Management Decisions and Lack of Supervision Degrading Hotel's Star Rating

- This is the 5th time we stood at this hotel an every time we had no complaints. However, sadly to say but this time was the worst time ever and we decided not to return any more and will definitely will not recommend this hotel any more. - 32" Flat TV, acceptable Wi-Fi signal. - Interesting Bulgarian wine list at restaurant in the evening - Clean property, room & bathroom - 2 type 2 charging stations on location in the outside parking lot (no idea about if it's against a charge or included into the room price, please check with concierge); I have noticed the outside charging station at departure only.

Twin Room & Bathroom: - Twin Room #301 - one of the walls had visible cracks on it; - Shower cabin is spilling on the bathroom floor; Breakfast: We were told that breakfast is served until 10 am daily. At 9:35 we couldn't find anything on the buffet fact which we have pointed out to the staff and to the reception and kindly asked them three times to refresh. After 20 minutes one of the staff members told us that "there will be no more food to be refreshed" and at 10:10 brought us a a-la-carte menu for breakfast with a limited offer of choices. We were not the only one during that Sunday morning receiving such "wonderful new rule of the management". Practically between 09:30 - 10:00 the hotel is not refreshing the buffet anymore. So be aware in case you still decide to choose this "4 star" hotel. Breakfast is decent but limited in options. Of course we were not told at arrival about this "new management rule" although we have paid room & breakfast. Swimming pool: The time table during winter time changed: 10:00 am - 05:00 pm. Arriving at the swimming pool we noticed that unattended kids were jumping in the water and the noise in the swimming pool area was impossible to bear so therefore we decided to skip this indoor facility which also included in the same price :-).

Our room was not serviced every day - twice they did not clean it. We had ckean towels but they did nit change the bed in our 5 night stay

Dryanovo is a small place, so the hotel is close to all the objectives. The hotel is clean and the breakfast is good.

It was OK altogether.

Nice clean and quiet place, good restaurant food.

Swimming pool turned out to be an outdoor one which is covered by a roof for the winter months. When we arrived the roof was off, although weather outside was still not warm enough, because it is still spring. So only a quick dip for us, ended by the rain outside, which wouldn' have been a problem for the summer months. Was quite disappointing, seen as the pool was one of the reasons why we booked it.

Nice stay with the family

The restaurant food was delicious! The hotel is clean and looks very good. The personal was nice and helpful.

The bed frame is the reason for new bruises :) The mattres is confortable but it can be taller to avoid any accidents due to the bed frame. The pool is big, warm water and clean. The problem is the air (when the pool is covered) because you can feel the high quantity of clorine from the pool in your throat.

As expected

Breakfast was great with a lot of options to choose from. The room and bathroom were clean, specious and well equipped. I did not use the facilities in the hotel, but they were available (at an extra cost) Parking was free.

The hotel is located near a construction site; this will be temporary and it doesn't really disturb a stay at the hotel. The view is just not very nice.
