Privacy was amazing.
A few things weren’t in good condition and the facts that there wasn’t enough soaps.

The staff were really friendly and accommodating. Every query was handled professionally and promptly.
When running the taps in the bathroom, the lights would flicker, and this could be quite distracting. The sink took some time time to drain the water, which meant you couldn't wash up much at a time. The security guard doesn't have access to the office so if you needed facilities he wasn't able to access them but would do his best to support regardless.

Quiet location, rooms were spacious
Need more essential amenities like bath soap and forget the shampoo etc. Also, bottled water in the rooms would have been good. Need new beds and also the bedside tables need to be more accessible to the bed

Charmaine the manager was unbelievably kind and helpful! The facilities were great! And that view!
Really good value for money.
We will definitely be back!
The only thing that could improve is the beautiful giant tub in our room didn't work.

Maybe there should be a category lower than poor and bad so I can truly rate this hotel
I would not put my worse enemy or worst client to stay at that hotel.
The property should be closed or not offered on your site

Needed a blanket rather than just sheets as it was too cold with the air con on.

In the villa was good . Big and family oriented
No activities, no restaurants on site, a little too quiet and boring.

It was beautiful and green, spacious quiet grounds and surrounding, lovely pool with the deepest end being about 6ft 10inches.
A nice place to get away from city life and just relax.
The beach was isolated, deserted and seemed abandoned like it hadn't been used for years. It was overgrown with weeds and so I didnt feel comfortable using it. I assumed it was in that state due to Covid and not having guest to use it. I didnt see any other guest at the property.
However one night I keep i had neighbor in the room next door as they were noisy and I could hear banging of items which was annoying.
I reported it to the office the next day and had a apology and was told those guess were just for the night as they left earlier in the morning prior to my complaint

The rooms, pool location and views were really nice.
The wifi was bad kept going in and out. You had to be near the pool or reception area for goos connection. Also, the water kept cutting off each day it had to be reset to shower, wash dishes or clean your hands.

Wonderful quiet location, close to some beautiful beaches- would recommend renting a car, we used drive-o-matic and couldn’t fault. Booked a car and it came an hour later, they also dropped us off at the airport.
Only a 15 min drive to jolly beach so near enough to some amenities without being right in the thick of it.
Set in lovely grounds that were really well kept. Lots of friendly cats around!
Comfy bed, hot shower, good AC, lovely balcony area. Felt very private and secluded- but I think we may have been the only one staying there, maybe because of Covid?!
Didn’t use the pool area but it looked nice.
Staff were very accommodating about us checking out later as we had a red eye flight and wanted to maximise beach time.
The room and shower got quite Sandy/dirty as no daily housekeeping. We had to ask reception to come and empty the bin on day 3 as it was quite full up. However not a major issue.
We did however have a knock on the door on day 4 (I think) with clean towels more loo paper etc. Had we not been in the room I think they would of come in to clean.
We had the most basic cottage however in hindsight would book the upgraded one with more cooking facilities as found eating out to be expensive. That being said, we found a great taco shack opposite the road to Fryers beach which we ended up eating from 3 times, delicious and reasonably priced, would definitely recommend checking it out.

The Garden was lovely. The grounds were well kept.
The pool was empty, and then green. The A/C didnt work. The bed was VERY squeaky. The pathway was poorly lit and my elderly father fell. One of our rooms did not have a kitchenette.
