For 6k, not exactly value

Central location

Broken electrical outlet, defective landline (no dial tone), hair of the previous guests on the toilet floor, hot water comes out 5 minutes water running the showers

Will always come back here

I always come back to this place and refer my family and friends to book here. Great ambience, nice food, and close proximity to the popular places in Baguio without the hassle of traffic and noise.

Good hotel to stay in Baguio

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and had a good rest after a day of going around the area and the water heater works fine. The room includes a ref and a coffee maker. The property is just a walking distance to SM, Session Rd, and Burnham Park. The staff are courteous as well. Overall, had a good stay.

Going to the parking area was quite a challenge. Seems not lower than 45 degrees. There’s no elevator, thus it would be a challenge for some to climb up the stairs.

Disappointing

The location is ok, very accessible. It's near the mall and the venue of the conference. Taxis are easy to get. The food is at par with its reputation. The place is quiet enough. However, the traffic noise outside may be bothersome for others.

I think the staff could be trained better. They are courteous but not as accommodating as other staff expected of hotels. Two occasions have demonstrated this aspect: the lack of central management in personal requests to keep packed breakfast (was promised but disappeared in the evening) and the lack of better response towards reminding the resident that she must check out. I acknowledge my shortcomings but I think the staff could've been more sensitive and responsive to my concerns regarding my forgotten phone and new number which wasn't jotted down, hence I had to book another room, a family suite room, at 10:49 pm just to catch some rest. I had to shell an additional expense for it. In the last room that i was transferred I also noticed that the toilets were not working. Please train your staff before hiring. Please look into the facilities like flush, hot water mechanics and better towels. Am sorry I have to itemize all these. Thanks.

no generator, power outages, no cable, no basic first aid medicine available at the front desk, no trained medical nurse onsite or trained staff with first aid knowledge, haunted as confirmed by staff, old dirty looking towels, worn down facility

Location and rustic ambiance. The staff was nice, friendly and helpful. Station Hill is a great resto.

No extra outlets for charging gadgets. Towels were old. Footsteps and loud conversations can be heard from the room.

Perfect location right on Session Road. The resto served good food.

The room and t&b were too small, the bed was just a double bed and too narrow for 2 people, so we asked to change to a bigger room. We moved to the "honeymoon room" which was just slightly bigger. We paid an additional p1k plus/night extra.

Over all, my husband and I enjoyed our stay. And the coffee at the dining area wa superb!

We stayed there during Valentines and the dining area was quite full. the staff on duty at the reception did not inform us beforehand that we need to have a table reservation before we dine. So expectedly, we had to eat somewhere else for the night. But the breakfast the following morning more than made up for last night's debacle.

There were very few cable channels available. Plus I had to wait for several minutes before the water was warm enough for comfort when I took my bath.

The room was above the shop, and it's really noisy during the day. Like the people from the shop are in your room. So, you can't get a nap in the afternoon until it's dark.

The room has a broken air condition and was replaced only by a fan/cooler. This reservation is meant for me and my husband. But since we've had some conflicts with our schedule, I gave it to my friend instead. She shared her experience with their family trip in Baguio, it turned out awesome, except from the hotel service. The rate I have paid for is not fair from the service they have received. I felt embarrassed when she told me about it! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!
