Hôtel fort sympathique pour visiter la région nord du lac

- l’emplacement proche des lieux tels que le château, la place avec les restaurants/magasins -la propreté des lieux (chambre, sauna, salle à manger) - l’amabilité et gentillesse du personnel -l’espace sauna/ Hammam est très cosy et bien équipé - tres belle piscine extérieur - proposition de massage en plus

- dans l’espace sauna/ détente, il faisait un peu frais, mais ce n’est qu’un détail

Sehr schönes Hotel Ideal um den Gardasee Umgebung streßfrei zu erkunden Parkplätze und Tiefgarage

Das Hotel liegt optimal für Ausflüge. Bushaltestelle direkt gegenüber. Renovierte Zimmer im 4 Stock. Spitzenmäßige "Salzsauna"

Der Fahrstuhl sollte überholt werden.

Gegend immer wieder top - Unterkunft würde ich für eine Individualreise eher nicht empfehlen

fussläufig zum hübschen Ort Arco, Bushaltestelle eine min Fußweg, Blick auf eine Sehenswürdigkeit in die Berge

leider kein top renoviertes Zimmer, Dusche und Lüftung sollten dringend modernisiert werden; Strassengeräusche, Aussenpool wahrscheinlich top, aber auch dieser, Sonnenliegen und Gartenbestuhlung sind direkt an der Straße mit dichter Hecke und schöner Bepflanzung Mir waren es einfach viel zu viele Zimmer, also Menschen beim Frühstück - als Rentner mag man gewiss den Rundumservice mit Halbpension. Wir haben lieber die verschiedenen Restaurants fussläufig erkundet.

Świetny hotel

Pyszne śniadania, bardzo duży wybór dań. Świetna lokalizacja. Też przy hotelu dworzec autobusowy z którego pojedzie się do pobliskiej Riva del Garda. Pokój sprzątany codziennie a co dwa dni zmieniana pościel. Pomocy personel. I ciągle uśmiechnięte Panie kelnerki w restauracji

Hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Werden sicher wieder kommen.

Super nette Bedienungen im Restaurant. Tolles essen. Gute Lage für alle Unternehmungen. Gruß an der Stelle an die beiden Mädels vom Restaurant

Salatbuffet könnte abwechslungsreicher sein. Beim Frühstück leider nur Marmelade Honig Butter usw im kleinen Plastikpäckchen.

4.OG sehr sauberes, modernes großes Zimmer mit Blick auf die Stadt. Prima Service, alles da was man braucht. Super nettes Personal, zuvorkommend, zuverlässig und schnell. Klasse Pool und großzügiger sauber gestalteter Spa-Bereich. Würde gerne wieder Urlaubstage dort verbringen.

Preis-Leistung TOP. HP ordentlich gut; Unterkunft: Sauberkeit spitze! Wir kommen erneut wieder!

Die Halbpension war gut bis sehr gut. Wir reisten zu dritt, hatten zwei Zimmer über booking.com gebucht; ein sehr großes, geräumiges Zimmer mit 2 Betten und einem Schlafsofa (ich bin Rollstuhlfahrer). Das zweite Zimmer war kleiner aber auch ok. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt, Betten gerichtet; täglich neue Handtücher; sehr freundliches Personal; ich war schon 2021 hier Gast. Weniger gut: Leider wurde der Pool begradigt und in Rechteck-Form verkleinert. Das nimmt etwas die frühere Leichtigkeit, das Ambiente. Sicher eine Kosten-Nutzen-Frage. - Schade! Sonst genau so, wie erwartet; wir kommen wieder!! ;-)

Das Haus mit für und wieder.

Das Personal super Frühstück auser der Kaffee klasse,super zentral Lage Bushaltestellen gegenüber. Der Ausenpool ist super.

Die Zimmer sind nur grob gereinigt worden, der Aufzug war ein Lotterie Spiel genau so mit den Parkplätze. Schade war auch das der Wellnessbereich geschlossen war.

Perfekter Urlaub in der Nähe zum Gardasee.

