Sporco, obsoleto, vasca idromassaggio non funzionante, piatti insufficienti, sporcizia in ogni locale. Un vero schifo

Location is nice as it allows you to visit the area. Rooms with private bath. Rooms are spacious.
Facilities are quite basic. Not many electrical sockets.
Bathroom very small and hard to use.
No wifi in the rooms (only in common room). The kitchen is a collection of odds plates and glasses.
And the whole feel is of unfinished place.

The guesthouse is situated in a beautiful area which has relatively few choices for accommodation. The hut we stayed in was fine. There is a shared kitchen with a seating area.
The kitchen was basic, not particularly well equipped and poorly lit. The owner was nowhere to be seen – not in itself a problem – and was difficult to communicate with over the Booking messaging service – which is a problem. To be honest we came away feeling a bit cheated. We’ve had much better stays in Iceland.

The cabins were cozy and clean and the views were incredible. Staff member was able to accommodate our late checkin with ease. Loved the sheep and water views. Wished we could have stayed a second night
The small shower was a bit difficult to use, but definitely glad to have a private bathroom.

Great location with beautiful views
Accomodation needs modernisation. Lots of things broken or missing.

Due to a system glitch, our room was double booked. Owner went to great length to offer my family alternative place to stay. great people to take care of their customers

Outdated equipment, cleanliness.

Amazing view out side. Quiet and peaceful. Good location in the snyfells area
No Wi-Fi at the cabin, only out side at common area.
The kitchen is common. I needed freezer for a medical purpose but there was no freezer at the property

Room was too small for the bed.

I had a wooden cottage apartment which was in grassland near to the beach, which a nice view to the sea and to the Snaefellsnes mountains. During the night it was very quiet. The well heated room had a nice odour of fir wood. The bed was comfortable, I slept very well. You can have breakfast for some additional money. The owner is very friendly. I would definitely come again.

It will be better that the facilities can be upgraded.

Excellent location, in front of the sea, in the middle of nowhere. Nice warm cabin
No wifi in the cabin, no lively/warm breakfast area. Some water leakage on the inside of the north wall during heavy rain.

location, view, arranged late check in helpfully
the 2 bedroom apartment (number 6) is enough old and need serious renovation, specifically the bathroom which is not clean and usable at all. the sink and taps didnt work well. the room and windows are dirty. the stove is dirty and smells bad while using it. the boiled water in the old electric kettle smells like iron ( because of the element inside) and the bed sheets are torn.

This apartment was very spacious for the three of us and we found it comfortable and homely. The hot tub that looks over the magnificent view was a wonderful surprise and we spent two lovely evenings enjoying it. We met a gorgeous kitty as well! Thank you so much!
We couldn't find any bowls in the kitchen. Lucky we had some with us. Some pots were a bit unusable.

big apartment, great location
old building, creepy, some of the dishes look dirty, there are a second floor with bunk beds that look very scary.

Great location and facilities provided. There were some basic cooking needs provided that we could use. Seamless check in and out. Room and water heater works incredibly. They informed there might not be electricity from 10pm-5am but glad that it didnt happen.
Soap in the bathroom is actually next to the sink but i didnt notice till the last minute. But all good actually! Blanket length was just enough, maybe not sufficient for a tall person.

Perfect location for excursions in Snaifelsnes peninsula. Beautiful view. Not too expensive for Iceland. The place was quite big though.
The place is quite run-down, shower is falling apart, kitchen equipment is old and not great. Hottub also is so-so.

Hot tub was a big surprise, and a great way to end our day of adventures!

We loved everything about this place. We were greeted by Lyla who helped us get settled in but we were also greeted by one of the properties very friendly cats, Loki. We have cats of our own so this made us feel a bit more at home. The cabin itself was warm and had windows in the front and back which gave us great air flow when we wanted it AND great views. The beds were comfortable, our bathroom was private, and we were very cozy. We didn't use the communal kitchen outside of needing to get water because our sink was too small to fill our Yeti tumblers but that was no problem at all.
When we left we were seen off by Thor and Loki (the cats). That brief period of time felt really magical.

Nice and comfy cabin in the middle of nowhere but at the same time very close and well connected to the main road. I loved the bed, privacy, and the comfort of the cabin. I was lucky the cabin next to mine was empty. Check in was easy and owner very friendly, with good communication by messages.
As other guests have said, the shared kitchen is the main fault of this place. It's old and not very clean. There is no microwave and you need to bring everything you may need, even coffee. Unfortunately breakfast was not available during my stay, which would have been very convenient. The good thing is that the owner explains it all in advance via messages.

The lady who welcomed us was absolutely adorable. We were in a small house, the view was amazing. The location is great if you wanna visit the peninsula.
When we arrived, all the heaters were turned on the maximum so it was a bit of a sauna. It was quite small, and the kettle took forever to heat. It was broken, too. We could hear really well our neighbours.
