Hotel super bonito e relaxante!

Infelizmente não pude usufruir do spa porque fiquei apenas uma noite e havia ido a trabalho. Porém, ao chegar, nos deparamos com uma piscina super convidativa. O hotel é bonito, bem decorado, limpo e super organizado.

A piscina não é aquecida. Mesmo no verão, sendo uma piscina ao ar livre, a água acaba ficando fria.

De forma geral gostei de tudo, o pequeno almoço maravilhoso e spa também.

O quarto 001, que foi no qual me hospedei, tinha a particularidade que sempre que alguém entrava na hospedagem, a porta estremecia, como se alguém tentasse entrar. Algo a corrigir.

Room was quite spacious. Hotel outdoor areas and Spa were very nice

Restaurant was very basic and not well decorated. The hotel doesn't have a separated bar.

Very good choice. Fresh and plentiful

The bathroom door did not shut. It is not a recent problem as the lock isn’t levelled with the lock hole and was surely mentioned before.

Nice and modern stay in Vila Real!

Very modern property, nice atmosphere around the pool area, with most rooms facing it. Good sized bedrooms and bathrooms, very clean and modern. Friendly staff. The location is not the best as it is not on the city center, but it’s a short drive away, and very easy to get there from the highway. Very nice and complete breakfast! Dinner is also served in the hotel restaurant and we enjoyed it!

When we arrived the staff informed us the pool was not available to use, although the weather was good enough to enjoy it. However on the second day of our stay, they told us we could already use it, which was nice despite the water being freezing!!

Good

Beautiful place, comfortable beds, very clean. The breakfast is tasty and the restaurant has very good food.

The spa use is not included in the room fare, which is already pretty high. There was no message service available, even though the message upon booking asked if I wanted the massage list.

Very good hotel, with a good spa and a open air pool which must be nice during the summer.

Design and premises, could enjoy better if it was summer.

Good location to go hiking in Parque National do Alvão

Very friendly waiter at dinner who recommended nice wine and had excellent serving skills. Great price-value for the room.

Restaurant looks like a cheap cantine (with the television playing soccer games in the evening and some tabloid/sensation news channel in the morning).

Beautiful hotel, nice pool, good breakfast

The restaurant was not very good and the location was in a bigger city then I had expected.
