Elegant, comfortable and well located

Excellent hotel, at European standards. I was surprised , didn’t expect it as I was not looking at high end accommodations. The hotel features lot of paintings and Italian related decoration, very nice and interesting to see. (I wonder how an Italian would feel here :) The breakfast is generous and has lots of different dishes, all tasty.

Atendimento cordial de todos os funcionários com quem tivemos contato. Bom café da manhã, com ampla variedade. Quarto amplo, limpo e em bom estado de manutenção. Banheiro com ducha bem quente. Excelente localização, próximo ao Shopping Cataratas JL (que tem mercado, farmácia e restaurantes).

Não chegou a ser um empecilho para mim, mas vale a informação de que o hotel oferece serviço de quarto apenas após às 16h (horário em que abre o restaurante do hotel - Dolce Vita).

La comida en el restaurante es deliciosa. El desayuno tiene varias opciones. El hotel está muy bien ubicado, justo en el centro y a pesar de eso, es bastante tranquilo. Las habitaciones, aunque están bien equipadas, son bastante pequeñas. Las camas son cómodas. El personal muy amable. Está bien para estadías cortas o sin niños pequeños.

El suelo de nuestra habitación estaba un poco sucio. Nos dieron una cuna extremadamente pequeña, en la que no cabía mi bebé de 11 meses (era para un recién nacido), y no pudimos cambiarla. En el restaurante faltan sillas para bebé, y el aire acondicionado estaba muy alto. En el minibar de la habitación no había nada, ni una sola botella de agua.

Very good mattress, well equipped gym, very friendly staff but not everybody speaks English.

The the whole look inside the hotel is very old fashioned. The hotel room‘s furniture is pretty long in the tooth. Sharp-eyed floor.

Very good hotel with value for money.

Breakfast buffet really good, ample options. Location, OK, near to shopping, 100 meters walking distance. Room, very good pillow and mattes but very small wardrobe. Hot shower running properly. Restaurante Dolce Vita very good service and food. Staff excellent attitude, always looking to help and provide support.

WiFi at the room was not working.

staffs are super nice. They did their best to answer my questions. They made my trip joyful and affordable. I really like this place. Big thank for the receptionist, They did fantastic job.

a great base to explore the falls

clean and friendly. very confortable huge double bed. nice pool area. convenient location as a base close to a large shopping mall which also offered some food choices

A comfortable experience!

Breakfast is wonderful! The restaurant has a typical Italian atmosphere where we can taste fresh fruits, different bread and cakes, juices and a hot Brazilian coffee. Everything under a friendly staff smile! Great team!

Carpark could be a little bit bigger. My car was out overnight and I felt few uncomfortable due to this.
