Todo genial ya lo conocía y lo he recomendado.

El ascensor va muy lento y con el calor es horrible. Menos mal que esta programado para q baje a la -1 Igual se podría modificar.

Einfach nur perfekt!!!!

Wir waren jetzt zum dritten Mal in dieser Appartementanlage. Und wieder war es sehr, sehr schön. Von Rezeption bis zu den lieben Z(S)aubermädels alle Angestellten sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich!!!!! Auch wurde wieder unser Wunsch ein gewisses Appartement zu bekommen erfüllt! Danke dafür! Die Lage ist einfach perfekt und es ist nicht so ein Riesenbunker, sondern eine schöne überschauliche Appartmentanlage mit familiärem Touch. Also werden wir auch nächstes Jahr wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen! Danke für alles! Ganz besonderen Dank an Heike, der guten Seele der Anlage.

La temperatura de la piscina era gélida y no tenia un buen mantenimiento (no funcionaban las camas Spa).

Ten apartament docenią osoby lubiące bliskość plaż i oceanu. Nie polecam osobom lubiącym ciszę nocą.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, druga linia budynków od oceanu. Ładny częściowy widok na ocean. Spory balkon z dwoma leżakami, stołem i krzesłami. Bezpłatny parking przy ulicy przed budynkiem. Dostęp do basenu. Bliskość sklepów.

Ze względu na bliskość przystanku autobusowego nocą jest bardzo głośno. Rozpędzone autobusy zaczynają hamować na wysokości budynku. Głośne występy muzyków, które odbywają się w sąsiadującym hotelu. Apartament raczej w starym stylu. Apartament nie posiada klimatyzacji ani zmywarki. Zatykający się odpływ pod prysznicem. Jedno żelazko dostępne dla wszystkich apartamentów.

Great, clean, calm place, ideal for families, close to beach and everything.

Nice apartman for a very good price, good view to the ocean from 3rd floor. Calm nights, no party place at close range. We arrived with night flight, so they left the key at a keysafe for us at the entrance. Personnel are helpful and kind. Great place for families. Originally we wanted to go to Teneriffe, because it was used to be said that there were more features there (and we were there already 15 years ago). Now, in 2023. june it is not true anymore: just see Pamelitos Park, Camello safaries, Banana Plantation (banana museum hacienda), Poema del Mar, Aqualand, volcano tours etc. on Gran Canaria. Everything is there for a very good vacation, except orcas.

No downside.

it’s good!

property is close to the beach however not so close to the Lidl if you are on foot. on the map it looks like just around the corner but in reality you need a car to get there. grocery stores around are very expensive so do consider car/ taxi if you are looking to pay normal prices. otherwise everything is good, apartment is much smaller than on the pictures. every other day house is being cleaned, reception lady very pleasant and helpful. yes I would stay again.

Old and worn out property with no air conditioning

Property is old and worn out. There was no air conditioning, bed mattress were old and worn out. pillows also very uncomfortable. Generally it is not clean either… there were ants running all over the place. Property is also close to a noisy road and since due to air con absence you have to sleep with an open window, you hear all the noises from the street.

very nice and big apartment. close to the centre. Very quiet at night and during the day too. nice and cozy pool great communication with the host

there is no air conditioning unfortunately, only the fan that had to keep on all night because the flat is very hot, and made us a bit sick. unfortunately we couldn’t delay our checkout, which was a shame no iron and hairdryer in the room. however is provided from the reception only when it’s open

practically perfect in every way !!!

amazing location near bars shops and the beach just across the road! we have stayed twice and would come back again!

the only improvement we would say is that the balcony floor needs some attention as chunks are coming off and a few cockroaches managed to find their way into the apartment.

Nice apartment ,well situated ,great transport links

Clean and comfortable good location beaches, supermarket ,bars and restuarants . Good transport link airport bus stop opposite no 66. Taxi to jumbo centre was €4 even coming home late at 2am . Jumbo centre some great restaurants and bars and some shopping .

We had some insects like little mini ants running around kitchen and ,bathroom. I asked reception about them and what would I need to tackle them . Response was zero , the only bad point .

Everything was perfect and great value for money. Staff were really helpful and kind. Had a balcony with sea views. Great location in a quiet neighbourhood away from the busy areas but still a short walk to everything. Bus stop pretty much outside with buses direct to the airport and up to las palmas

Bed, clean sheets, shower, away from hubbub but close to beach

We often come here and it seems that every time there has been an upgrade: better coffee pot one year, nicer furniture another, way better showering facility, free wi-fi came a few years ago

No real gripes. I think we got more than we paid for but we were out of seasonal. It would be good if we were able to have 2 keys as I meet my sister there but we don't necessarily keep the same timetable.

Was very good experience, we really enjoyed it.

The host was very friendly and helpful, the room had a huge sunny balcony that was very useful, and also we loved the pool area.

The room furniture was a bit old, and the 2 single beds were sliding the whole time.

Great place to stay! Thank you for a great holiday. I will be back again soon :)

3rd time I have stayed here. lovely pool with jacuzzi beds, very clean, towels changed and maids clean three times per week, bedding changed once per week. Very close to two supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants and 50 metres from the sea promenade, 5 min walk along the sea front to the beach. 10 mins to Yumbo. Sun loungers on balconies, no air conditioning, but the ceiling fans work well. All the kitchen utensils that you need, fridges work well. Great shower and always hot water. Staff are always very helpful & friendly. No longer a problem with cats. I didn’t see one on my last visit.

Lots of German and Spanish TV channels, but very few English, it would be great to get BBC and ITV, but I used Netflix.

Good value for money!

Brilliant location, nice and spacious room with big outside terrace (available in ground floor rooms only), proper kitchen with useful appliances and utensils, glasses, pots etc. Beautiful swimming pool.

You have to pay extra for use of safe, old smelly towels, no hairdryer, no iron in the room.

Our stay at Montemayor did us the world of good.

Loved the comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, well maintained and clean rooms and building. Super pool and pool area. Maid service every other day.

Did'nt know breakfast was available?????

Part of fridge broken, very dusty under couch ( but just cleaned it myself)!!!!!! No sky news on telly, alot of cats around!!!!! But despite the above we loved it and looking forward to our visit to you same time next year PG.
