Estancia inolvidable. Repetiremos.

La estancia fue perfecta. El personal es muy atento, sobre todo Alberto Melián, que nos ayudó en absolutamente todo lo que le pedimos (nos ayudó a encontrar coche de alquiler, nos facilitó una ruta/guía para visitar la isla, etc)

Palm Beach Excel Hotels & Resorts -perfect for families

I'd highly recommend Palm Beach for its location, entertainment, and activities on offer for all the family. It offers a pool for the small kiddies as well as a kids club and games....water mat, foam party, BBQ, music, live music 🎶 and just good craic (a special mention for the highly entertaining Valentino as he kept everyone going), themed days (white, pink (flamingo party) and Spainish Day and they've life guards on duty which added that extra assurance. It's central and literally across the road from the beach and a supermarket right around the corner. The restaurant offers a wide range of food and if you wanted to dine in, the apts have everything you need to make your own(especially if you have fussy kids) and then there are plenty of restaurants close by.

To be honest, we had a great holiday and I've no complaint. The staff were extremely helpful and if you needed anything, there wasn't a big wait time.

Spacieux mais peu confortable ...

La vue, la taille de la terrasse, la climatisation efficace, la cuisine fonctionnelle et spacieuse.

Le pommeau de douche vieux et le débit d'eau de celui ci était faible, douche peu agréable à prendre, avec un rideau qui vous colle à la peau en prime. La qualité de la literie du salon ( canapé lit ) est purement nul, on sent le sommier, bonjour le mal de dos!

Vacaciones en familia

Todos los empleados eran muy amables y la piscina estaba genial, en nuestro caso pudimos dormir bien ya que el ruido de discotecas se oía muy lejano, lo hemos pasado genial con las actividades.

Solo limpian la habitación cada 4 noches (te avisan cuando llegas) y la cocina está pegada a las camas y olía bastante por la basura.

To był bardzo udany urlop, świetna pogoda, wspaniale spędzony czas z rodziną

Bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Duży wybór jedzenia, każdy znajdzie coś co lubi. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja.

Wszystko było w porządku jednak pokoje potrzebują remontu. I było by fajnie gdyby goście hotelowi nie wydzierali się na korytarzach i brali pod uwagę, że nie są sami. Mimo tych niedogodności skorzystałabym w przyszłości z gościnności tego hotelu.

Bellissimo resort con tutti i servizi possibili, a due passi dal mare e in pieno centro!

La struttura è bellissima. La mia camera era per due persone ma era grandissima con due letti singoli e un divano letto che diventava letto matrimoniale. Posizione perfetta a due passi dal mare e vicino ai locali. Mini market all’interno perfetto per fare la spesa. Ottima colazione e bella piscina. Parcheggio a pagamento molto comodo! Super consigliato

if you're lookin for fun near the action this is it. If you want quiet classy balearic vibes, pass.

Staff are very attentive especially Valentino at the pool.

Just two things that makes it tough is the noise due to the location. I didn't get very good sleep for the 2 days I was there if any. There is pounding techno all night till 5 am, but your in the middle of clubland. Also the DJ at the pool would be nice if they played beautiful summer music of chilled music instead of pounding techno at 12 pm and then cheesy song after cheesy song. Other than that, this place is perfect.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja starego i mocno zużytego hotelu

Hotel jest rewelacyjnie zlokalizowany w centrum miejscowości

Hotel jest już bardzo stary i niestety zaniedbany. W opisie wyraźnie wyszczególniony jest podgrzewany basen którego nie ma w ogóle a woda zimą jest bardzo chłodna i nie zachęca do kąpieli. Pokoje sprzątane nie są codziennie. Pokoje i łazienki są już bardzo stare i zużyte. W okolicach basenu choć jest sprzątane to zużycie elementów jest bardzo widoczne. Posiłki dosyć smaczne choć mało urozmaicone. Śniadania bardzo słabe

Un séjour non enthousiasment, j'ai connu beaucoup mieux.

La proximité de la plage.

Une salle de bain avec un sèche cheveux des années 50.( un grille cheveux ), des placards vétustes sur le bas... Le parking payant, La piscine non chauffée et ne pas pouvoir s'y installer, puisque les gens mettent une serviette sur le transat dès 8 h 30 pour la journée .Une télévision avec X chaines étrangères et 2 chaines Françaises. Le petit déjeuner est une foire d'empoigne, les machines à café sont en panne, une fois installé et que vous avez oublié quelque chose, à votre retour à la table, elle a déjà été débarrassée .Les serveurs ne font pas la différence entre celui qui arrive et celui qui est parti.. Méfiance les prix des boissons sont très élevées, 2 verres de coca = 6.80€....

Výborné umístění, dobrá a rozmanitá snídaně, ochotný personál a pěkný výhled jsou jediná pozitiva tohoto hotelu. Pokud hledáte čisté ubytování a chcete se alespoň 6 hodin vyspat, jeďte jinam.

Za 180€ na noc dostanete pokoj pro dva s: • Šváby v koupelně !!! koupelna jako taková ve špatném stavu. • Neexistující zvukovou izolací - v noci uslyšíte naprosto vše: velmi hlučnou klimatizaci ze sousední budovy, vracející se hosty ve 4 ráno mláticí a zvonící na dveře, párty cca 8 lidí na pokoji v 7 ráno také není problém ... • Zatuchlou klimatizaci. • Parkoviště před hotelem za příplatek 18€ / den, případně můžete parkovat na ulici, pokud budete mít štěstí a alespoň za 20 min najdete místo. • Polofunkční společnou vířivkou se špinavou vodou. • Starý otlučený pokoj. Přečtěte si předem negativní recenze, často v nich lidé přehánějí, zde nikoliv...

