Irretocavel!!!

O café da manhã era servido, às custas do Hotel, em um café charmoso, o café Greco, nas proximidades, o que era bem bacana. O staff, mãe e filha, era de uma gentileza incrível e super prestativas, nos ajudando em absolutamente tudo que precisávamos. Nota 10 para elas!!! O quarto é enorme, com um sótão incluído e nos dava a sensação de estarmos em uma casa. Tem uma pequena copa e uma geladeira oculta bem grande. O chuveiro é bem forte, com muita pressão. A cama é uma super king, e uma das melhores que já vi, em termos de conforto. Irretocavel!!

Não tenho sobre o que reclamar. Voltaria lá amanhã, se possível!

Heerlijk verblijf middden in het gezellige centrum.

Kamer Anastasia (de grotere kamer) Het hotel ligt midden in het centrum, in de avond is het rustig en is er geen geluidsoverlast. Na het lezen van de recensies was ik wat huiverig maar dat was echt niet nodig ! Het is en top hotel. Je kunt bij de ijssalon Kayak naar binnen lopen om te vragen waar je in kan checken en dan loopt er iemand mee naar de deur van het hotel die rechts in het steegje naast de ijssalon zit . Het ontbijt is in het haventje aan het water waar je kunt kiezen uit verschillende ontbijtjes.top Het bed sliep heerlijk en de douche perfect, het bubbelbad mag niet gebruikt worden maar dat waren we ook niet van plan. Aardig personeel ook.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, en plein cœur de la ville, avec tous les restaurants à proximité.

Les chambres sont magnifiques, propres et spacieuses. Nous avons choisi la suite Iokasti, qui dispose également d'un étage supérieur avec deux lits, idéal si vous voyagez avec des amis ou des enfants. Un endroit très agréable que nous recommandons pour son emplacement et son confort. L'hôtel est très bien situé, en plein cœur de la ville, avec tous les restaurants à proximité.

La communication avec l'hôtel via Booking.com, nous n'avons pas reçu de réponse.

The location, Fiskardo is a lovely spot

Luxury is not a word that should be associated with this hotel. The staff whilst being polite knew nothing about running a hotel. The facilities were poor, a/c didn't work, no instructions on how to use the TV or audio system. You had to unplug one device to use another. Water pressure fluctuated as did the temperature makes showering fun! At half the price this would have been good value.

Poor

The location was good. The room was soundproof.

The service was non existent. The staff did not speak English so communication was very difficult. No details were given so we had to ask the staff in the ice-cream shop below the suites to translate for us. This is at best a 3-star property and that is being generous. I would not recommend booking this accommodation.

Great location, nice rooms. A little overpriced for what it was.

Modern and clean room. The location was great.

The breakfast isn’t included and the room has a lot of don’t do this , don’t use that signs. There isn’t a reception so when you arrive you have to wait by a front door. Due to the language barrier we weren’t really sure what was going on when we arrived, it didn’t seem like they expected us.

The owners were so friendly (Kara and her daughter Sabina). They made our stay amazing.

It's a small and nice hotel in the harbor with a free parking around, luxurious and spacious room, very comfortable, fully equipped, so clean, lovely smell inside the hotel. We will do it again

Pleasant

The breakfast was pleasant served in a little cafe on the quayside. The lady on reception was friendly.

Unfortunately our room backed onto an alley way where there was a bank of air conditioning units on a neighbouring building which were very noisy so it was very difficult to sleep with the windows open. If we kept the windows closed the room was very stuffy but we couldn't use our air conditioning unit as it made such a cacophony. It started quietly and built up to a crescendo and then started all over again. There was also another low humming noise coming from somewhere so we felt like we were in a room full of machines. We asked to move room but there was no other availability.

Great room and great location

The location was excellent, close to the harbour, bars and restaurants.

The room we had did not have a balcony, so there was no outside space to chillout without leaving the hotel.

On the site theire are two bedrooms. onze of them is beautiful, with a small balcon. The second is attic room, basic, unsociable. there is also a courtyard, inpasseable

Pleasant stay

Fantastic location in the middle of town Enjoyed the breakfast at a cafe round the corner

The room felt a little cramped and some of the furnishings were a bit tired. Would not describe as luxury.

Nice accommodation, good location, no car needed.

Right in the centre of the port with great access to restaurants etc, modern facilities with nice shower. Friendly small B&B with breakfast at a small local cafe in the port ( 3 min walk). There are no breakfast facilities on site. Would certainly return if visiting Fiskardo.

No communal facilities, our room was quite small but other rooms at the property are more spacious for a little extra cost. Car park is a 5 min walk with quite a few steps to negotiate.

Really very good. Would return.

The room is really well appointed and cared for. The staff are incredibly friendly. Breakfast is wonderful - marina side location, great food and hospitality and I love the idea of giving a budget per person meaning you have the choice of the entire menu with the option of staying within budget or ordering as you wish and paying the difference. A real treat!

The bar next door is noisy after midnight and runs until the early hours. If you’re a light sleeper you will need ear plugs in this suite.

Interesting hotel - more like an apartment

Location is perfect, right in the heart of Fiskardo. It can be a little noisy for those wanting an early, quite night but it didn't affect us too much. Rooms are a very good size with balconies and quaint window shutters. Spotlessly clean.

