Pessimo. Non da 4 stelle ma da una. Nel quartiere più malfamato di Vicenza molte persone tossiche e ubriache di nazional

La pulizia L’odore di muffa o fogna dal parcheggio sotterraneo all’ ascensore e alla stanza Lo scarico della doccia invece di scaricare faceva risalire lo scarico con capelli e peli sul piatto doccia

Cómodo y cerca del centro

La habitación era muy amplia y las camas cómodas y limpias. El personal fue muy amable y nos dejaron guardar el coche en el estacionamiento incluso después del check out mientras regresábamos del centro de la cuidad el cual queda muy cerca (10 minutos en autobús y la parada está frente al hotel) El área tiene varias cosas, un Aldi, comida asiática y otros. La verdad habíamos leído muchos comentarios sobre las personas del barrio alrededor del hotel y la verdad no tuvimos malas experiencias pero si evitamos regresar en la noche caminando El desayuno estuvo muy bueno, un buffet completísimo para todos los gustos con fruta, yogurt, café, opciones saladas, cereales, tortas

El hotel es limpio pero es notable que las instalaciones no son nuevas y necesitan mantenimiento. Por ejemplo la pintura de las paredes o las baldosas en el baño que han perdido color.

We enjoyed everything during our stay in the hotel.

We got a very spacious and clean room. A good shower with lots of accessories. The hotel restaurant (in the evening) is excellent. We received excellent service. good breakfast Spacious parking. 15 minutes walking distance from the city center. Score: 10+++

it is a modern hotel on the outskirts of Vicenza, with an underground parking, so it’s very convenient to come and leave by car. Approximately 10-15 minutes walking distance from the city centre, so the location is ok, if you don’t mind walking. ( we were totally fine with it). The rooms are spacious .

one of those properties in Italy when the air conditioner in the room is centrally controlled. So, since it wasn’t super hot outside, the AC was turned off without us able to turn it on from the room. Opening the windows to let the fresh air in is not a great idea, since viale Verona is a busy street, so it is very noisy. Also, despite all the renovations, it seems that the shower on the top floor was leaking… so we saw the increasing spots on our ceiling every morning.

during Vicenza Fair there are not all that many options to stay as there is no Uber and taxi service is questionable at

location is great and breakfast is very good

the door to the room doesn’t close properly and did feel all that safe. I was left a complementary bottle of water and then charged for it. no body lotion and conditioner. checkout took 20 minutes. charged in three bits and there was no one unified professional bill, just three supermarket checkout receipt type slips. not as efficient as I would have liked it to be.

Location is about 10 minutes from the centre, but offers free parking in return. Breakfast is good.

Breakfast was good, fortunately not only sweets as elsewhere, so I'd say it was an 8 out of 10. Staff is polite and quick.
