Great location! The “no leftover at breakfast announcements” -that sounds threatening and annoying.

Some staff are hostile & not too hospitable . Concierge lady March 28 mid-morning Didnt get her name. Mr Rodel is rated A, very professional though.

I really don't recommend this place

The room was quite big room and the bed huge (but not that comfortable). Bathroom was okay. The breakfast is okay, not amazing quality (bones bits in the corned beef) but decent, and the main dishes changed every morning. Close to SM City Mall.

The hotel is incredibly noisy. It was written on the Booking hotel description that is was soundproof, but it is not at all!! You can hear every single noise from the corridor (and there are many noisy guests), as well as the noise from the street. There's also a ballroom on the 5th floor with parties, weddings and so on. Don't expect to sleep before 2-3am on a Saturday night... The room's atmosphere was really cold and not pleasant. The fridge wasn't really cold and there was no way to change the level. The wifi almost never worked. The TV was really small. On the description page, it's written that "the staff at the 24-hour reception can assist with (...) laundry" which is completely misleading! Laundry is NOT available, even though there was a plastic bag labelled 'laundry' in the room..?! I don't understand. It's not cool, especially when you choose a place based on this criterion. The breakfast room is really small for all the guests. And I saw a cockroach on the breakfast counter... Eww The staff were okay but if you need some information before coming, don't count on it. They didn't check my messages on Booking nor the email I sent one week before my trip. They finally replied back... on the last day of my trip, so I obviously didn't need the info anymore.

Couldn’t stay for 2 nights so the next day checked out from the hotel —- can’t stay to unbarerable.

Expectations does not match with the reality of the rooms. The rooms looks very old and outdated used which is a pity that it is quite new .

extra towel cost 100 pesos and the surroundings and no proper information from the dest from check in to breakfast system. Therés no space for all the guests to have breakfast a bit of kaos as so many guests moving around and the lobbyn is very tiny. Rooms outdated curtains and broken hair dryer only 1 toilet paper so under the basic standard. The pictures of the hotel website does not much the reality of the hotels facilities.

It tries its best to be a high-end hotel, but got many stuff to improve.

construction nearby which goes throughout the night breakfast was ok but nothing special room can be cleaner, st only 2 lifts serving the hotel, one broke down during our stay..

Good

The place is so close to SM Mall and the port. It also has 7 eleven and a bank near the lobby. The breakfast was good.

My room was not properly cleaned when we arrived. I had to clean the toilet and the floor because it was dusty. When I asked them to clean the room, they only changed the linen and did not clean the toilet and change the dirty rug I used to clean their floor.

Ok for a cheaper hotel at price I payed but is noisy especially if you get room facing Bus terminal.

Close proximity to large Mall.(SM Cebu). Rooms are nice in size.

Noise.....Lot of noise from Bus Terminal across the road..(bus drivers honking their loud horns). Very busy street outside of hotel - crossing road can be challenging. Lack of staff at counter....often only 1 person....yet they have 1 person to look after 2 elevators during the day. Cleaners appeared under staffed ...as they were working very long hours. I also stayed here from 3jan - 7jan2023 and that is why I can give a more thorough assessment.

Property is close to the bus station, however this did create a lot of noise at night

Very noisy, aircon was also noisy and staff would not help with this. Bathroom quite dirty, especially the shower.

the house keeper who is a lady from iloilo city was good to us. thank you.

the location is good coz there is SM mall near the hotel. and we could get a taxi anytime.

room 1516 the hot shower often stop when we use. if you you don’t request to clean the room up, they don’t finish cleaning up even 4pm or more.

We requested for make up room but didn’t clean up the room cockroaches are still there didn’t change the sheets , only refill the tissue and replaced the towel that’s it! Online rate not same rate when we arrived at the property, tax fee wasn’t included online rate means you need to pay additional amount of money,breakfast wasn’t clearly stated how many pax for free you need to add 175 or 350 if you have kids with you. Breakfast menu are just ordinary don’t expect for fancy breakfast even it’s 350 worth you pay. 🥲
