Paradise

Everything was gorgeous. Air conditioning was awesome. Pools and the beach were wonderful amenities . The staff was OUTSTANDING!

Everything was great. Wish there was more luxurious linens and USB charging by the bed but that was it

This hotel is beautiful, relaxing and has a professional and kind staff eager to make your vacation fantastic.

The property is ideally located within a short walk to both the beach and town. Our son liked the 2 pools and we enjoyed the lovely gardens that were beautifully maintained. We felt safe as all the gates stayed locked and the spa was gorgeous. I had a nice one hour massage there.

Wifi was spotty and difficult to use as it kept disconnecting. We parked our car and although we were charged quite a bit to park we were not offered valet service. Massage was too informal for my personal taste. She did a good job in many ways but I found it odd she didn’t introduce herself, ask if I had any areas of concern or that I didn’t want touched, she didn’t wash her hands in front of me to ensure safety and she didn’t keep me covered. I wasn’t offered any water or to relax after the massage either. So it was a little rough compared to the attentive luxury service provided by the rest of the hotel staff which was excellent.

the perfect hotel for the most relaxing holiday in Italy!

Exquisite hotel along the Coast of Amalfi. the food was very good and breakfast delicious! our room overlooking the main pool was clean, bright and roomy with a full on American shower! the staff could not have been more accommodating, even with language barrier. Did I mention the wonderful beach club bar on the sandy Mediterranean coast? I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family!

the on site restaurant could have an a la carte menu for dinner.

Nice location hotel was nice but not up expectation for money paid

Breakfast was ok, location was nice Acciaroli is a lovely little place.

Food was not the best very small quantity’s , swimming pool was not clean, Private beach was not clean and looked after.Beach Bar was closed before 19:00 in the evening.

Impressed

Great staff, amazing property. Rooms are well decorated and are kept very clean. The 2 pools are fantastic, one is ambient temperature and the other is heated. The private beach, although a short walk from the hotel, is well maintained and the water seemed very clean. Food and drinks are available at the beach with a variety of choices and very good. .

Superb

Hotel staff went out of their way to ensure we were cared for. Breakfast was good. We did not eat at the property, but they did have lunch and dinner options. A/C worked well, the view frlm the balcony was good, room mini bar fridge kept cold items cold, daily room service, bed was a little hard. We arrived late and did not truly experience the closeness of not only the quaint town, but the hotel beach area. The hotel beach area is an easy 4-5 min leisure walk. The beach area has your chairs and umbrella ready. Towels, shower, toilet and bar area with food service are all there. The beach area has a great sand bar for the little ones and there are a few waves to excite the older kids. Once you’ve showered and are ready to head out, the town is an easy 5-8 minute walk. Easy for all all ages. The people are friendly and views are truly grounding.