I liked our apartment and the pool view.

Our bed was really uncomfortable and we didn't sleep much as a result, it was too hard. Cleaners came and didn't clean properly on the second occasion. They failed to mop, sweep or dust and left bed linen unattended. The first time the apartment was cleaned, it was done properly. We stayed here for 8 nights. We were told to phone down in the morning for a late checkout and were informed we couldn't have one. When checking out, we were told we could stay until 1 if we wanted!!! By then we had queued for 20 minutes and it wasn't worthwhile going back to the room. The luggage room is outside of the hotel with no supervision. One machine for toast and high demand, took ages to cook toast. Breakfast was average and some mornings it was worse than others.

Brilliant place to stay, staff were amazing, location amazing, I've already booked a return visit!

The location was absolutely fantastic as was Alberto who looked after us for the duration of our stay. The Hotel was clean, staff friendly and cannot stress enough how conveniently located it is.

The check in time is really late - I think 16:30 from memory which is quite a long time. When you go to check in, there are a lot of people waiting around in the Lobby. This is the only drawback, everything else at the hotel is absolutely fantastic.

Great hotel

Great location. Staff were extremely helpful and professional. All areas of hotel clean.

Some areas needed improving such as tiles by the stage loose and had come away, it just needs a bit of TLC. Living area was far too small for a family of 5 people. Pool could have been a bit warmer.

Tolle Lage, freundliches Personal, das Hotel jedoch in die Jahre gekommen.

Tolle Lage, sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr gut finden wir, daß wir ein Zimmer mit kleiner Kücke buchen konnten.

Die Zimmer sind mittlerweile etwas in die Jahre gekommen. In der Küche war die Einrichtung sehr minimalisiert. Für 2 Tage ok, aber für länger nicht geeignet. Balkontür ging sehr , sehr schwer zu schieben und man konnte sie nicht schließen. Die Öffentliche Toilette im Poolbereich war eigentlich nicht zu benutzen.

Very basic. Hotel pictures don’t do it justice. Staff know hotel not brilliant. Pay for pool towels, 5 euros per towel. Non refundable. Tip, buy your own from the shops. Breakfast not great.

Zonnige, warme en ontspannen wintervakantie

Het vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, een grote kamer (44m²) met ruime badkamer en een groot buitenterras met uitzicht op zwembad en strand. Uitgebreide keuze aan assortiment zowel bij het ontbijt als bij het avondmaal. De ligging was ook perfect, direct aan strand.

Bardzo udany pobyt z rodziną. Super miejsce i ludzie.

Obiekt duży z pięknym widokiem na ocean i basen. Hotel z wieloma atrakcjami (m.in. siłownia, sala zabaw dla dzieci, bilard, boule). Duży podgrzewany basen z brodzikiem dla dzieci, jacuzzi, leżaki i parasole. Codziennie na basenie był ratownik i animator (również zajęcia fitnes, joga). Bar z jedzeniem przy basenie serwujący wiele dań i alkohol. Śniadania i kolacje bardzo smaczne, urozmaicone, miła i profesjonalna obsługa. Codziennie podczas kolacji i zaraz po niej na scenie mini amfiteatru były występy artystów (piosenkarzy, tancerzy)- każdego dnia był inny artysta- profesjonalista. W pokojach czysto i wszystko co niezbędne, aneks kuchenny z większością sprzętów oraz działająca klimatyzacja. W obiekcie i zaraz przy nim sklepy, apteka. Lokalizacja hotelu przy samym deptaku i plaży. Przy hotelu dostępny był również płatny parking

Never again we will stay at this hotel.

The location and the pool

the security of rooms, we had 500 Euro stolen from our sons room. The police said they gained entry from the balcony because the doors cannot be secured properly the hotel staff said this was impossible as the room was on the 9th floor but the police said this is a regular occurrence. The rooms had safes but none of them were working in any room in the hotel. The room was only cleaned once in the 8 days we were there and we had to ask for the towels and bed linen to be changed. We had to stager our shower times as there was not enough hot water for to shower one after the other, very frustrating. The rooms were very tired and in need of refurbishment and the A/C was useless.

El trato en recepción, dispuestos en todo momento a que la estancia fuese lo más agradable. La ubicación perfecta. el precio nos pareció correcto.

Las habitaciones de al lado fumaban marihuana y olía constantemente. Aunque nos quejamos en recepción y mandaban a alguien de seguridad para comprobarlo..... el olor nunca cesó

Lo pasamos muy bien

La piscina y el servicio del personal en general, la animación, fueron muy amables todos. El desayuno estaba muy bien, La ubicación genial. Pese algunos detalles volveria a hospedarme sin problema y lo recomiendo.

La carne casi cruda de la fiesta de la barbacoa, no todos tenemos los mismos gustos y no comimos bien. Lastima porque tenian una buena cantante amenizando. No tienen garaje propio es del hotel Troya y sale unos 10 € diarios con descuento para los alojados, esta seguro el coche pero es un coste extra a tener en cuenta.
