un bon point de chute pour un court séjour à TROYES

bien situé avec un parking- très calme - spacieux: salon et chambre - petit déjeuner buffet continental

il manque une bonde pour l'évier de la cuisine ; en faisant la vaisselle on gâche de l'eau mais c'est un détail

Nicht mehr hinfahren trotz interessantem Projekt

Die Lage zum Stadtzentrum war sehr gut. Das Parken auch.

Das Zimmer war extrem laut. Das hätte man vorher sagen müssen. Es ist zwar schön, auf die Seine zu gucken, aber bei der extremen Lautstärke war trotz Ohropax nicht zu denken. Fenster bei der Hitze zu schließen, war auch keine Option. Schlafen war deswegen nicht möglich. Das Frühstück war extrem bescheiden. Wir mussten nach heißem Wasser für den Tee fragen.

Très déçues

Le parking La vue de la salle de restauration, le piano et la bibliothèque Le jeune homme qui nous a accueilli très sympathique

Literie dure, en cuvette et basse. On glissait sans cesse vers le milieu du lit. Décoration peu chaleureuse Les lampes de chevets non branchées (et une impossible à brancher car pas de prise à proximité) Trop de chauffage ! 23.5 degrés, impossible de baisser, on a eu chaud toute la nuit Le bruit ! A partir de 7h30, on a eu un ballet de chariots sous la fenêtre avec des employés parlant très fort, pendant une bonne demie heure Au vu des autres commentaires très positifs, nous sommes très déçues de notre séjour et du manque de confort de la chambre

Hotel mal anders...

freundlicher Empfang, geräumiges Apartment, In der Nähe des Stadtkerns, Tiefgaragenplatz ok

Die Sauberkeit der Hotelanlage ist verbesserungswürdig, das Frühstücksangebot ebenso. Die Frühstücksräumlichkeiten sowie das Frühstück selbst waren für ein Hotel befremdlich minimalistisch und entsprechen nicht dem im Buchungsportal angezeigten Fotos. Der Hotelbetrieb läuft hier scheinbar als "Zubrot" nebenher.

Fijn appartement

Balkon, mooie wijnglazen, koelkast, keuken faciliteiteiten met koffiesachets en de ruimtelijkheid van het app.. Ook de garage was fijn en kost 5 euro p.n.

Eetkamerstoel zat onder de vlekken en ook op de pedaalemmer in her keukenkastje zaten bruine klodders die ik schoon gepoetst heb. Ook vlekken op de muur. Kwam smoezelig over.

Nie wieder

Das Konzept Zimmer in einem Seniorenheim zu vermieten, ist kein Schlechtes!!!! Allerdings hat es uns eher Angst gemacht, so alt zu werden. Frühstücksraum ok Ausblick auf eine Bauruine und sehr sehr vielen Tauben (mehr als 109).

Wo fange ich an: der Zugang ist eine mega Baustelle und somit mit viel Schmutz verbunden. Kein Mensch mit Behinderung bzw. mit Hilfsmittel (Rollator/Rollstuhl) wird hier alle den Zugang bewältigen können. Das Zimmer ist groß, aber in einem grauenvollen Zustand. Schmutzig wirklich sehr ungepflegt.

Onze beleving in het Apart- hotel

De ligging was uitstekend nabij de binnenstad. De kamer was ruim en voorzien van een eenvoudig keukenblok.

De ontbijtruimte op zich was mooi. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig maar goed. Echt op zijn Frans. Helaas waren de stoelen vies. We moesten soms een stoel omwisselen vanwegen de kringen die op de zitting zaten. Niet hygiënisch en niet fris. Hier mag best wat meer aandacht aan besteed worden.

The room is fine but we probably wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was large and had lovely windows overlooking the river. It was clean and not too far from town. There was parking and decent facilities. It had the best black out blinds ever and we slept quite late.

For some reason we missed that it was in an old people’s home, which was a little strange. The bed was quite soft and only one pillow each was provided. We were at the end of a very long bright corridor, probably miles from the hub, and the Wi-Fi was pretty much non existent. Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am which is a bit ridiculous. It doesn’t take 6 hours to clean one room and a toilet. 3pm and 11am would still allow 4 hours to clean which is 2 hours more than us needed.

Very good value

Very clean, quiet and spacious, and exceptionally good value. The room is within a residential home for elder people so please be aware of that. For us it was ideal though, there was parking and a large comfy room and very friendly and helpful staff. It was a stopover for us as we drove through France and we would highly recommend it to anyone doing the same. Breakfast was so-so but for that price, it was amazing to get breakfast at all! Very very good value.

All very good except for breakfast arrangements, where clearer guidance is needed around seating. We hadn’t realised tables were set for lunch and that we were expected to go to the far end of the dining room to sit at bare tables…. It was all a bit awkward and could easily be avoided by better communication and clearer guidance in the dining room.

Very good

Very convenient. Great sized appartement for excellent price. Facilities were great, nice quiet. Breakfast not much choice but absolutely perfect for us, can't complain as it was all we wanted and needed, especially for the price - nice and fresh.

Beds were not the most comfy but fine for one night. The room we had was next to the water which was very loud all throughout the night, some people might like sleeping with it but I couldn't stand it.

Very convenient and secure city stay.

A lovely clean studio over the river. Very well equipped for the price. Extremely secure - for us and our car. Walk into city centre for Christmas lights and restaurants.

We’d booked a different apartment. No hairdryer.

Very spacious apartment

The apartment was very spacious and the location was great. It part of a senior home which was weird at first but totally fine. Lots of old folks having tea where we checked in. Next time I can bring my grandma along.

There was no A/C which we didn't realize. With 35 plus degrees outside it would have been nice but we didn't pay attention to it at the time of booking.
