Peu mieux faire je pense.

Son restaurant, la grandeur de la chambre et le cadre des lieux.

La literie pas trop bonne et l'oreiller pas confortable, les bruits extérieurs dans la chambre, la chambre pas insonorisé et le bruit des couloirs par le personnel nettoyage trop tôt 8h10 du matin .a revoir je pense

Für eine Nacht super.

Schnelle Hilfe bei fragen und Problemen. Das Restaurant war echt ein Hammer. Lecker Steaks und Wein. Dazu super freundlicher Service. Danke das war spitze. Genau wie das Frühstück

Leider war der Vorhang nicht sauber und das Bett nicht vorbereitet. Das Bett wurde aber sofort hergerichtet

Mooi hotel. Aardig personeel. Weinig op te merken

Het zag er mooi en schoon uit.

Parkeergelegenheid. Er is onvoldoende parkeerplek. Ik moest mijn auto op het terrein zetten maar zo dat andere auto er niet uit konden. Ik moest dus mijn gegevens achter later bij de receptie voor het geval ik later mijn auto moest verplaatsen. (Ik had een lange autorit achter de rug en wilde gewoon vroeg slapen. Zonder mogelijkheid weer wakker gebeld te worden)

Un séjour agréable mais pas conforme aux attentes

Le petit déjeuner et les espaces communs sont très agréables et bien décorés

Le confort de la chambre ne répond pas aux attentes et ne correspond pas aux premières photos proposées, il semble qu'un petit nombre de chambres aient été redécorées mais pas toutes les chambres proposées par l'établissement... les oreillers ne sont pas de bonne qualité et leur quantité est trop minime au regard de la taille du lit (grand). La salle de bain et la décoration de la chambre laissent à désirer.

Erg prettig, goede bedden en bediening. Lokatie is toch nog eind lopen naar het centrum.

Het ontbijt was divers. Ruime keuze in beleg en soorten brood en zoete broodjes. Lekker het warme geklopte ei met spek. Mooie gewelven van het oude klooster; sfeervol om te ontbijten en te dineren. Dichtbij lopend van het prachtige grote museum.

We hadden problemen met de bediening van de airco. Er lag geen handleiding op de kamer hoe de airco en TV te bedienen. Volgens de receptie was dat op de TV te vinden; maar die info kregen we niet bij het inchecken. Plus niet iedereen is in alles digitaal. Een handleiding op papier zou klantvriendelijker zijn. Lokatie hotel is toch nog een flink eind lopen naar het centrum.Zeker vanaf of naar het station is een taxi aan te bevelen.

Chambre veillotte avec odeur désagréable, fenêtre qui ne s'ouvre pas, rideau déchiré ascenseur qui fait peur dont un était déjà en panne. panique dans le parking pas assez de place pour tout le monde mais on laisse rentrés les gens, ce qui fait que vous vous trouver coincé ne pouvant plus sortir et vous payez 15 euros. très bruyant peu de place en extérieur pour pouvoir vous posé pour lire.

Sehr freundliches Personal und ein äußerst liebenswürdiger Empfang. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen und bietet eine Tiefgarage. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

In die Jahre gekommene Zimmer für einen überteuerten Preis

Die Lobby ist edel gestaltet und kürzlich renoviert worden, das Frühstück war gut

Das Zimmer war stark in die Jahre gekommen, im Zimmer lagen fremde Haare, der Parkplatz war hoffnungslos überfüllt und ein freier Parkplatz erst nach langer Wartezeit verfügbar, der Preis von 120 € war dafür stark übertrieben, der Parkplatz kostete nochmal 15 drauf.

Goed en niet ver van het centrum

Na 1 nacht moeilijk te zeggen maar het personeel was erg vriendelijk,en de afhandeling van de inbraak op mijn auto was oké, dus zou er wel nog een keer een kamer huren maar dan met duidelijkheid over het parkeren.

Een niet zo goed beveiligd parkeer terrein waardoor er ingebroken is in mijn auto en er spullen gestolen zijn, dus voor andere mensen: haal je spullen uit de auto! En parkeer zo ver als het kan op het parkeer terrein.

Decent comfortable and modern hotel.

Parking. Bike storage. Desk service.. nearby old city buildings. Hotel is a Nice blend of old building and modern overhaul.

Poir room lighting but seems to be a Belgian trait. Quite a walk from more lively main town centre although it is near all the old city buildings .

Breakfast was below standard for such a hotel and price. Restaurant was overpriced compared to the quality and experience Room (std double) needs a renovation, it's a bit worn down. Elevators were flaky, one out of order, others looked patched with scotch tape. Noisy when doors slammed out in the hall, from other rooms

les portes qui claquent dès 5heures de matin, un wc qui prend 15' avant de se recharger en eau, une chambre un peu vieillote : tapisserie qui se décolle, lampadaire troué / pas de prise de courant près du lit

Fit for purpose. I would stay here 100% again. Value for money was great.

Room was lovely but very small. It was a twin room and single beds very small also but quite comfortable. Fabulous hot shower. Breakfast delicious and staff were so lovely and helpful anytime of the day.

Issues with all of the lifts - we were on the 6th floor and there were 3 lifts that took ages to appear. 2 out of the 3 lifts also drooped suddenly while going downwards - very frightening. Didn't eat in the restaurant as the food was an extortionate price - €20 for a salad!!! Location felt very unsafe so we used taxis to go anywhere. Nowhere really to eat except a pizzeria down the road which was actually gorgeous and v reasonable.

The room was spacious and there was lots of space around the hotel to relax

There was very little option around the hotel to eat. Out of 3 lifts only one worked and that lift kept breaking down.

On a passé un bon moment au marché de Noel et l'hôtel était pas loin de celui-ci, une bonne raison

Manque un frigo Manque une petite table pour un apéro Manque de produits de beauté comme, crème mains , corps, échantillons Pas claire pour le coffre -fort , il faut une carte de crédit? Était il payant aussi ce coffre donc, pas agréable de ne pas mettre des objets de valeur Pour le déjeuner , le jus était infect!

Het receptie personeel. Kon geen gedag vanaf. Geen welkom of fijne reis terug. Heel zakelijk en daardoor voel je je niet welkom.
