Inacceptable

Malheureusement, il n'y a pas grand-chose.

Dans un premier temps, nous sommes venus en famille. Mon oncle avait réservé une chambre double, mais à notre arrivée, on l’a informé qu’elle ne serait finalement pas disponible. Avec deux enfants d’une dizaine d’années, il était impossible de les laisser seuls dans une seule chambre. La personne à l’accueil, qui venait de prendre son service, a passé 30 minutes à discuter avec nous pour trouver un accord, en offrant les petits-déjeuners pour toute la famille et une réduction sur les deux chambres que nous avons dû louer séparément. Le lendemain matin, en nous rendant au petit-déjeuner, un autre membre de la réception, en désaccord avec l’offre de sa collègue, a refusé de nous servir. De plus, il s’est permis d’être vulgaire en nous disant : "Vous payez ou vous partez." Après encore 30 minutes de discussion avec cet individu insolent, nous avons préféré partir sans déjeuner, refusant de payer 15€ supplémentaires. Pour finir, les bornes de recharge pour véhicules proposées par l’hôtel étaient non fonctionnelles, et bien sûr, ce n’était pas leur problème. Malheureusement, cet hôtel est à éviter, surtout à cause du comportement inacceptable du réceptionniste. Un courrier a été envoyé au siège pour demander des explications.

Endroit pourri, hotel peu entretenu, restaurant nul!

Petit déjeuner correct

nous avions retenu une chambre pour deux nuits.Suite à des pbs, nous avons passé seulement une nuit! J'ai demandé à la personne à la réception de nous rembourser les deux petits déjeuners non pris? Promesse pour le 1 er ou le 2 juillet? Nous sommes le 3 , rien de remboursé!! D'autre part, pas de restaurant le weekend ??? Depuis très longtemps, nous pratiquions les Campanile; mais après ce que nous avons vécu, je crois bien que le Campanile, s'est FINI !

Très bien

Très confortable, agréable, bien insonorisé, ménage fait tous les jours ce qui est très appréciable. La bouilloire et le café dans la chambre pour le premier matin sont vraiment un point fort.

Staff were helpful

Room is small. Site location is noisy. The worst thing was the breakfast. It was so poor. Only cereals, pancakes, eggs and small cakes apart from a few others. Completely waste of money. Not worth 96 EUR.

Uncomfortable bed, dirty towel

It is very conveniently located. The breakfast was nice, and good-value.

We had a towel which had stains on the looked like they had appeared after the towel had been cleaned... Not residual stains. So perhaps they are not changing the towels properly. The bed was very uncomfortable with springs on my back, but nobody asked is how we slept in the morning, so we were unable to give our feedback directly to the hotel. We paid 80€ for one night including breakfast. This is a lot of money for an uncomfortable bed and dirty towels.

superb breakfast with rich options in sweets, ham and cheese. i liked scrambled eggs, fruits and croissants. then quick check in . complementary tea in the room was nice

location was a bit off but maybe its more suitable to visitors who comes by plane rather than train

Wrong pick

We made a mistake. We were just in Toulouse for 1 night on the way to somewhere else and had a friend to meet. Without enough research I choose this hotel because it was between my friend place and the city centre. It was a mistake the hotel is really for business travelers only. There is much better value for money in the center and the area around the hotel is an economic zone and a highway. On a side note someone from the staff entered our room at 9am before we checked out without knocking.

The breakfast was a self service buffet with most options available.

The rooms weren’t 100% clean but good enough for an overnight stop, but we’d asked for ground floor rooms as we were travelling with someone with mobility issues, and our rooms were at the furthest point on the 2nd floor - not ideal.
