The swimming pool guardian was going behind everyone like a dog, children were not allowed to play in the swimming pool area which absolutely ridiculous as it is mainly children area. Despite swimming pool was open until 7pm already at 6:45 he was screaming close close.. leave the swimming pool.
They were selling Wi-Fi access which was not working at all, meaning at all. After spending few days arguing with them, they finally agreed to pay us back the money.
Check out was at 10am, we were running late, meaning we left at 10:50.. and the receptionist was rudely screaming that they will charge us one additional night because of delay, we traveled a lot with our family but that impolite and rude behavior I have never experienced.
Stay away from that place, for the price you pay you can find better places around that area.

Resort cleanliness
Beds are very uncomfortable, haven’t slept at all for the duration of our holidays.
4.5 / 5.0
Pool and bar area great. Kids activities excellent.
The pool lifeguard was a bit rude and the lack of enough parasols around the pool a huge problem with the sun and heat.

It is a lovely campsite, we’ve been there before and was really looking forward to going back
The staff weren’t very friendly, but perfunctory…things were wrong, but put right…we had to pay for WiFi, we thought it was free…not if you book through booking.com…it was quite expensive and was useless…very disappointing

It was walking distance from Port Grimaud. The pool area was lovely, some very comfortable sun loungers and very attentive life guards. The staff were excellent, we had an issue with our hot water and someone came within 10 minutes and sorted the problem.
The traffic along the coast was always very congested.

nice, clean and safe caravan park, clean caravan with air-con, comfortable beds, good size pool, very kind, polite and helpful staff ,walking distance to restaurants and Port Grimaud to admire panoramic views

Nice stay in unusual settings of typical American trailer park with a pool.
We didn’t like paid wi-fi, and the fact that home comes w/o basic equipment (towels, soap, bed sheets) that you’d expect in any other hotel, you have to pay extra for these.

Clean campsite, friendly staff. Good location.
The bed in the caravan was horrendously uncomfortable. No bed sheets or towels provided and they offered us a rental service for fifty euros. The campsite gave us one bed sheet and two small second hand towels. We declined and bought our own in a local supermarket. The mattress cover on the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and the bed mattress flimsy.

It is a 3* resort. Nothing more. The bar is overpriced but the facilities are nice enough. Not sure where they get 5* from.
The check in was chaotic. Something to do with the phone lines being down. The number to call upon arrival connects you to a French caretaker who just says "what" over and over.

Clean mobile home, parking space directly in front of it
Towels, linen and WiFi are not included in the price. If you want something extra, you need to pay for it. Didn't expect that to happen in 2022.
WiFi didnt work and staff couldn't help. You have to call a hotline, but this didn't solve the problem too. Got our money back though.
Although friendly, the staff wasn't very communicative and helpful. Had to work out a lot of things on our own, particularly when moving into our mobile home.
Pool rules are VERY outfashioned. Last time I experienced this was more than 20 years ago. Didn't use it therefore.

I liked the location
I didn’t like their extra charges. They are charging you €10 for a bed sheet and pillow sheet and €5 for towel, which should be free. Very uncomfortable to reach there a 5 stars resort and have many extra little costs.

The location was very good.
If you want something extra you need to pay for it.
the biggest problem was the WiFi:
You need to pay 15 euro a week too connect one device,
and 30 euro for 4 devices.
It is 2022 you should not have to pay to get WiFi.
An even bigger problem is that after you pay for it,
it does not work!
If you charge something for it, it has to work.
The staf can’t help jou have to contact a separate callcenter.
The problem is no one can help because the system is just nog good.
The beds are also terrible.
Most oncomfortabel bed I have have slept in, in a wille.
The rules in the pool are comparable with Germany in 1940.
But when grownups are playing in de babypool noting is sayed.
The outside furniture was very dirty.
Spend 2 hours cleaning it so we could use it.
I don’t think I would recommend this one…

Pool was the best thing in this camp site, was clean with FAKE GRASS again! :(
The camp size is built very crowded, and the chalet are so close to each other, with fake grass!!!!! Little taste in construction. British style which to me is tacky! Full of British!!!

Stayed at the end of the season so very quiet. The grounds were very well kept. Able to park the car at the mobile home. The accommodation had all the appliances necessary, even a kettle!. Restaurant/bar on site.
The beds were very hard which I found uncomfortable.

They had a sweming pool, the resort was clean. Nice atmosphere 👌
The fact that we booked through you they didn't offer access to Wi-Fi withoutsuplimentary costs
During the evening we had trouble with moskitos, even we use special product to keep them away.

Complete disappointment. The property is advertised as Glamping Accommodation or as a Safari Lodge. It is actually a cheap tent.
Given its complete lack of insulation, one can hear neighbors, traffic, and construction noise, so sleeping is not possible. The door cannot be locked, so one cannot leave their possessions there either.
The only goal of the administrative agent was to get the EUR 400 deposit and we were threatened with the disconnection of electricity and wanter. The fixing of the door was not even considered.
The only positive in this whole sorry saga was that the territory of the camp and the tent itself were relatively clean. With that being said - if you are not looking to sleep, or leave your possession in the tent, you can consider booking this property. If you want even just a tiny bit of peace and quiet, do yourself a favor, and find another place.

They have a great system set up for people who arrive after the office is closed, extremely helpful. We also got a few needed supplies for free like toilet roll, bin liner etc. Again this was very helpful as we hadn't thought about this and it was quite late when we arrived.
Very good English.
They surprised us with a bottle of champagne as we got engaged whilst staying here which was very thoughtful.
We paid for towels and didn't receive them until the following day after asking a second time

the location was great for walks, bike rides and other activities on the property., (unfortunately the weather wasnt the best so couldnt take advantage). The bar/food was really good and good value for money, a little pricey but very good. Staff were friendly and helpful, overall awesome!
the mobile units were good and clean, a little tight in the bedrooms (the girls told me to say they could do with more mirrors), but thats it not much to report negatively

We liked the clean place, the quality of the beds and the nice stuff.
What we did not aprreciate too much ia the Lack of TV, barbeque and slides At the pool.

pool very cold and very noisy. Didn't like it.
All the children had their buoys and it was impossible to swim. The adults were playing with balls and nodody was saying something !!

Clean.
I guess I was expecting a slightly more French experience. Very brit managed for brits. The bar restaurant was not 5 star by a long shot, but hey, it’s a bike ride from St Tropez!
