Except for a few short comings the stay was good.

Courteous staff but the quality of service in the restaurant has to improve.

Their lunch was awful , service in the restaurant was poor, . the thali meal/ mini meal they served did not have any side dishes to go with the meal. Discussed this with their cheff and restaurant manager , they are seized of the situation, hopefully they would improve the quality of food and service. During midnight the boys who were fixing up the extra beds in other rooms were making a little bit of noise which disturbed our sleep. They should be told to do this without disturbing the other guests.

Summing up the stay was excellent.

Breakfast was very good and location is near the bus stand. Also temples are nearby and walkable distance.

We stayed in room no 505. On first day shower was not working properly. But after giving complaint, they rectified it immediately. However, hot water knob was in broken condition.

Good hotel, courteous staff. Located close to Meenakshi Amman Temple

Rooms were small toilets smaller and congested. Resturant could be improved with better menu. Even the buffet breakfast had only south Indian menu but toast and eggs provided was relief

Disappointing

Staff behaviour was rude especially while ordering food.. we ordered tea and they gave us coffee . we ordered shahi paneer and they prepared something in some green gravy and the same order on the other table was in red gravy. Half cooked chapaties. Food is bad and so is the their staff's behaviour. We had an extra bed included but we got it after requesting so many times. The said there is lot of rush but we finally got it at night.

Cost effective, pleasant stay

Room: The one allotted to us was clean. It should have following facilities which are generally provided were not here:1. Cupboard- very small, no depth (even a shirt can't be hanged), 2- Little space for luggage, should provide more space as it is possible in the said room size. 3- kittle should be provided. 4. Bathrooms should have given bathing stool. Breakfast: Very good variety of items in breakfast, Tasty, restaurant is Clean, pleasant. I liked it a lot. Location: Centrally located, 600-800 meters from Meenakshi Temple, 1.5km from Nayakan Palace

an very good authentic hotel where thankfully foreigners are not the main clients in a fascinating town

unasduming when you are onnthe street but absolutely fine once inside!!

Location is ok...centrally located. Rooms are OK..

Washrooms are very small. No exhaust in washroom.... Food is alzo not good. We ordered noodles..but the taste was horrible...No salt.

location: it is in the heart of the city. it can be quite loud, but the ease of getting to the bus, train, food, and tourists attractions makes it worth it. staff: very accommodating, and very polite

wifi was very very poor in our room. the views outside are covered by buildings and the aircon unit - and the windows are very dirty! they keep the blinds shut for this reason. although being in the heart of the town is good, it was still very noisy.

Good

decent room, close to the bus stand, railway station and Meenakshi Amman Temple. Has a restaurant, room service available from 6:30 AM to 11 PM.

Rs 80 for a cup of Milk. moved the curtains and we could see overflowing drain with kitchen waste. btw we were on 2nd floor. Breakfast most of the items were cold. only boiled eggs were on offers, could at least make eggs or order.

Location, rooms, Polite staff, excellent breakfast. Close to restaurants as well

They had missed one of the two bookings when we reached, but sorted out the problem in 30 mins. Connecting to the wifi was a bit of a challenge too.

Lobby staff and wallet car parking drivers was irritating while checking out the room.one driver was reluctant to handover the key without giving “tips”.it was very disappointing.even reception manager and all were watching all these and they havent concern about this.
