All great just cold pool

Me and my family had a great stay at this cottage. It was beautiful, spacious, clean, and had a great outdoor area for all 8 of us to enjoy + our dogs. Tons of space.
Sandy and George we're so accommodating - always reaching out if we needed anything. They even took us for a boat ride on the lake one afternoon which was so nice of them. It is a beautiful lake and a great quiet spot on the lake too.
You can't really walk into the water or swim off the dock as there is tons of seaweed and weeds. We used the pool a lot more because of this but still enjoyed the canoe and paddleboat!
The pool was really nice to enjoy - it was so hot we didn't need the pool heater at all.
Beautiful sunset view around dinner time.
The bedrooms were large and spacious. The beds are a touch soft. Everything was very clean and there were tons of kitchen amenities for us to use. We were left a nice welcome package as well. Extra fridges and freezers were helpful for our large group with lots of food + drinks. They thought of everything.

We celebrated a birthday here and the weather was perfect! This cottage really shines in nice weather, our kids spent all day in the pool. The home is quite spacious and you could easily separate those who wanted to "play" from those who want to "rest".
If you have mobility trouble, everything you need is on one level, however there are quite a few stairs to access the water (as is common in cottage country, and there are possibly less than average here).
Veronica was helpful at check-in. Sandy and George were available if we had any questions and always followed up. However we were given a contract to sign mere 3 days before our stay and well-after the refund period, this should sent along with the booking confirmation.
The pricepoint is high, which means expectations are high as well -- I believe this is why other reviewers here have left critical feedback. At the level being charged for this home, a guest expects everything to go smoothly and services to be offered such as boat rental, massages, private chef (for an additional fee).
Overall, we made wonderful family memories!

This property is very spacious. Huge decks. Lots of common space the cottage. That was really nice. Property was also well equipped and in good repair. A great place for a large family to stay together.
Cottage is a great location for boating.
The pool was nice a warm. There were some other reviews before us saying the pool was cold. But it seems they have a cover for the pool now and this is helping to keep the water warm.
The king bed in the lakeview room was not super comfortable. But, nevertheless overall this is a great property and we had a lovely stay.

Our family had a great stay at this property. Pool was a great temperature especially good when it's really hot out and the grounds were beautiful. When we arrived the house was clean and greeted us with a small gift of goodies and toys for the kids. Great touch! Great communication with Sandy throughout the week with anything we needed or if there was a problem. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. My family will probably be back. Thank you Sandy again for a great week where my family created more beautiful memories together.

The cottage was so tired, outdated, cluttered and very dirty. There were potato chips on the floor and crumbs all in the couches and under them. It was not what we expected and paid this amount of money for. We would never recommend this cottage to anyone. The pool was far too cold for the kids to swim in and the bricks around the pool were not secured so if you stepped on them you fell in the pool. Extremely dangerous. The layout of the master bedroom was terrible and the cottage does not sleep 16 as advertised. Unless you want multiple families sharing the master bedroom. There were limited water activities for the kids. All in all, extremely disappointed for spending a lot of money on an extremely dirty cottage.

Beautiful house but strangely laid out. Master bedroom sits in an open area, no privacy. One guest bedroom is a pullout couch in billiard room. Areas in house poorly cleaned. Electricity to septic system stopped working and couldn't flush toilets. Fixed with extension cord and then properly repaired. Took a few days for pool to be heated even though we paid extra for it to be heated. Our contacts were very pleasant but there was an obvious language issue.

Property and cottage are outstanding. There is plenty of room, more than we needed. Very well kept and clean with spectacular facilities with pool and hot tub. View of the lake is terrific, canoe ride around the lake easily allows you to see this is set apart from other properties.
Very attentive and responsive owners that were a real pleasure to deal with.

From the moment we arrived, we were all blown away with how spacious, gorgeous, well-lit and well maintained the cottage was. Sandy and Jie were easy to work with and went out of their way to make sure all of our guests had an amazing time and were sure to return our security deposit as quickly as possible. Could not recommend the property highly enough. Amazing!