Wir haben kurzfristig gebucht und dennoch ein super tolles ruhiges Zimmer mit wunderschönem Bergblick bekommen. Auf dem Balkon konnten wir abends gemeinsam bei einem guten Wein den Abend und Anblick genießen. Das Hotel selbst ist in bester Lage, sehr sauber und gepflegt und die. Anbindung zum Gardasee (nur 10-15min mit dem Auto, 20min mit dem Bus...Haltestelle direkt am Hotel) perfekt. Das Personal ist stets extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen. Das Zentrum von Arco ist fußläufig super zu erreichen und somit lädt die Lage des Hotels auch zu einem Abendspaziergang in die Restaurants und Bars ein. Unserer Meinung nach eine sehr gute Empfehlung für Besucher des Gardasees, auch wenn nicht direkt dran, aber sehr schnell erreichbar. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Beim Frühstück hätte ggf. ab und an der Gästewechsel besser funktionieren können, daher 9/10 Sternen. Aber das ist eher "jammern auf hohem Niveau" (eigentlich war am Ende alles TOP!)

Sentirsi a proprio agio in tutto.

Ottima la posizione sia per accedere a piedi al centro storico e sia per usufruire di servizi essenziali come bus, farmacia, negozi. Il personale è stato eccellente .

Avendo usufruito ance della mezza pensione si potrebbe migliorare aggiungendo le bevande ai pasti e introducendo delle pietanze tipiche trentine.

Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr gut. Auch die Lage war super. Direkt gegenüber vom Hotel ist der Busbahnhof, von wo man fast überall aus hinfahren konnte. Und durch das Trentino-Ticket auch noch umsonst.

Delightful surprise

It’s location was excellent…walking distance to excellent restaurants …very picturesque town…and I learned that the Lake Garda region is so much more than the lake…really enjoyed our time here…

the location was good.

The food is horrible Dinner was frozen food I didn't eat, waiter was nice he told me if I wanted another one but i was pretty sure it was going to be the same very oily. so i said no. I made a mistake I booked half board I will never book again half board I had to go out and outside to buy food. Toaster dose not toast bread I gave up after 3 rounds.

Perfect location, 2min walk from centre and beautiful balcony view

Location was perfect and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Great bonus being given a code for the Mio Trento app which has some nice perks and insights for the area. The breakfast which was included had a decent selection and there was plenty there. Big thank you to Enzo, who picked me up from San Giorgio when it was thunderstorms and no taxi available, I am beyond grateful. Also Claire at reception was lovely but generally the staff at reception where quite nice.

I was on floor four which was quite warm all throughout the corridors and the room, air con is available but it was just generally quite stuffy throughout aside from the reception area. The single room was also a smaller than what it appears in pictures. The overall hotel could do with a little refresh considering the price.

we had a lovely time, and were looked after very well.

we were there for our golden wedding anniversary, there was a transport strike nothing was working. The hotel Director gave us a lift to lake Garda, they also gave us a bottle of cava and fruit in our room, and a bottle of wine at dinner time. they were very helpful. comfortable room.

Very relaxing, well maintained with excellent restaurant and good pool area

Quiet, relaxed environment especially around the pool. Property well maintained and well run - staff appeared to be highly motivated and enjoy their jobs. Restaurant was popular probably because very good value with a set menu offering four choices for each of three courses plus self service salad bar. The location is about four miles north of the lake, a few minutes walk into the town centre for bars, ice cream shops etc. Free bicycle hire allows you to explore the area on separate well maintained cycle paths including easy route to the lake itself.

Lifts are a bit basic/small which made it difficult with luggage, but there is a wide staircase

Small hotel, excellent helpful & friendly staff, free bikes available & good cycle paths locally, good location to visit Lake Garda. Arco town was pleasant in the evening . spent 3 nights as part of a 3 week tour.

WOW what a place... Clean Ang huge rooms and beds, Wonderful hospitality, Since we checked out in early morning they offered us a lunch boxes, and even made us coffee in 1 am for free Will come back for sure.
