Not recommended.

Rooms are not even 1 star. Very disappointing. Plus they have extra charges not included in booking.com. All doors are broken. Showers are not heating. Bathrooms are small. Kitchen utensils are not clean. Staff are not friendly. Not recommended

Dusty but it is a Hidden Pearl.

It's a great place for a short stay.

The hotel does need a renovation because it looks old but with its affodable price and excellent location it sort of balances everything out.

Le personnel est sympa c'est tout

Pas d'eau chaude a grande pression Pas de couverture sur le lit juste un drap Climatisation bruyante Pas de shampoing juste un petit savon pour 3jours!! La chambre n'a jamais été faite en 3 jours J'ai fait mon lit moi même et nettoyer ma chambre tout seul avec mes propres moyens

Hotel is nice however rooms needs some Møre maintenance.Broken plugs,dirty walls and so on.for such a nice big rooms would be nice to maintain little bit more

TV was useless. Only 2 cable channels in English both unwatchable picture sound only Room wasn't cleaned during 7 day stay then tried to charge extra for dirty bed sheets (small coffee stain) coz I have nowhere to sit if u want watch poor tv. Electric socket hanging out of wall but to be fair they fixed it after I complained.

Great location, nice staff but....

The staff are accommodating, with warm greetings everytime you enter the hotel premises. The location is also a plus, it is near to all basic necessities and walking distance to SM Clark. The rooms are spacious.

Firstly, there is no real car park, the front space is just enough for about 4-5 motorcycles. So you park at your own risk on the side streets . Secondly, the place is quite outdated (looks old , smells funny in a not god way) . Thirdly, although the rooms are clean, you can't help but notice the rusting of hot plates in the kitchen, the old curtains (should be replaced by a new or atleast a clean one). Lastly, there is no provision of garbage bin in any unit or inside the bathroom atleast. To sum it up, it is a shame that this hotel is not well maintained or mismanaged. With proper maintenance, this will be a great place to stay.

I was a valued customer of this hotel. the last stay I had was the worst.

It is accessible to stores 24 hrs

Staff Specially the Jackie!!! on the front desk. Very rude, she is a know it all staff. very disrespectful sarcastic, she needs to be transffered to a different department because she is not suitable for a front desk person

I’m pretty sure I didn’t get a superior suite the amenities list was not very accurate according to my room remove 50 %of them that the pictures of my room I reserved but was told it was rented out even though I had my room rented for months and weeks before my trip was offered a better room for a small fee per day more which I accepted but still didn’t get the room or a room with the amenities I was promised in my booking the room i did get was poorly lighted, mold in the bathroom cockroaches , a wardrobe closet with the door falling off and last day I pulled my suitcase out from the corner and a broken top to a beer bottle came out with it and cut my foot and I don’t even drink alcohol the tv didn’t have the programming promised and the picture was mostly just snow so couldn’t really watch it. I only took one picture of wardrobe closet to prove I didn’t break it the rest of the room was nothing but a small table two chairs , a love seat with a small coffee table , a bed a bathroom one small refrigerator freezer worked great the bottom got barely cold no blower on it a tea pot worked good and rice cooker never used and a broken bear bottle top that was all that was in my room #15 also it was roadside with lots of road noise 24/7 the walls might have insulation but the sliding glass door for the balcony can hear everything and the balcony was very very small no reason to get out on it I would never stay again mostly because they must of checked every box on amenity’s even if they didn’t offer them
