I live Italy but this wasn’t the best accommodation I have stayed in and not the cheapest

Negatives: The apartment we had wasn’t advertised on the website and all the rooms that were appeared alit nicer. The room had dampness and there were certainly signs of needing a refurb.. the outside area needed a good clean up. Although the location was good with regular buses into sorrento every 20 mins the last regular bus was about 10pm, we never waited for one after that so I’m not too sure how long after it would be.. we were happy walking to and from sorrento but there aren’t any footpaths most of the way so it is dangerous as the Italian drivers are erratic.. if you are looking to be close to a beach then here isn’t your location.both local beaches are down a steep path leading to a rocky area or a very shingle beach both of which have an extremely steep route back up. We had a 5 night stay at the villa and not once were offered clean towels(well they were more clothes than a towel) Positives: The owner was lovely. There is vending machines available which sell coffee, sandwiches, biscuits, chocolates etc) reasonably priced too. You are close to sorrento.. it’s a quiet spot.

I loved it!

Good location right in front of the bus stop, nice views on the sea , pleasant area with lovely garden and smell. Large rooms and comfortable beds.

Location is fantastic, 10 minute bus to the heart of Sorrento, or a 20-25 minute walk, which is stunning during the day time but I would not advise at night.

It was quiet and beautiful.

There was no phone signal in that area, I recommend contacting the host in advance because the gates are locked and otherwise you have no way to enter the yard. I recommend visiting Bagni Regina Giovanna, it is 10 - 15 minutes from the location.

Staff were friendly and easy to deal with, fantastic location and would definitely recommend!

The location was perfect for us and not too far from town and shops on the bus, there was lots of space in the apartment.

There was only one key which made it difficult to do separate things, and a lot of noise late one evening from a neighbouring property.

Very cosy and comfortable villa with beautiful garden. Privat territory with parking. Two popular beaches nearby. Villa is well equipped and in reality bigger than on the pictures. Would like to book again while visiting Sorrento! Strongly recommend!

beautiful gardens great staff who went out their way to help bus stop was right across the street from the front door nice walk to both nearby beaches grocery store next door

cookware is a bit dated bit harder to find the bus up - it was behind the train station and up a block. They have travel services-if I had a fo-over, I would ask the property to send a driver to pick me up at the station.

perfect and easy stay

very good location, accessible to local beach and next door to the mini market and a couple restaurants. great and friendly staff! bus stop just outside of the villa, which came quite often and was very helpful. overall I recommend this place!

there were a few ants around the apartment but wasn’t too much of an issue for us. just mindful if it’s a problem

Great family apt. Quiet and 10 minutes from town

Very clean property, air conditioning was cold. Balcony had sea views. 3 steps off the bus line. Hosts were there and happy to let us in even though we arrived a bit early. Washing machine if you need it on the balcony with drying rack works great. Beds were firm but comfortable.

Bus line schedule was a little hard to figure out as there are 2 companies working the route but only 10 minutes to downtown Sorrento once a bus arrives.

The villa is well equipped. Walking distance from Bagni fella Regina Giovanna and 30 minutes walking from Sorrento city center. Free parking. Miriam was very helpful with all our request, responded quick. Great stay!! Highly recommended!!

Fab apartment and stunning gardens. Perfect for family trip

Fabulous private apartment with cooking & dining facilities downstairs and large double bed + single bed + private bathroom upstairs. Even bigger and nicer than we expected. Secure off-street parking spaces in amazing garden filled with lots of exotic (to us) plants & flowers such as Bird-of-Paradise flowers, Cacti, and lemon trees full of ripe fruit (is that normal for March??) Our hosts were very friendly & welcoming, and we were just sorry we had to fly home so soon and couldn't stay longer. It's the perfect location for a family to stay for a week to explore Sorrento, Positano, and the Amalfi Coast

The walk to town is along a narrow road with no footpaths, but that's the same as many other places we've stayed in Italy (including Rome).. Coming from Dublin where there's footpaths everywhere it just takes a little getting used to. Stick with it though and you'll be glad you stayed here.

Comfortable villa

The host was awesome. She was very nice and accommodating. We needed some soap for laundry and instead of us buying a whole container for 1 load, she gave us some to use. The place is spacious.

The location is not the greatest. There is only one restaurant within walking distance and they have high prices with modest food choices at best. You have to catch a bus into town, which has very inconsistent timing. The wifi reception was also poor and this was a challenge for finding restaurants and making plans since there was no cell service.

Superb

The owner went out of her way to make us feel welcome and even gave us a welcoming basket with a lot of goodies. The apartment was very clean and spacious.

The property is a bit out of way. There is a busstop close by so it is easy to take a bus, but it is difficult to take the correct bus back. Everybody just said take the A line bus at any busstop, but that is not correct. We only manage on our last day to get the correct info on which bus to take back. Valuable time was wasted on taking the wrong busses. Very complicated instructions on recycling and how to get rid of our garbage. There was no dishwashing liquid.
