Kouření ostatnich návštěvníků na balkone, k večeři se muselo platit i za vodu - naprosto chapu ze se platí za alkohol, ale voda by měla být zdarma. Vnitřní spa bylo velmi podprůměrné, člověk si tam ani nemá kde odlozit věci, sprcha bez mýdla, nelze se tam prevléci…

Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was also impressed with the food selection for both breakfast and dinner.

The first room I was in smelled of mold/mildew and also I woke up to a cockroach in my shoe. The staff though booked me in a new room in the better section of the hotel after two nights which was very appreciated.

Great location, kind staff , clean. I’d recommend and certainly will come back.

The location is great. The staff is really kind and attentive. Everything is super clean and it’s a perfect hotel for short holidays.

I believe the mattresses are too soft. And definitely the coffee should be improved. The coffee from the machine is not good at all. The dinner options I have the feeling that could be simpler..do not try to over complicated if it’s not possible to afford the ingredients. It can be simpler and delicious…

Great crew but bad coffee :(

The staff was amazing, very welcoming and always ready to help us out with tips and suggestions. The sport area (machines, pools) was great and always very clean.

Our room was facing the pool, on the 3rd floor, and during the early morning we could hear the staff moving the tables and a "temporary fence" since the pool area isn't accessible in the evening/night. It was very loud. We'd like to suggest to revisit the cold/warm/juice drinks area for breakfast: the quality was very poor.

The only and most irritating thing was the hotel manager..she used to speak with every German speaking guest,but barely spoke with English speaking guests like us..at the dinner time she used to create a long waiting queues with no reason..she use to speak with every German speaking guest, rather then check room number and off you go for your dinner..we were with child under two, so waiting wasn't pleasure..we travel a lot, but it was first time that hotel manager, is painfully irritating and use to be there 24/7, at the breakfast and dinner time taking plates of the table and etc.. might be staff shortage,but she is a manager - so do your job and manage people. Also the child chairs were dirty every day..seems nobody was cleaning them, I had to clean it all the time..

The staff! Specially Cati and Esperanza from the reception and Carmen, Laura, Fredi e Juanito from the restaurant.

Excellent hotel and very friendly staff

The hotel was lovely, the staff were very nice. We really enjoyed our stay and the faculties are excellent.

Unfortunately the pool was not heated and as a result was very cold. We asked for a double bed but got two single beds which were comfortable but unfortunately kept pushing away from each other. I know the hotel doesn't offer double beds but other hotels clamp the two single beds together to make a double and the clamp prevents them drifting apart so I would recommend this option for the hotel.

on arrival I was greeted by a friendly face and very helpful staff sorting out what was needed

the place is clean and modern the rooms spacious the staff are all eager to help and nothing is to much trouble, the food is delicious and varied whats not to like - so much so I decided to stay a 3rd week

The breakfast and dinner were amazing, the room and the staff also. I loved it!

Some things should be better communicated: For instance, if you offer spa and gym, you should definitively inform about the shifts system in advance. I understand it is Corona, but as I did not know about these measures, I could never use the gym because I did not get an appointment on time. Be sure to ask everything on advance...

Solo travel to the North of Mallorca

It was a good place to stay as a base for exploring the North of Mallorca. Very close to the beach too. The room had a fridge so I could keep water cool, and the air conditioning / WiFi worked well. Bed was comfortable. Pool was big and plenty of seating around. The bar drinks were good and reasonably priced!

The shower kept flooding the floor despite my best efforts to prevent it from happening. Water pressure wasn't great and kept going very hot to cold. Soundproofing- could hear neighbours on both sides and above. Walls seemed paper thin. Also the spa facilities weren't in use. Cold jacuzzi and no steam room or sauna. It would've been nice to have been told that beforehand, as this was one of the draws for booking this hotel. Lack of coffee and tea making facilities in the room which is usually a standard facility with most hotels. Booking.com allows you to book room only with no catering, so this would be a nice touch if they added to the room.

Good value for money

Clean and comfortable room. Great location not far from the beach. Nice pool. Friendly and helpful staff.

Not many vegetarian options for dinner and the food was quite repetitive. The room doors are very heavy and bang loudly when closed. The hot water in the shower also quite temperamental.

Nice hotel & great location

The nice staff, excellent location, the rooms are nicely decorated, beautiful swimming pool setting with the palm trees, good breakfast and okiesh dinner.

The rooms need more cleaning, even after cleaning we will find sand on the floor. We constantly found hair in the bathroom which was disgusting. It seems like the same cleaning cloth was used for other rooms. It is good to use a vacuum cleaner to get rid of that which the cleaning lady didn’t.

Very clean, very good location, everything seemed quite new and it wasn’t too big!

The breakfast was trying a bit hard I think.. didn’t quite do it for me I went out fir my breakfasts. Also no ironing board , advised to iron on the bed… reminded me of being a student but was ok for a day or so 🤣

Amazing place!

Amazing place, very comfortable, clean and with the great staff speaking multiple languages. The food (breakfast in my case) was just incredible! I strongly recommend for a peaceful stay.

The city is not so interesting itself - but I've been off the season it might be more interesting during the peak
