Finde excepcional

Es un hotel muy familiar, tranquilo, excelente ubicación. Las dos recepcionistas la de la mañana y la de la tarde muy amables. Y no podia faltar una pedazo de terraza con vistas al mar. Facil aparcamiento, volveremos sin duda.

Bonitas vistas

La ubicación, el apartamento tenía unas vistas muy bonitas al mar y estaba enfrente de la playa.

Las camas eran muy incómodas, te clavas los muelles del colchón y la almohada horrible...

Un hotel muy comodo, bonito y con vistas al mar.

Mi habitación estaba genial, una cama doble gigante, una bañera para tomar baños relajantes, una terraza con vistas al mar espectacular y un desayuno de autoservicio para poder tomar tu zumito de naranja, tus tostadas a tu gusto, cereales... Un recepcionista llamado Raul fue muy amable con nosotros, muy atento a todo y nos hice sentir mas cómodos. Todo muy limpio y bonito, si te gusta ver el mar y la tranquilidad es el sitio perfecto.

Hubo un problema con el wifi esos 2 dias que estuvimos alojados, por problemas con la electricidad que tenían que hacer reparaciones por lo que fue un poco incomodo (normalmente no tengo problemas porque uso datos pero justamente esos dias no disponia de datos) por lo que fue un poco fastidio.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Lage und die geschmackvolle helle Einrichtung des Hotels. Die ruhige und schöne Lage direkt mit Sicht zur Bucht und der Marina von San José.

Der Getränkeservice am Abend war mäßig und um spätestens 23:00h war Feierabend und alle Aufenthaltsräume wurden abgeschlossen. Frühstück war auch nur Standard. Bedienung war ziemlich langsam und unstrukturiert.

A great Mediterranean getaway

It was beautiful! The decor, ambiance was very peaceful. The staff were very nice. The sea is crystal clear and almost like your private beach.

The bahtrooms could do with a renovation. The wifi was not strong enough from my room.

Vi trivdes utmärkt på hotellet. Lite kallt på rummet, men annars var allt utmärkt. Kommer gärna igen

Den var bra och fullt tillräcklig. Alltid hjälpsam personal, vilket har stor betydelse.

Det var ju synd att det inte fanns hiss, det hade vi behövt. Men det är ju inte lätt fixat.

The location was great, beachfront and close to the town. The view out of the room was very nice, sunset and sun rise beautiful.

The bath tub had been very unprofessionally grouted and the tub outdated. To take a shower took a long time as there was very little water coming out. Breakfast was very basic, would have expected more.

Lovely location and lived the simple but stylish decor and the big bathroom. Restaurant food was pretty good but breakfast was uninspiring

A wonderful stay in a very pleasant location.

We had a wonderful time there. The people from the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast and also dinner. The landscape is outstanding and gives lots of opportunities for leisure activities.

Our second visit in 5 months and we plan to come back in April and June.

location is perfect, staff are friendly and efficient. restaurant was very good.

showers were a little off, could do with updating. family room shower was Luke warm on both days. fine in summer but in winter you do need a hot shower. We will be back to stay again as this is a minor issue.

Great views and proximity to town.

Fantastic views from the rooms and an easy walk down to the bars, shops and beach etc. Friendly staff and clean, comfortable and spacious room. Easy to park (although high season may be different).

Nothing we didn't like, it suited our needs perfectly.

Lovely stylish traditional hotel in great location. Public areas hD exceptional views and stylishly furnished. Staff were friendly and accommoding.

No 4 star hotel in our opinion, A great stay nonetheless

- This hotel has the best view and good access to the beach. The staff is amazing; they will do everything to make you feel at ease. The apartment is great to apart from some minor issues. I expected parking to be more challenging, but we found good spots near the hotel.

The airconditioning was not well programmed and stopped working at night. We could not let the door open for ventilation, so it was a bit unpleasant at night. The receptionist was very eager to help but wasn't able to. The building, although well maintained, showed it age. And ants could easily access it. Sometimes it was swelling with them. Fortunately, it did not cause a major inconvenience. However, we paid the hotel handsomely (double in high season) and this is why I think the above points should have been addressed.

Overpriced!

The beds were comfy and clean and we both slept really well. The breakfast was ample.

Hotel was overpriced for the standard of room. Have paid much less for better. Would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities. We paid 207 euros for 1 night. Just a note there are no parking facilities at the hotel so took us 30 minutes to find a parking space, probably because it was a holiday and the little streets were exceeding busy.

No tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Also had to ask to move as first room was not acceptable but we were delighted with the other room offered, even though at first they said there wasn’t one available. This had the double bed we wanted and terrace. They could not find us in the system as we only booked that same day. it needs to go through quicker from Booking.com I think.

Overrated and overpriced

There was no WIFI in the room. The bed was really old and hard with springs sticking out. The cleaners unlock your door and walk right in, and they turn up at random times so there's no way to know what time to be out.

The suite overlooked the sea, which was both spectacular and calming. Thesuite facilities catered for all our holiday needs.

Excellent stay and just in front of the beach

The courtesy of the staff and especially the one of the lady that welcomed us: she was advising us that just 1 room would have been perfect for my family, instead of the 2 rooms I booked

Shabby but no Chic

Checked out 2 days early due to: Cockroach in dining room No wifi in room despite hotel listing, receptionist blamed our devices despite us having no problems elsewhere. Loo wouldn’t flush even after the maintenance man had repaired it Telephone in room not working despite reporting to reception

Do you know the way to San Jose? Then find this place!

Huge room, lovely bathroom and a huge private sun terrace overlooking the sea. Superb. The whole place was spotless and was wonderfully fresh. The staff were excellent.

That I wasn’t there for a month.
