Christina in the reception is unique made my stay exceptional and a 5 star experience.

The Service was great and very welcoming. Have to mention Christina in the reception who is unique and really made my stay exceptional and a 5 star experience.

Hotel entrance and interiør in general (except the room) - does not look/ feel like a 5 star hotell. Crappy elevator and no elevator in first floor.

Absolutely loved this place!!

Absolutely loved it here. The rooms are amazing, spacious and easy to access. The location is perfect and the view from the water view rooms are the best on the old port. The staff ( Christina and Rafael) went a live and beyond to help us enjoy our time to the fullest in Chania . Would -00% recommend Scala de Faro to anyone

Our room with balcony and sea view surpassed expectations - it was comfortable, stylish, immaculately clean, with a superb view. Our stay was enhanced by the Scala de Faro staff who were all friendly, positive & very helpful. The excellent breakfast was a great start to the day. Would stay again.

Design boutique hotel with fabulous sea view room

Located in the center old port, but as we were off season it was not too crowded. We had a room with port view and small balcony. Totally worth it. The room is confortable and we had a good breakfast. The design is very nice.

Amazing Hotel in a great location with exceptional staff and a great value

The location is great but more important the hotel is so clean and stylish. We loved the decor and the views from the sea view rooms are great. The room was very clean as well as all aspects of the hotel. Breakfast was very good and the staff so helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel as the place to stay, so convenient to old town and great views.

Absolutely wonderful!

The hotel staff was absolutely wonderful, from the breakfast servers to the housekeepers and front desk. Very hospitable, and the accommodates were very nice and very clean. Also, the BEST iced cappuccino in Chania! ❤️

The localisation is amazing. It's situated in the heart of the city. You have a near access to the chania venitian harbour directly. The staff is very nice and welcoming. The room were very clean :)

Fantastic hotel with greats views

They made us a room upgrade to the presidential suite for free! It was the biggest room I've even been in a hotel with private garden, jacuzzi, two TVs, very comfortable bed and four windows to see the venecian port. The reception staff was very nice and friendly, always willing to help. Breakfasts are also extraordinary, they ask you and prepare coffee, fresh juice and omelette with the ingredients you want. If some day we go to Xania again, we will definitely come back to this hotel.

Beautifully located with stunning views to the Venetian harbour

Excellent location in the old town and the Venetian harbor with stunning views on the sea. The room was spacious delightfully decorated and the staff super friendly, kind and helpful. We had great time there !

We had the most amaIng time in Scala de faro, we didn’t expected for such a beautiful place and pleasent team.

The hotel's location is unbelievable, in front of the beautiful lighthouse. Eating breakfast and watching this view is so unique. The rooms and the total atmosphere is magical.

I don’t have anything bad to say about it.