This is a very quirky hotel and feels like it's decorated to someone's personal taste, paintings, trinkets, water fountain, led strive light etc with lots of gadgets, and necessities, that require maintenance, updating, re-charging or replacing; safe wasn't working - needed batteries, jacuzzi wasn't working - looked like it hasn't for weeks/months/years despite an aging note advising that an 'engineer had been notified'. There are lots of 'don't do this or that' notes/sticker's around the room, the electronic door spy hole wasn't working - needed recharging. The rather strange (and unnecessary) red/green strobe light in reception - for a hotel reception? Most of all though, as many others have said, there was nobody there to welcome us, depsite advising the venue of our arrival time in advance. Instead we had to call several times on arrival, sending emails and notifications via Booking.com. When we finally connected some 30-minutes later we were met by the door by a very nice person who used a translating device to communicate with us - that's no hardship and she was helpful but there was no explanation or apology as to why we had to wait outside for someone to welcome us 🤷🏻‍♂️ In short, the reception isn't manned. Without being harsh, I feel like this place needs a really good handy-man to 'snag' each room and address the issues, and someone to take a good look at the facilities in each room and update as necessary. More counter space for guests items and less unnecessary tat. For context, we stayed here last year too, in a different room, but gave it a other chance this year - same sentiment.

Comfortable and in a great location but luxury it is not.

Comfortable room

Getting into the property was difficult as no instructions. A/C not so good and ceiling fan poor. Breakfast is certainly not included in the price! 8euro these days gives you nothing!

great and relatively cheap in central fiskardo

stayed here bc my favourite hotel was fully booked and honestly it was great. perfect location , squeaky clean, internet works and relatively cheap. the lady/owner at front desk doesn’t speak English but was so kind. if you like minimalist decoration this isn’t the place for you!

nothing terribly critical to say. the card machine didn’t like my Amex… that’s about it.

Fabulous location ,lovely bedroom , loads of character , really enjoyed our stay would go again.

The allowance at a local bar was too small, so effectively for us breakfast was only half included Bathroom very poor not "luxury" at all the shower was a plastic affair that leaked very badly flooding the bathroom every time.

Very bad experience at Fiscadonna Luxury Suites - Shame on you Katsouris Travel

The location was good. The on-site staff were good but were unable to rectify the problems with our room during our stay.

Very bad experience at Fiscadonna Luxury Suites The air conditioning didn’t work properly which made the room totally unbearable at night. Dirty water from the bathroom in the room above also leaked through the ceiling and ran down the wall onto our luggage soiling our clothes and the other contents of our luggage. We are widely travelled and whilst I don’t normally write reviews this stay was a very bad experience. When I contacted Katsouris Travel, the owners, to complain my emails were completely ignored. The owners clearly do not care about their customers and once they have taken your money are not interested in customer service. Shame on you Katsouris Travel. Choose somewhere else to stay in Fiskardo.

Very good

Great location, very central. Delightful and helpful manager. The bathroom (Anastasia suite) was enormous with a spa bath. Great coffee machine.

The only drawback was the lack of a balcony and the room was on the dark side of the building so very little light. I would stay again in a suite with more light.

Avoid staying here

The location is good within the village, very central and relatively close to the central parking. The local staff in the accommodation were polite, given the circumstances.

The air conditioning didn't really work (when hot water is on, it turns off completely, but even when it's working it couldn't really cool off the room). Opening the windows you have no view, but noise from the bar next door. Bathroom door handle was broken. No proper ventilation on the room, causes a strong smell of mold - we were supposed to stay for 2 nights but had to leave after the first one since my girlfriend is allergic. The "headquarters" employee which we communicated by phone were very rude, telling us to hang up the phone and do not call again and I still did not receive my refund for the 2nd night after more than 3 weeks. They were the only rude people we encountered on the entire island of Kefalonia (which is a great destination), so I cannot recommend this accommodation.

Disappointed, not 5* as advertised.

Close to Fiskardo Harbour.

No outside space. No information or contact made on arrival. Some facilities advertised not provided. Breakfast advertised not given so we had to pay extra to get an English breakfast. Many of the room fittings tired and worn. Towels frayed and hard. No milk provided for tea or coffee.

Not luxury and not 4-star

Location is good and the outside of the building is beautiful

This property is advertised as 4 star and 'luxury.' It is very far from these things. On our first day, in 29 degree heat, we wanted to have the air con on but it did not work, and the solution was for us to just wait an hour or so until it would switch on again. This did not suit us as we wanted to cool down, shower and leave the room again. Then on our second night, we came home from a full day out to enjoy the jetted bathtub - specifically advertised with the room, and the water was cold and the jets didnt work. On both occasions, as there were no hotel reception staff in the building, i had to call someone for help. I do not expect to be spending my time doing this in a '4 star' 'luxury' establishment. What's more, we had to fix the water issue ourselves because the reception staff member was 'too far away from the hotel at that time'. Very very disappointing. We made a complaint on the second day, and was told it would be followed up however i have chased and chased and there has been no addiitonal contact or resolution. You should reconsider if you're thinking of staying here. It isn't what it advertises and it isn't worth the money you pay.
