Very relaxing stay with good facilities.

The closeness to the beach

Some of the air cons weren’t working and the second (main) bathroom could only be accessed by going outside.

great stay and location however disappointed with management service

location was great. facilities were good however main bathroom and toilet and bathroom were outside

After service - wanting to charge additional cleaning fees and dumping charges for our rubbish. Air conditioner in main lounge room was also not working.

Beachside beauty

We loved the absolute beachfront, large backyard (we could get our caravan in), pool & amazing views, walks. Property very clean & master bedroom very comfortable.

Air conditioning in Master bedroom wasn’t working- but we managed with air con from living area(we were only there for 3 nights). Handle on dryer broken. These were the only reason we didn’t rate property as 5 stars.

Although the view was good, overall the property was overpriced at $400 for the multiple issues.

Pool, view and location were very good

-In the only inside toilet/bathroom the door didn’t shut from inside -No Privacy in living area, strange design without curtains on glass doors (anyone walking past could see in or neighbours behind) -No sign lighting to arrive after dark or established driveway -small living area inside -second bathroom was an outside toilet and shower off the back patio -multiple unidentifiable keys on keyring -tv locked out so couldn’t use Netflix, USB devices or any smart TV functions -No internet

Pleasant

The bedding was dusty and I had an asthma attack. We had to leave early. The kitchen cupboards were very smelly, musty and unpleasant. I don’t think the house had been used for some time and you could smell it. View was spectacular but we did not really get to enjoy it. Very expensive.

The entertainment area and view

Lovely home, beautiful entertainment area but a very strange design. We were not prepared to have to go outside to use the bathroom. I found this very strange and a nuisance, especially at night. Also the outside patio isn't even tiled so you walking on concrete to go to the bathroom! For the price you paying I believe this should be clearer to guests before booking.

We had a very relaxing time staying at Solace; the name says it all.

It was a very comfortable house in a great location. The spacious main bedroom with a fantastic view of the sea and sunrise was an outstanding feature. The ensuite attached to the main bedroom was excellent.

The house was great overall but a few details need attending to. Weeds growing in the roof gutter at the back is not a good look; only two of the four burners on the gas barbeque work properly; the tiled floor had been vacuumed but needed mopping.
