the local drunks and druggies in the soccer field across the street. One night the police came to clean them out. No secure parking, parked on the street. Did not feel good leaving my car on the street all night in that environment.

friendly, proximity to the beach, price
stray dogs, cats all over the yard. roasters crowing,

Beautiful location right on the beach. Breakfast was delicious and the room was clean and comfortable

close to beach. Cute and simple. Pool was a real plus. Dining areas were very nice. Nice seaside porch with our room
Price was a little high.

Right on the beach - great location. It’s “rustic” and I don’t recommend the restaurant, but comfortable enough room. A little loud - though a lot of that was a festival, and management did write (slightly) in advance and offer to change dates, which was thoughtful.
Restaurant not so great. Strawberry daiquiri with fluorescent mix, ceviche sat in the citrus too long. Better options nearby.

This is a very sweet little hotel. It is not fancy, but it has everything you need. Our shower was very slow to drain and our room did not have a safe, but those really didn't put a damper on anything. I wasn't a fan of the restaurant, but the rooms come with vouchers to eat at the soda right next door and I recommend using them to get a delicious traditional Tico breakfast. The price can't be beaten and it was only a short walk to Playa Conchal which is such a breathtaking beach. It felt very safe and if you plan to visit Playa Conchal, I highly recommend staying a night or two.
I would have liked to have a safe in my room.

hotel personnel very nice and courteous..
the area ( beach, streets) very dirty. the hotel is not well maintained.

The location w perfect Ocean view of Playa Brasalito and short walk to Playa Conchal.

I liked the location in terms of close to the beach and surrounded by local bars and sodas. Big room with a small desk and a cupboard with a safe.
Everything is in need for some tlc, the door and lock, the bathroom, the outdoor areas including all the plastic chairs and tables.

the Food at the Restaurant was delicious
the room was not really clean

fantastic location for getting to playa conchal. there are loads of places to eat near by. we would recommend Olas for food! the grounds are nicely kept and the pool was clean. AC was good.
ask to be put in rooms A B or C. we asked to move after we had an ant infestation in another room and these rooms are so much nicer. the other rooms were not as nice.
8.0
The room was spacious and beds were comfortable. The location on the beach was wonderful.
3.0
Room had fridge, microwave, coffee machine and small kitchen
WIFI was incredible - swimming pool was nice
not much people so it was really quiet
- Rooms are very old, no parking for our car, it was parked in public street and security from the hotel watched the car from 10pm - 6am
- breakfast........ 0/10 only coffee, toast, jams and fruits - they will bring it to you (no buffet) We decided to go out to other places rather that have the "breakfast included"
- street cats and dogs in the restaurant and lobby (they looked sick)
- Property next to hotel had a roster and chickens so by 5am there was a loooot of noise, not the best place to rest

I just had coffee not breakfast I sleep inn. Lol
I didn’t like the toilet noises we couldn’t sleep because of that! Every time we flash it i loud noise start happening! Next day I complain about it snd they switched us to a different room, that was nice of them i appreciated thank you.

Close to beach and local retail, restaurants and sodas. Dinner was surprisingly excellent - presentation, price and taste. We ate at tables setup on the beach under tiki lamps, very nice.
The area doesn't feel very safe at night. A couple of local guys got in a fight and threw rocks at each other, damaging a friends rental car that was parked next to ours. There are only 4 spots for off street parking. The hotel room was clean but did not have a TV and the hot water only trickled out (not a huge deal with the weather). Property is dated. Disappointed there didn't appear to be a breakfast served as they have a nice dining area with ocean view.
2.0
Close to beach, however beach wasn’t maintained and covered in garbage.
Non-hotel guests hung around the pools at all hours with loud music and smoking bongs. Zero insulation in the rooms, you can hear everything outside. Dirt bikes parked all over, blocking off a lot of the seating areas and hammock. Only 4 parking spots available or else you need to pay to park. Air conditioner kept shutting off on its own. Rooms are very run down. Bathroom drain is bent up and sharp, cut my toe on it. We ended up checking out a day early and reception said they would refund us for the last night. Now they won’t answer any messages and never refunded. Do not stay here. Incredibly over priced.
7.0
Location was fantastic, room had everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Parking was a little difficult - the few property spaces had an extremely rough driveway however on-street parking was available the nights we stayed in view of the hotel guards. The staff were not particularly visible/available and during breakfast not very helpful.
5.0
It was quiet.
The room was extremely tiny. The beach was used by horses and smelled.

Location is good
We booked and payed for a room with 2 beds and were given a room with one bed. Very run down, bedding smelled unclean, water leaked all night in bathroom, flooring was bending when walking on it and could see through cracks in the floor and doors. You can hear every single sound outside, beside, below, behind you. Also especially at night didn’t seem like the safest area.
6.0
The restaurant is nice.
The room was ok, the area location not ok, the pool was dirty and had a weird smell.
9.0
great hospitality and domestic feel
6.0
There was not a parking lot, just a few spots limited to people with disabilities. This was not reported at the time of booking.
7.0
The employee who checked me in was very kind and helpful.
The biggest disappointment was the numerous guests yelling at their kids, playing loud music, and overall noisyness within the hotel.
