Nice location BUT definitely will not go back & not recommend to family & friends unfortunately

Lovely views & clean accommodation & close to clubs/Yarrawonga town ship

There was tea/coffee available BUT no milk, no water in the fridge - just those little things that would be normal, spending the amount we did was just not value for money - no information brochures/even take away options were at the property. - lighting in the bathrooms was very poor.

fo we are over 70yr and found the stairs difficult also the allocated parking space very difficult as it is very narrow with a tree directly behind it

Location was great.

Ok so apartment was generally good however the toilets keep running all night so we had to get up and press the flush button. Extra blankets would have been appreciated as the nights get cold.

Awful. Left a day early and forewent my $300 for the night's stay

Location was not what was shown in the advertising as it claimed there would be views of Lake Mulwala but the only water to see from the apartment was in a swimming pool

It is dated and in need of a makeover. Was not clean. Kitchen had mugs with coffee stains. Dust everywhere. There was a food scrap under one of the divans. Floor appeared in need of vacuuming

Location was good. Apartment had everything you needed.

Details for location was confusing and we needed to wait some time for the manager to call us back and help us locate apartment. No free to air TV and only Netflix was disappointing.

Clean, comfy and great location!

Great clean property, superb location (walked to many places including ski club for dinner every night!), comfy beds and lounge area. Look forward to coming back and making more use of outside area etc.

Had a lovely stay from when we arrived in a lovely apartment

Lovely outlook with water views, well kept gardens and grounds, very clean apartment and well appointed, great position in regard to shops and eating facilities

The booking process. No explanation on booking of when deposit and balance was to be paid. Duplication of emails between the host and booking.com. Our invoice was credited with someone else’s credit card and and showed the deposit having been paid twice. . The host apologised for the confusion with payment when we had contact with them. As a last minute booking, 6 days prior to our arrival we received over a dozen emails from host and Bookings.com which led to confusion on our part. Will not use Booking.com for reservations again.

The location was great, a nice walk over the bridge into the main street and shopping areas.

Getting into the room was disorganised, the room code didn't work and had to call the owner and the maintenance man, ended up getting the master code. The carpark is very tight, we had the corner spot and the only way to park the car was to get scratched by overhanging branches.

Convenient location central to everything. Property owner displayed excellent customer service by going above providing links to eateries & places of interest. The unit was beautifully presented, very clean & easy to use appliances.

The carport lights come on at midnight, which shone through the blinds, they were not a full block out in the front bedroom.
