A pleasant short visit , would come back again 👍

All in all we had a very enjoyable stay. The swimming pools were lovely with plenty of sun beds. Also the small pool with the submerged beds was really nice. Good location with the main town only a short walk away. Breakfast was good to with plenty of choices.

Would have really liked coffee/ tea making facilities in the room, as I’m an early waker I really wanted a coffee early, also only found out after we had checked out that there was a fridge in the room but we never knew it was there under a cudboard. I found the price of alcoholic drinks rather expensive, we only had bed and breakfast so had to pay for drinks. Also the air conditioning in the room was only just noticeable and room was fairly warm .

Nice hotel, happy we stayed here

Good location, spacious rooms and decent variety of food, especially the themed nights.

Not a dislike as such, but there was local festival on one of days we stayed which resulted in a firework show at midnight. Stumbled on it by chance, maybe an opportunity for the hotel to advertise it was happening as it was brilliant to see.

all in all was great

+ pool + Spacious and clean rooms + all the rooms have balconies and a view to the pool + very friendly personal + value for money

- wifi - breakfast was just fine but more vegan options would be great - We stayed once for dinner because the vegetarian and vegan options were limited (a lot of TK veggies and not a big salat variety)

Pleasant

Large pool and quiet. Adults only gives it a relaxing feel around the hotel.

Our air conditioning didn't work in the room. We reported it to reception, and I sensed this was not the first time a fault with the air conditioning had been reported. No apology, just a quick 'we will take a look'. Still not working when we arrived back to hotel late, asked again, they said the maintenance man would be here with a spare part in the morning (again no apology). We didn't want to keep our door open because of the mozzies, so simply slept on top of covers. We didn't ask again the following day as we were leaving. It's a shame really as the hotel is quiet nice, but there was simply no urgency. We are probably too polite and should have pushed harder, or requested a different room.

Amazing hotel, average and dull location

The hotel was amazing, very clean and the pool area was great, amazing All Inclusive drinks and the food was really good.

The area wasn’t the best, the beach was nothing to whoo about and it’s filled with Germans everywhere ( nothing against Germans ) but when the Spanish starts speaking German to you instead of Spanish it definitely does not feel like you’re in Spain.

Basic, clean and comfortable with nice pool.

The pool is fab. I'd say one of the best in the area. Great size and lots of sun loungers. Quiet area with easy access to the beach just 10 min walk. Breakfast was excellent with lots of options available. Everywhere was very clean and well looked after for its age.

The reception staff were not very friendly. The only exception was the night shift reception member who worked the late shift. He always had a smile, was so welcoming and helpful. Friendly even if he couldn't help with what we needed. The other reception staff were quite abrupt with yes or no answers. No warmth. Bar staff all lovely to deal with. Also the WiFi was terrible in the rooms. Not possible to even load Gmail most of the time. Worked fine in reception area though. Beds quite uncomfortable and basic thin matress. Definitely not 4 star.

Very quiet adult only hotel with great pool and terrible air con and beds.

Huge swimming pool with hardly anyone swimming in it. Big enough you can do a 'proper swim' in. Nice choice at breakfast and dinner. We had a 'junior suite' which we booked last minute. The room was nicely decorated and big. This is a very very quiet hotel. I think we were the only English guests.

Horrendous piped 'lounge music' playing all day all around the swimming pool. Air con didn't work at all. We complained and managed to get a fan in our room for the second night onwards. But sleeping was extremely uncomfortable in the heat. Terrible beds. 2 x narrow singles pushed together. Hard bed bases. Foam mattress. rock hard pillow. Stay was spoiled by terrible sleeps in the very hot room and uncomfortable beds. No iron or kettle in room - not what you would expect for 4 star. Coffee poor and sweetened orange juice at breakfast not nice. (The rest of the breakfast items were all very good. )

Good relaxing stay.

Nice quiet resort, close enough to the beach, very good value for money. The food was ok, especially the grill. it would be nice to have dinner until later than 20:30.

The gym. That’s a joke, it should not be called a gym. a fee useless old machines, no AC, it should be closed today.

A great place to spend a relaxed vacation.

the staff was very welcoming, rooms perfectly clean, comfortable bed and excellent food

Overall enjoyed stay, just a few little things could be improved.

The swimming pool was great, never had a problem getting a sun bed and was so lovely and peaceful being an adults only hotel.

The air conditioning in our room was non existent, we complained but were told the hotel was fully booked and we couldn’t be moved. We asked for a fan but were told that this was impossible!! Food in restaurant also not brilliant, we ate out a few times rather than have evening buffet.

The good staff weighed it up somewhat.

The breakfast buffet was good. Ten minute walk to beach promenade. Big bathroom. Next door to a mercadona.

Air-condition didn't work very well so sleeping was quite sweaty. Asked for a fan and they said they would find one but didn't. The balcony door closed but didn't "lock" properly, meaning it could easily be forced open. Elevators need an update. Sometimes I could press the button several times and it malfunctioned and reset instead ov moving. .Water overflowed through the bathroom into the room every time I showered. An easy fix but they solved it by giving me a load of towels to bar the water instead. One afternoon I went to get towels for the pool. I'd been on the beach and walked in town and I had swollen feet (pregnant). Rude staffmember refused them because I didn't have €10 collateral. I offered my passport or drivers license but that wasn't good enough.

Nice pool, but not a place we will visit again sadly.

The breakfast was good and the pool area was nice and very calm.

The walls were paper thin, so you heard everything, the elevator, other guests, cleaning staff in the mornings etc. we had to switch room just to be able to sleep. Some of the staff in the reception was not very helpful and gave us different information depending on who we asked. We felt like the service level should’ve been higher for a 4-star hotel.

loved the hotel so much we extended our stay - would book again

Loved the pool (ample loungers available) that all balconies were pool facing. loved the champagne on arrival. the rooms were a great size. some comments have said that there was a lack of shampoo etc available in the rooms - we found there was plenty. excellent value for money. the pictures/reviews of this place don’t do it justice - it was a lovely place to stay. thought it would be “tacky” but not at all. balcony amazing

the nicer beach (playa de muro) was probably 20 min walk away - however you could go to a closer beach if you liked (playa de can Picafort was only 5 min walk).

Überragendes Frühstück

The breakfast was amazing. The facilities provided by the hotel was up to the standard. We had a nice stay in the hotel.

Due to open shower area and lack of proper drainage, the bathroom floor gets very wet. The balcony was little dirty.

Superb

The receptionisr ladie is definitely one of the most lovely/valuable person who I met over my holidays. The hotel must be grearful for her services. She's doing her job professionally,she's giving you the attention the respect and helps you how she can and she is sharing the happiness with you,what's a private choice, it's not part of the job, there is a big difference between being behaved/polite and to love the people. It's a good example in these days. The place is nice, clean, quiet, confi, peaceful. And the best bed what I ever had 🛏️😴😴 🧘‍♂️
