Prima verblijf heerlijke vakantie gehad!

Accomodatie is qua prijs / kwaliteit verhouding prima.

Het bed zelf en ook onder het bed was het niet schoon.

Tolle Apartement mit super Lage

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Der tolle Strand ist nur 200 Meter entfernt. Zu den Restaurants und Geschäften sind es ca. 500 Meter.

A fuir !

La localisation de la résidence et le gros point positif, à quelques mètres à pied de la mer et du centre ville.

La piscine a été fermée 4 jours en 1 semaine pour défécation. Aucune excuse de l’établissement qui a juste su répondre qu’ils n’étaient pas responsables. Cependant aucune mesure n’a été prise suite à ça. Des personnes n’étant pas dans l’établissement viennent dans la piscine, personne pour surveiller ce qui sanctionne les clients et devient un endroit plus que bruyant. Une fois la rentrée a l’école l’ambiance est devenu plus calme, un soir l’homme de sécurité est venu taper à notre porte faisant trop de bruit à son goût (nous sommes 2 et nous étions sur le balcon à 21h30, autant dire que nous n’étions pas à crier pour nous parler). J’avais vu plus bas un commentaire d’une personne ne plaignant que celui ci les avaient aussi prévenu de faire moins de bruits et que l’établissement reprochait à cette même personne de ne pas avoir respecter les règles de l’établissement. À ce jour, je comprend mieux le commentaire de cette dame ! Une semaine avant notre altercation, 2 femmes se sont insultées devant toute la résidence en accusant les enfants respectifs d’avoir détectés dans la piscine, cela montre la sérénité et le calme de ce lieu….. Nous sommes très déçus, bien évidement nous ne remettrons jamais un pied dans cette résidence, pleine de personnes sans éducation.

Séjour agréable.

Plage très proche de l'établissement, possibilité de manger et boire un verre sur place.

Beaucoup de personnes à la piscine n'avaient pas de bracelet, et les règles ne sont pas respectées. (tenues de piscine non appropriées, les gens mangent et boivent à la piscine, eau plutôt trouble. Le portail avec code très souvent ouvert et des gens attendent que des personnes ouvrent pour pouvoir passer. Pas très sécurisé et sécurisant!!!

Somme toute.....

Bien situé, dans un environnement de verdure. Les studios sont corrects. Le personnel très serviable et sympathique, toujours à l'écoute.

Ayant réservé pour 15 jours, j'ai trouvé dommage que l'on me demande 70 € pour pouvoir profiter d'une télévision. Désolée, je trouve cela exagéré et donc je n'ai pas pris. Les plaques chauffantes pour " cuisiner " sans doute trop vétustes,... impossible de s'en servir, cuire 2 œufs durs, il a fallu plus de 25 mn avant que l'eau commence à frémir... Niveau écologique = zéro Pas d'accès à l'espace " machines à laver " qui était hors service ?

Nous avons été logé dans un appartement sous les pins très éloignés de la réception Résultat avec le mistral et sans soleil nous avons eu froid et dû allumer les chauffages pour pouvoir profiter pleinement de l appartement. Le réfrigérateur en panne à notre arrivée nécessitant un changé immédiat pas trop top à l arrivée Les machines à laver en panne pendant quasi tout le séjour Nous avons eu l année dernière un geste commercial comme nous restions 10 j ma chienne s est vue offrir son séjour Cette année aucun geste donc 660 euros + 291 euros entre parking, taxes de séjour ménage et ma chienne ça fait presque la Moitié du séjour en suppléments… Nous n avons pas eu accès à la piscine elle n est pas chauffée Nous avions apprécié l année dernière cette année c est dommage nous ne reviendrons plus

location and garden

I find strange the fact that they let you choose if you want to clean yourself or pay for the clean. I wouldn’t trust the cleaning done by someone else that stayed before me

I expected better.

I liked the location.

The studio was not clean. (Hair in the shower, …) The beds were not really beds. They are smaller than a small bed. And very old. I could only sleep on my back because of the shape of the matress. I came to relax. But relaxing comes with a good nights sleep.

Exceptional

The property is very nice and the swimming pool is perfect for a little excercise. It was quite in September but still sunny to enjoy the breakfast on the balcony.

Some cleaning supplies could have been provided.

Very dirty. The staff were rude, and none seemed to speak any englush at all. I only stayed ine nught if the four I had booked. Was over all a terrible experience.

Room was all right with a convenient fridge. We also liked a small shop at the reception where we could order croissants for the next morning.

I really did not like that the personnel did not speak English at all although the hotel advertised that English is not a problem. An extra fee for bed linens and towels was announced in advance but still - it was an inconvenience.

Basic, good value property, close to the centre.

Good location, not far from the beaches and the restaurants. Very nice swimming pool and excellent value for money.

Very basic accommodation, and bedding isn’t included in the price.

Noisy, dirty, terrible beds, but good location

Location. Staff friendly and spoke English.

Common areas dirty. Floor in studio dirty on arrival. Realised on last day this is because they guy who sweeps the floor outside the studios doesn’t sweep up the dirt regularly! He leaves a big pile which then blows under your door. Totally gross. I swept our floor 4 x a day to keep it clean. There is also ZERO soundproofing, especially in rooms with doors between. Beds so uncomfortable my back is killing me. We left early after 3 awful nights‘ sleep. Pool nice but closes at 19:00!! Ridiculous. Unless you are under 25 or can’t afford anything better, do yourself a favour and spend €30 extra a night to stay elsewhere.

The location is good, ground floor apartment, could enjoy eating outside, was comfortable overall The city itself is very clean safe and tourists friendly, The beach very nice

The parking in/out with the card is just catastrophic.. I think for the size is a bit too expensive, really small apartment, we been a family of 5, all in 1 and half rooms, The floor around the swimming pool is very slippery- what an idea? The bar could be as well more charming if they like us to have a drink a small snack

in brief, I was very happy in this residence,

the pool was very clean, and the location is not far from the beach, 5 minutes away to the near beach which is very clean and not too crowded, so you will enjoy your day there

actually I was very happy in this residence, maybe it was more practical to offer the sheets and the towels within theroom not as a separate service
