Fabulous accommodation.

Fabulous location right outside gates of castle. Only 12 bedrooms in the hotel so very intimate. Lovely room and extremely comfortable bed. Very clean with an amazing shower. The staff were particularly warm and friendly. Would throughly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was not the best and when we came down at 09.30 which is not late there was not much of a choice left. Not great value for money but you can chose not to have breakfast and go elsewhere i guess

exceptional service, lovely accomodation in a great location

having travelled extensively for more than 30 years, this accomodation tops the list for service… a lovely warm, kind and friendly atmosphere in a fabulous location and with very comfortable and lovely accommodation to boot!

Very good

The location is fabulous next to the entrance to the old city. The bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is nice and staff very professional.

The room is small, bath is nice but does not have a hook for shower, so it's difficult to take a shower.

loved the outside area . sun loungers out side our room.

we had to upgrade our room at a cost , the original room had no storage space we were booked in for 3 night but on a week long holiday.

Location, location, location and nice staff!

This hotel is all about location…. just a few steps away from the medieval city it is super well located. Staff is super nice and super helpful.

our room wasn’t particularly big and didn’t have a shower… just a bath. The decoration of our room made it seem small and crowded.

A really good hotel and a fantastic stay!

We had a fantastic 5-nights stay at Hôtel Pont Levis! The hotel and its surroundings are beautiful and the rooms were excellent. Temperature controlled and nicely decorated and furnished. The easy access to the non-crowded pool saved us in the heat of the afternoons. The personell at the hotel was super nice and kind really making their best to make our stay pleasant and nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a rich and good variety of bread, fruit, yogurt, and juice. One in our family is intolerant to gluten but that was not a problem at all. Plenty of good gluten-free breakfast alternatives were available making also his breakfast great!

The wardrobes were maybe somewhat small staying 5 nights but that was not a super big deal.

Fantastic hotel beside the old city with a lovely pool and very comfortable rooms.

It is right beside the gate to the old city, it had a wide selection of gluten free foods for breakfast, a beautiful pool and lovely staff.

Fabulous location, staff and welcoming hotel!

Contemporary design in a fabulous location overlooking the Cite, and about 300m from one of the entrances! The pool was a great bonus, lovely for a dip after a days exploring. The bed was extremely comfortable and not too soft. We couldn’t fault staff, service or food! A bottle of wine on our terrace as the sun went down was also a lovely way to end the day. Highly recommend this fabulous hotel to anyone!

Too good of a hotel, and too perfectly located for enjoying the medieval city, to not stay.

Although the room was small (but perhaps typical for France), it had everything one could need... a most enjoyable shower and to top it off, a door to the terrace with a lovely place to sit outside. Then... the true surprise (I chose the hotel simply as it had parking), a walk through the garden to perhaps, the most wonderful vantage available in all of Carcassonne. Although we didn't eat at the hotel, we did at Mssr. Putelat's Brasserie in the town, which was excellent.

Besides the aforementioned smallish room size, the parking was a little complicated (involving in and out tickets for the municipal lot), but once it was understood, worked perfectly.

Location for the Cité was perfect. Secure private parking

The room was a a failure of form over function for us. The bath was in the room, with shower attachment, and only a curtain to prevent splashes. The sink was also in the main bedroom whilst the toilet had its own cubicle. The sink had no plug and the shaving mirror was so far away from it that it rendered it unusable.

Loved every minute, every second, nay…. Every millisecond

Oh my god!!! We booked the superior double room with the hot-tub and we really made full use of it, we arrived at around 4 o’clock in the afternoon and after checking in, the experience was amazing, when we got in the receptionist sat us down and told us about the city and the sister resteraunts of the hotel, (they were a wee bit out of our price range though) and after our check in we were escorted to the room and shown the amenities that were included. I would highly recommend staying here, and we will be telling all our friends about it.

The breakfast was slightly too overpriced, but I understand so it’s okay :)

Beautiful, small hotel within steps of the walled city.

Happy, friendly and helpful staff made our stay exceptional. Breakfast was everything we wanted from coffee to the fresh squeezed OJ.

watch the guard rocks by the entrance to the parking lot. as with many facilities in France space is limited and parking and roadways are exceptionally narrow. The driveway entrance is no exception.
