Séjour pas très agréable

Le calme.

pas assez de prise, poigné cassé, aspirateur cassé et ça était signalé le premier jour, on a pas apprécié la moquette car on ai allergique, pas de connexion internet, l'ennui c'est installé les derniers jours.

Bon séjour.

Les kits salle de bain et "ménage". La place de parking (la mienne était prise par quelqu'un d'autre, j'en ai prise une autre en prévenant le propriétaire). Le calme des lieux.

Le stress de ne pas savoir si notre menage de sortie était assez bien fait (par nos soins) pour le propriétaire. La sortie au plus tard à 10h.

Deplorable

Estaba cercar del centro pero no tanto si tienes que transportar los esquís y botas de tus hijos pequeños.

Estaba muy viejo y mal arreglado. Excesivamente pequeño porque no había ningún espacio para dejar maletas y ropas de las 4 personas que caben en la habitación. Así que las maletas y la ropa está en el poco espacio libre que queda. Se supone que hay una especie de armario sin puertas con dos perchas; no caben ni las maletas sin deshacer y ninguna si tienes en cuenta que en ese espacio está la aspiradora, la escoba, el cubo y la fregona, el tenderete de la ropa… La cocina no tiene extractor de humos por lo que toda la ropa apesta a comida. Todo muy viejo; el baño sin ventana ni extractor de aire además de muy pequeño si deben pasar 4 personas. La bañera con un tapón que no detiene el agua y solo funcionaba un grifo porque al otro le faltaba el pomo del agua caliente. Los monomandos no existen ahí. El sofá cama incomodísimo además de que no te puedes mover porque hace muchísimo ruido. Además lo de la recepción…yo no la vi nunca y si te ocurre alguna emergencia como que se te cae la llave por el hueco del ascensor: pues duermes en la calle porque no te contesta nadie después de las 6. Hay un teléfono para emergencias pero es el 112 de Francia.

Instalación LAMENTABLE. No se la recomiendo ni a mi peor enemigo!!!

Nada. Estuve solo 5 minutos y después de ver lo lamentable del apartamento: suciedad, olor a marihuana, falta de luz, devolví las llaves en el Buzón de recepción y le dije al encargado q nos íbamos.Hable con mi gestor de la tarjeta con la q hice el pago el 9-12-23 y le mande las fotos del apartamento ( nada para e ido a las de la web) para q gestionase la devolución . Busque otro alojamiento ese mismo día 1//1/24 pagando más del doble ( The Catalogne) para disfrutar de nuestra semana de ski en Font Romeu. Llevo muchos años como cliente de Booking y esta es mi peor experiencia. En mi opinión alojamientos de este tipo deberían estar fuera de la red de Booking.

Todo era horrible: edificio antiguo, sin mantenimiento, con basura en los pasillos, muy sucio, olor a Marihuana. Indigno para una familia. Tuve q buscar otro alojamiento!!!!

Séjour moyennement correct. On ne relouera pas dans cette immeuble

Vue et ensoleillement parfait. Emplacement immeuble bien situé dans le village

Pas d'accueil donc impersonnel. Mauvaise literie du canapé-lit. Pas de place de parking attribué au logement. Trop Bruyant car 70 % à 80% des locataires étaient des espagnols et ne respectent rien (apéro dans le hall d'entrée, bruits dans les couloirs et appartements et musique trop forte toutes les nuits). L'on vient en vacances pour se reposer aussi, ce qui n'a pas été possible.

Nice mountain apartment!

It is quiet and straight forward and good value for money. It is in a good location. the balcony was cool too and the room furniture all that you need.

Bit short of things in the apartment like kettle. but it is for longer stays than I was there and people bring their coffee. but no coffee filter papers makes that difficult and one would have no idea as there is not much info in booking details; and not much info about the local area.

Cleaning products were provided. Dishwasher. Warm apartment. Nice view. Parking. Ski lockers. Easy access. Proximity to shops and to city center.

Uncomfortable beds. Bad lightning. Problems with wifi. Limited kitchen supplies.

Value for money

Location was great. We arrived late, the key was left at reception for us, easy checkin. The window was left open and heater turned off when we arrived but luckily the room heats up quickly. The room is basic but if you want to stay in and cook, it has everything.

The sofabed and bunk beds are not comfortable, for 1 night its ok but I wouldnt stay for longer.

We had a room overlooking the valley. the view is amazing.

The front desk has certain opening hours, it's worth remembering that. We arrived and instructions and the room key were left for us in the box at the front desk. The room was being renovated. Fortunately, when we went back to the front desk, the staff was there and we were quickly replaced with a room.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed using Booking, will never stay again.

The only think that is nice about this place is the view and location

This apartment is really poor and the photos on booking are very deceiving. Everything is falling apart, missing or broken doors in the cupboards and in the kitchen, kitchen extractor does not work, and when you cook the heating turns off, so you can't even open the window to let the smoke out while you cook (it was minus 5 when we stayed here). The kitchen is VERY poorly equipped, there was not one single knife that could cut a carrot, or basic cooking utensils like a wooden spoon. The heating system is NOT powerful enough for winter, so be ready to have around 12 degrees inside the apartment if it's snowing outside. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, the sofa bed in the living room has a v shape that converges to the middle, a total back breaker, and the bunk beds besides being almost falling apart they have a width of about 60cm, so only suitable for very small children. TV had no remote, bathroom shower head would not hold in the wall, it would just fall... and there was no instructions for anything in the apartment. If you need help from reception good luck with that, they close at 18h, so after that time you will have to wait for the next day... It literally feels like the management doesn't care at all about the confort of guests, and there's absolutely ZERO maintenance of the facilities. Not even mentioning that when I booked they told me that I could check in between 10 and 11 am, and when I got there at 11.15am they told me I had to come back at 3pm because the room wasn't ready....

Practical apartment at fair price

Practical location. Nice and clean

Very limited view from balcony. Don't like to be 'threatened' with unanounced (unanounced at time of booking) possible cleaning fees. No vacuum cleaner was available as stated. In one of the other apartments dogs were left alone, barking through the whole Saturday afternoon, with an open door to the balcony. Very noisy and disturbing, both inside the building and outside. Acces from car park (level 0) to elevator inside the building (on level 1) is via a staircase.

cancelled the booking but still charged me, cannot believe this!

they cancelled the booking because of 'water damage' and move me to another hotel which i had to pay in cash. then they did not reimbursh so i paid for two hotels... booking.com is also very slow in correcting this, now, more then 2 months later, i still not have be reimburshed

It was a 2 minute walk into town and the view we had was mega beautiful !! Staff very nice too! Thanks Valerie!

The location and view from our studio.

Outdated and various things not working, electric blind on first day ( but repaired quickly ). Bath water stopper ( had to use a knife to unlock stopper ). Carpets very dusty ( my daughter allergic so we were changed to a studio with wooden floors)..
