We throughly enjoyed our stay here! The property manager was very accommodating - met us at 2am after our flight was delayed! The place was just as advertised. There was plenty of space for two adults and two teens. The bedrooms were quite big and having three bathrooms was very nice. We didn’t need the fourth ‘bedroom’ which was a large futon in the kitchen so we enjoyed having that space to relax in. Great location!

We were disappointed that we couldn’t have a refund after having to cancel our booking due to COVID 19. We are presently awaiting a reply as vrbo sent an e mail stating their commission has been waived and should be refunded, related to travels cancelled due to the virus. Loved the central location, the apartment was very clean, our only issue was the master bedroom had to be walked through to get from the back bedrooms to the living room. This was difficult for the 3 couples staying especially since one of the bathrooms was off the living room.

My family and I stayed at this apartment in June 2019. The location is very good - many restaurants, stores and tourist attractions within walking distance, and a number of options literally right as you walk out the door. Relatively easy to catch a taxi at a hotel down the street. The property manager was also very helpful and responsive. And the price was quite reasonable. We were disappointed, however, when we arrived and saw that it was an exaggeration to say that the place could comfortably sleep our group of 10 (5 adults and 5 teenagers). In fact, upon walking in and seeing that they would have to sleep on a sofa in the kitchen with sheets that didn't come close to fitting, 2 members of our family group made hotel reservations and left. After one night, another 2 family members went to a hotel because the experience was so cramped. For this reason, I wouldn't recommend more than 6 to stay here unless you are the type who doesn't really care where or how you sleep. The other negative was the air conditioning - it worked well in the kitchen in the front of the apartment but had little impact as you moved further into the property and was a non-factor in the back bedroom and bathroom. Not a complete deal breaker, but Hungary gets very warm in the summer, and it made for some restless nights...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! There was plenty of room for our entire family without feeling like we were on top of one another. It is a very quiet location & it is close to many great areas & restaurants. The decor is lovely! Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your home. We hope to return in the future.

Contact owner regarding coffee pot that was missing so no coffee each morning. Shower was blocked and could not be used. One day someone came and knocked in to hear if it was possible to rent the apartment and that should not be possible, because there are doors locking on the front door and the apartment is on the 4th floor. Was there a thief ??? Owner or contact person turned not back after my inquiries as they would. It spoils a bit of our vacation .

My family and I spent a month in this apartment in the summer. It was spacious and extremely well located, with a bakery/coffee shop in the building, a small grocery store about 15 meters away, the Kálvin tér metro stop just a few minutes further and the Great Market Hall (Nagy Vásárcsarnok) about a 5 minute walk past that. It is also an easy walk to the Astoria metro, the beautiful Károlyi Garden, the Dohány Street Synagogue, and dozens of restaurants. The kitchen is small but reasonably well equipped, but we mainly used it for breakfast since there are so many lovely places to eat out in the area both right outside the building and on Váci utca close by. There was enough space for the four of us (2 adults, 2 children) to have a bit of alone time and bathe simultaneously and also to eat together. The couches in the common room were not the most comfortable, but I think that’s because they double as beds for larger groups. One of the wonderful things was how quiet the apartment was despite how close it was to everything; it faces the courtyard rather than the street. We were there during a heat wave and the back bedrooms did not stay completely cool, but they were as comfortable as anything I’ve experienced in a Hungarian apartment since first traveling to Budapest in the 1990s. (My friends’ air conditioning is more challenged.) Highly recommended.

Schlüsselübergabe und -rückgabe funktionierte sehr pünktlich. Bis auf einen Fön war die Wohnung auch wie beschrieben ausgestattet.

Schöne Wohnung ,sehr Zentral, mit Fahrstuhl, leider alle Schlafräume als Durchgangszimmer, 3 Bäder und Wohnung waren sauber, mit 6-7 Personen geeignet.

Very nice and cosy apartment. We stayed with three persons. This apartment is fully equiped and situated in the heart of Budapest. I recommend this apartment!

everything was perfect!! the flat is exactly like the photos of homelidays, this property is located in the heart of the city, the flat is new and very cleaned!! Yvette and her manager are very good people and they can give you good suggestions for a perfect holiday in Budapest!! For sure I will be back here!!! extremely recommended!!!
