Un super repos

Un super staff. La calme, pas de bruit de Klaxons, juste le chant des oiseaux et le son des vagues. L’hôtel est décoré à l’ancienne, avec de très beaux meubles anciens. La chambre est confortable avec un grand lit. J’avais l’impression de vivre dans une ancienne maison portugaise. Un bon petit déjeuner. La piscine est agréable car il fait chaud.

Unrealized potential - anjuna a waste of time.

Buildings are beautiful, gorgeous pool area and decent location. Yummy breakfast with a few options ensuring something for everyone.

Staff and cleanliness. Nobody in the reception area particularly interested in listening or helping. My room was quite dirty upon check in, stained and torn bedding and dust and dirt everywhere. When I complained I was given the opportunity to take another room - same situation! 2 more rooms later, consistent stained/ripped bedding and dirty floors & surfaces in each, I gave up and agreed to take the last room offered.

Memorable stay at the wonderful Heritage Hotel, would definitely recommend to everyone.

Our Goa Trip was truly memorable coupled with the stay at the wonderful Casa Anjuna Hotel. A boutique hotel and a well maintained heritage property, it was a great place for relaxation amidst the lush green, beautifully maintained gardens all around the hotel. Would like to highly appreciate the behavior, support and services of the hotel especially Mr. Sameer (Manager), Hrithik, Lalit and Devidas who impressed us with their brilliant hospitality.

Breakfast Menu could be improved with a few more items.

The service should improve!

The place is beautiful and it takes you back in time. A place to relax and read.

The meal services are slow. For dinner we waited more than one hour. When the staff realized we left our table, they rushed to our room, knocked the door harshly, and blaming other guests for the delay. No one assumed responsibility nor apologized.

One of the best places we have stayed anywhere in the world.

The general vibe is old world charm. The gardens are immaculate and gorgeous. The pool was excellent. The staff were friendly and service was prompt.

When we first arrived the room underwhelmed us but we soon realized that this is not a five star name brand hotel and before long we didn't want it to be. It's perfect as is. We have no moved on to a newer, higher end resort and wish we hadn't left Casa Anjuna.

clean room, location

dirty coffee pots not cleaned for months. not value for money, room provide to me was small with no sitting area as show in the photo, just 2 chairs we put between the bed and wall. service is also slow.

The location is good. It is centrally located.

Breakfast served is a sham. The food is oily with literally no choices being offered. With the price being paid for the room we expected a decent meal but with terribly disappointed with the quality of food. The room phones were non functional and hence it was a task to call them for room services. The pool was dirty and non usable. Casa Arjuna need to buckle up.

the stay was good just by taking care of few basic things can up the game.

its a beautiful property , loved the vibe of the place . well maintained rooms . i love heritage properties so it was a good stay amongst the greens .

the swimming pool was dirty throughout the day. i disnt see anyone cleaning it ever. i took a swim the first day to see a whole lot of creatures floating in the pool. i would suggest a person to attend to this on a regular basis, keeping in mind that it is a open pool. like most of the properties i visit i expected this open pool to be a little more cleaner. second thing off putting was that the rooms are not cleaned after you instruct the rooms to be cleaned. they just make the bed and thats it so the mud the sand remain on the floor . so three days it was the same story. since there is no room slipper provided in the room we have to be bear feet which is not a pleasant feeling and to also get in the bed with the same dirt is filthy . also the coffee table wasnt cleared any of the days.
