Kleines komfortables Zimmer

Anbindung direkt an den Zug. Personal konnte zwar nicht so gut englisch, aber war sehr bemüht. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber.

スマホナビに頼らない事

写真でイメージしていたのは小さい20室ぐらいのホテルかと思って行きましたが、奥行きが有りそれなりに客室数のあり期待以上の感じはしました。

駅を出て右に100ｍも歩けば着いたものを、スマホのナビで行ったら逆に左方向に向かってしまい、かなり運動しました、

For the price, it is good enough.

They provide laundry detergent & softener which is a nice touch. The staff were very nice & helpful as well.

Only beacuse was cheap

Well comunicated, really close to the train station. Kind staff. With a good offer is good for long stays.

Cleanliness. Cleaning a room it’s not only changing the sheets and vacuum the floor. There are places in corners and gaps that haven’t been cleaned in years. Found hairs in the bathroom and bed from previous customers. Really old Showa fixtures that should have been changed years ago.

Che bella sorpresa

La struttura rispetto all'altra volta ci ha stupito positivamente, abbiamo trovato la camera molto più pulita e in ordine.

Vi consiglio nuovamente di mettere il microonde nelle camere sarebbe perfetto

Bang for the buck! The price of this hotel is the same to hostels with bunk bed and shared bathroom. Very near Higashi-Jujo station and just 9mins walk going to Jujo Station and Jujo Ginza Market. 30mins train to Shibuya. There’s 7eleven just across the hotel. It has all the amenities (very cold AC, TV, charger, cable extension, refrigerator with ice cube molder, induction stove, electric kettle, hair dryer, full body mirror, closet and hangers, bathrobe and towels, slippers, foldable table and stool, ashtray) except microwave but it is available in the reception/lobby area. There’s shower with bath tub and of course japanese toilet with bidet. All of the faucets have hot and cold water, even the faucet on the sink.

Small room. The room I booked is supposedly for two persons, they even provided two sets of robes and towels. But the space is just enough for one person. I could only lay out on the the floor one medium sized luggage and had to slid the other luggage under the bed so i could have leg space between the sink and the bed. If you’re sensitive to noise and/or smell of the cigarette smoke, then this one is not for you. The sound of the train from outside is not that loud and tolerable for me so I slept like a baby.

Good value

The staff and affordability were the best parts, hotel room can get kind of cramped with 2 suitcases but the bed was western style so my feet didn't hang out. The hotel is good as long as you don't mind the ~20 minute travel to the center or if you'll mostly be out of your hotel.

The bathroom was pretty small and the bath was aswell, there was also no foccit in the bathroom so that was kind of inconvenient.

Good, but needs and update.

This is our second time staying at this hotel and we had a great and comfortable stay. The staff is very friendly and there is a laundry room downstairs. Toiletries were provided along with a set of charging cables and a hair drier. There was also a power extension cord and sufficient outlets to charge everything at the end of the day. The location is also excellent, right next to the train station and a convenience store right across the street. The is a traditional shopping street with tons of great restaurants within a 5 minute walking distance.

The room we stayed in was definitely on the small side even for Tokyo standards and is in need of an urgent renovation. We stayed in the exact same room 5 years ago and we were expecting it to be a bit more updated this time around. Even tough the bed can be folded up into a wall unit, when folded down it takes up all of the room space. The wall unit is also quite large even with the bed folded. We felt that having a normal non-folding bed right against the corner of the room would have been a lot better. We could tell everything was properly cleaned but with everything being so old, there is only so much you can do by cleaning in order to remove smells and older stains.

Great price to performance

This is absolutely the best bang for your buck room im Tokyo. You get a private bath/shower and toilet, a small fridge and some kitchen appliances. I stayed here for close to a month and had a pretty comfortable time.

Just like you could expect from a hotel with mostly smoking rooms, the corridors are smelly. Moreover my room's kitchen sink would sometimes have sewage smell coming up from it, which I fould really bothersome at times.

Alright, bad RNG roll in my visit.

Clean room and bathroom. Next door to JR station. Multiple restaurants walking distance.

Thin walls, room was in front of elevator, neighbors having loud sex at 3am (like concerning loud). Bed was stiff as a rock and creaky.

Great location but not a good buy

So Convenient, The location is nice. It's right next to the train station. Also, the 711 was across from the hotel.

The pictures do not match the actual room. There is not enough room to put anything in it. The room is outdated, and hasn't been fully cleaned. Found dust everywhere. Patches of wholes in the wall. Thin walls, sometimes it was hard to sleep due to the noise. It's affordable,but a lot needs to be updated. I don't recommend it.

Good location right next to the JR Higashi-Jujo station. Really affordable and has all the amenities despite it being a small room

My smoking room also had the smell of smoke and I was not able to change and the smell would not go away even with lots of spraying with deodorant. Note that Tokyo Subway and Metro Day Passes do not work for JR lines.

Good for the price.

Bath was roomy and relaxing, shower was good. Toilet was comfortable. Wonderful view from the bedroom window. I didn't mind the sound of the trains nearby. Level of security was reassuring. Location was good. Privacy. Good internet.

No floor space for suitcase. Main light source stopped working. Bed was stiff. No sink in bathroom. Short-term stay preferably for size of room. Noisy neighbours, lack of soundproofing.
