La amabilidad del personal no suple la decepción de las 'vistas' del bajo.

La situación y la piscina infinita. La señora de la limpieza un encanto y el resto de personal, en general, muy amable.

Nos dieron dos habitaciones denominadas una, con vistas al mar y la otra con vistas a la montaña y, ni una cosa ni la otra. Al ser en un bajo solo se veían las dunas, el mar ni se adivina y si la montaña es un edificio enfrente con un balcón a pie de calle pues si se ajusta a la definición.

Comodidad y ubicación top pero instalaciones mejorables

Es un hotel muy cómodo para familias. Muy bien ubicado, con acceso a la playa y con respecto a la habitación, teníamos una en la planta baja del edificio anexo bastante amplia para meter cuna y carrito. Por cierto, la cuna para los bebés que proporciona el hotel está bastante bien, es la típica cuna parque a la que han añadido un colchón mas ancho y cómodo. Todo el personal muy atento y amables

Es muy antiguo y no le vendría mal una reforma a las habitaciones. El colchón de mi cama era muy cómodo pero no así el de la de mi marido. A las terrazas yo le añadiría un tendedero o algo para dejar secar toallas, bañadores y demás. El desayuno está bastante bien pero esperaba algo más del buffet, quizás compensa salir a los bares cercanos para desayunar.

It is a beautiful and comfortable place to stay.

Beautiful place, great location, comfortable room, helpful staff, well kept grounds. We are definitely coming back . Great view from our window. But next time we will have our breakfast in café rather than buffet.

The only thing that lets it down is the buffet breakfast- the room not in keeping with the rest of the place, not much choice as to cereals, no fresh juice and one was a bit fizzy. No fresh tomato or cucumber. Small choice of fresh fruit. But bread was fresh, good choice, coffee ok, fresh blended tomato 🍅, helpful staff.

Ubicación magnífica; personal encantador; instalaciones muy buenas también.

La limpieza de nuestra habitación el día de la llegada no era la mejor, pero en cuanto lo hicimos saber en la recepción lo solucionaron de inmediato.

Agradable estancia pero necesita una revisión.

Me gustó el trato y que siempre intentaron mejorar los problemas que se plantearon en la habitación. La ubicación es muy buena, con vista al mar después del cambio de la misma por un problema con la habitación.

No sé de quién fue la culpa si de booking o del hotel, pero debería ser posible reservar habitaciones con camas grandes si es posible y si no lo es que booking no te deje hacerlo. A lo mejor sería mejor llamar directamente al hotel para confirmar.

Absolutely a no-go for relaxing type of vacation

Staff very friendly and attentive

Poor soundproof rooms, you’ll hear your next door guest breathing. Shampoo not provided. Floor was not cleaned every day. They charge 2eur fee with every swap of pool towels

Great location, great accommodation, great staff and secure parking. We visited for the Ruta Del Atún and didn’t eat in the hotel apart for a good buffet breakfast but no doubt the lunch and dinner options would have been fine. The whiskey collection is amazing.

Pleasant Night Away in Zahara De Los Atunes

Location is excellent! Beach front hotel and extremely near to plenty of good restaurants. Staff very amicable! We did not have breakfast included in the room or had lunch or dinner at the hotel restaurant so cannot comment on quality, etc.

Room is dated and there was a strong smell of humidity which wasn't pleasant. Bed not the most comfortable either but we were out all day on both days at the beach, town centre & restaurants so it was not a big issue for our one night stay. Had our stay been longer we would have asked for another room especially because of the stuffiness and humid smell. The fitness centre is not a fitness centre! It is a very small room with very old and outdated equipment which consisted of a lat pull down machine, treadmill and cross trainer and one set of low weight plastic weights...to be honest it was the poorest excuse of a fitness centre I have every encountered!

Zahara in Oct

Fabulous location. Right next to the beach. Short walk to loads of restaurants and bars. Lovely pool garden with a big pool and loads of shade from the well established palms and other trees. Visited by many birds, that took the opportunity to have a drink or a bathe in the pool. Very peaceful in Oct. Possibly not so in July and August. Great food from the restaurant lunchtimes and evenings, if you didn't want to venture out.

It was a shame that we arrived just after the roof top pool and bar area was closed for the season, but the garden pool area was lovely.

Great location near the beach. Adult only infinity pool with beautiful views especially at sunset. The main pool is good for swimming. Friendly and helpful staff made us feel comfortable and welcome.

The buffet breakfast was a little chaotic. Having everything laid out in a line meant the guests were squeezing past each other. However the food was very good
