Functional, clean and convenient (for a short stay for work) and with very lovely hosts.

Very clean and very friendly people. We were the first guests of the season and the only one.

We had only 1 tiny blanket, which was too cold for this time of the year.

Exceptional

Nice quiet place to stay. Owners was very nice and friendly. the apartment was nice, clean with a large terrace and a view of the sea. we spent here very nice holiday. we highly recommended.

Silence and relax

This place is much more nicer then on photos. You enter and you are amazed by space, light, cleanliness and silence. The quality is much above Greek standards where we stayed. New doors and windows doors with high quality mosquito net. Thanks to that we slept the best from our stay. Everything works great, wifi, fridge is very silent. Adriani does great job keeping the place perfect.

If you have a car it is amazing. Walking to Gerakas beach was 22min.

A small friendly family run property I recommend highly.

Vassilikos is a beautiful location and this studio is a perfect accommodation with a superb view on olive trees & the Ionian Sea. Very friendly family. Adriani, the mum keeps the room clean and tidy; Michali junior communicates in English & deals with the paperwork; Michali senior, the dad always with warm greetings & a smile. A place not to miss especially if you’re on a budget. Highly recommended. About 1.5 km from Gerakas, the beautiful, sandy beach in respect of the sea turtle nesting. Several necessity shops in the Vassilikos area.

I couldn’t fault this family run property. Really nice on all points.

It was a very good apartman, we enjoyed it very much.

The householder is kind and generous. The house is extremely clean that was a very good feeling and important for us. It really made our holiday comfortable. We did not experience this cleanness at any other apartmans. I recommend this apartman for everybody.

Householder can not speak in English, the communication was impossible unfortunatelly, but it is a very small difficulty.

It was just what we needed for Zakynthos

Our host was very lovely, the AC worked perfectly if needed, there was netting on the slats if you wanted a breeze without worrying about mosquitoes. The place was spotless and always cleaned. The terrace was lovely to use and the area was super quiet. It’s a small walk to a bakery and some restaurants while still feeling tucked away.

Great stay

The apartment was very cosy and comfortable. The view was amazing (we were on the second floor). It was very clean. The location was great - beautiful beaches and tasty restaurants in a walking distance or just a few minutes by car. The lady was very friendly.

Nice and relaxing time in Vasilikos.

The accommodation is located in Vasilikos, in a rural area where you are not disturbed by any motorised vehicles. The beach Porto Roma can be reached by foot but for every other place you need a vehicle. I always rent a vehicle so for me the location was great. Please do not complain about the location if you don't have a vehicle. The hosts are very friendly and the rooms are perfectly clean. This is my 8th time on Zakynthos and I never had a cleaner room. The floor was cleaned every day. The terrace is huge on the ground floor and if you have the corresponding room you'll have a sea view. I had no problems with the devices like air condition or the boiler, and if there was any problem, the host would solve it immediately.

if you seek a quiet secluded beaches vacation - its amazing

we loved everything! perfect position in the quiet and beatifull Vasilikos, It's private and everything is close, and so comfortable with a car. the best beaches of Gerakas, Dafni, Porto Roma(minutes walking), great tavernas - all within 2-6 minutes drive. crystal water. perfect relaxation, quiet and sunny. The place is a family apartments studio. we stayed at the lower floor and had a large balcony + ocean view + garden view. Andriani was so sweet, helpful, and generous. she welcomed us with a bottle of cold water, brought us fresh eggs in the morning from her chickens and her own making olive oil. she cleaned the room every day, replaced towels. for us it was the perfect couple-get-away vacation.

Just Excellent!

Perfect location. The apartment was modern, clean, comfortable and with nice view. The owners were really welcoming, nice and friendly!

Superb

Missis Adriani is very nice. The rooms were very clean and there is a nice patio where you can see the sea; nearby sandy beaches: Gerakas, St. Nicholas etc

Avoid getting to this place

Nice view

The air conditioner in the room did not work and it was terrible because it was hot and a lot of mosquitoes came in all night. The landlady does not speak a single word of English and she refused to change rooms even though she has rooms available. There is no electric kettle in the room, the night light does not work ,The towels in the bath are hard and unpleasant. The equipment is outdated. She lives nearby thr room and there is no privacy. I left after a day, instead of 3 days that i booked. Recommend not to approach!!!

Exceptional location at proximity of my preferred beach in Zante. Very nice owners. Good comfort.

Exceptional sites around the studio : beach with fine sand and transparent water (1,5 Km) at Gerakas. Studio at 30 minutes by car from Zakhintos where you can find cruises around the island. Very nice owners. Good bed. Equipped kitchen including an oven. Small terrace where we took all our meals. Air conditioning in the studio. Good internet connection.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.
