Location was walking distance from the bus station, our reservations were messed up a bit as I had reserved a 2 bed room, but booking had asked for a matrimony room.. nope not with my brother. The staff there understood and accommodated us. Breakfast was superb. My only issue was we were facing the street which was a bit loud.
How loud it was. We could hear the staff talking from the bathroom window. Plus the noise from the street

This is definitely one of the best hotels to stay in Nazca. It is clean, modern, and well managed to international standards. My somewhat less-than-ideal perception of the property might be due to our fairly negative experience in chaotic Nazca, not the property itself.
Our primary concern was parking as we arrived in a huge rented van. I booked this hotel because it advertised free secure parking. However, when approaching the property, I realised it is located in the tightest, densest epicentre of the madness that Nazca town is. Squeezing by the hotel was a challenge, let alone stopping. Even slowing down to check if this is the right place bore the risk of people jumping on the van, banging on the windows and the whole street started honking, and that's barely an exaggeration. Even cops showed up! It became very clear there is no stopping at this location. We sneaked one person out of the van in motion to go check where we can park while I kept driving. It turned out the hotel does have secure parking some distance out of the most touristy part of Nazca. It is an excellent secured inner yard with a locked gate, but it could have saved me a few neurones if this was communicated in advance of our arrival, considering I indicated I need car parking. Instead, I was inundated with numerous generic/automated check-in instructions and feedback surveys. We were a group of 8 so I got all these individually for every single person in our group.
We also found breakfast, although free, to be the bare minimum. At the time we got down to the restaurant there were no meat options left whatsoever, not even processed meat.
Apart from communication and breakfast, there is really nothing wrong with this hotel, but we did not like Nazca in general.

They gave us a nice room but due to the noise from the street, we changed the room during the night.
Noisy during the night the street side of the rooms.

breakfast should be improved

The internal courtyard with trees. The swimming pool surrounded with buganville. The spacious room.
Pigeons should be prevented from drinking with pool water.
3.5 / 5.0
The location, it is closed to almost everything.
I think it is too expensive for what it offers: a very, very basic room. People are kind but they lack entusiasm. It wasn't up to my expectations.

Nice staff. Very helpful
This is my second time with Casa Andina and it is unbelievable how they manage to ask that money for these kinds of rooms. It is not a hotel, it is actually "hosteria". There was no hot water for the first 3-4 minutes when you turned on the shower. I would avoid the Casa Andina hotel chain.

Nice pool area
Good location close to restaurants and a private secured parking nearby.
Good WiFi.
Breakfast could be better for the price of the hotel, few options and a lot of it was not being re-filled.
Bathroom wasn’t particularly nice, felt a bit cheap.

nice pool.
I decided to go downstairs at 9pm and chat with a friend of mine in the restaurant, only the two of us. Security told us restaurant was closing so we went to the main lobby, they kicked us out of there too, then to the common area, we were absolutely not loud. Twenty minutes later they told us we couldn’t seat in the common area, which, in a hotel, this does not happen unless it’s noisy. I told him we weren’t gonna move, as we were literally almost whispering and we can be there. then the guy came back and apologize, but I just didn’t deserve, liked the way they handled it.

The greater value for money I've ever found on Booking, everything was perfect, the staff very helpfull, I had the night bus the following day and they provided everything I needed also after check-out. The room and the enviroment were super confy, for this kind of facilities I would expected to pay double without any complain! Highly recommended.
Nothing at all! Well above expectations
