C'était trop court !!!!!!!

Chambre superbe, mention spéciale à la salle de bain, magnifique

Je n'avais pas de bouteille d'eau, un oubli ? Je ne sais pas et la luminosité n'était pas top mais bon c'était juste une nuit.

pratique mais peu agreable globalement

grande chambre et bonne literie

Chambre tres bruyante directement sur autoroute. de plus nous souhaitions beneficier de la navette aeroport indiquee comme passant toutes les 20 minutes. En realite elle passe toutes les 40 minutes sauf entre 11h et 15h ou la frequence est toutes les heures. Service insuffisant et mal renseigné

Bonne halte entre deux avions

Navette très pratique depuis l’aéroport , gratuite et très exacte sur l’horaire, ttes les 30 minutes. Le petit déjeuner est varié et excellent. Le restaurant est très correct avec un personnel au top!

Les chambres sont spacieuses , très propres et bien équipées mais il y fait froid et la climatisation ne se règle pas . Les lits sont très confortables .

Hôtel très agréable pour une pause avant de prendre un vol.

Le personnel est très accueillant et disponible. Le restaurant propose une bonne carte avec un personnel également très agréable. La navette pour l’aéroport est très pratique.

Hôtel à proscrire, à éviter absolument!!!!

À vrai dire, pas grand-chose, seulement peut-être la proximité avec l’aéroport

Un. Rapport qualité prix désastreux, un parking payant à 15 € la nuit, un établissement sale mal entretenu, pas de confort acoustique (dès que le voisin se mouche, nous l’entendons des grosses nuisances du au trafic en routier a, proximité (donc une mauvaise insonorisation des locaux) Des sanitaires, hors du temps, très sale. Mon commentaire ne changera rien, le personnel, comme l’hôtel sont une digne représentation de l’offre hôtelière en région parisienne, des tarifs, abusif, du personnel blasé, qui n’en a rien à faire du client, et un établissement vétuste avec des prix d’un quatre étoiles, voir cinq étoiles. ( je parle d’un véritable 4 étoiles !)

Chambre très confortable, Service rapide Merci! 🥰

Le lit était très confortable, la chambre lumineuse, spacieuse et insonorisée.

La douche ne fonctionnait pas très bien, les wc se sont bouchées dès la première chasse d'eau (nous n'avons rien jeté dedans, seule ma fille avait fait pipi) le menu pourrait être plus varié, je n'ai pas vu beaucoup d'options pour manger dans l'hôtel.

Très bon hôtel, conforme au descriptif. Parking non excessif par rapport aux autres hôtels de même catégorie à Orly (12€/nuit).

Literie au top super confortable. Malgré l’autoroute qui est à côté c’est plutôt calme. Nous sommes très satisfait et nous reviendrons avec joie .

Terrible service at the restaurant.

We sat at the restaurant for a long time and the server finally came. We asked for an English menu and was told there was none. We then sat there for a very long time waiting to order after translated the French menu on the phone. Three servers were standing around not doing anything. Finally one of them came over and asked for our order. We ordered the burger from the menu. He told us no more burger. He had clearly shown us that he didn’t want to serve us. This was very disappointing. We, Asian American, felt racially discriminated in an American hotel chain in a foreign land. We walked out.

Could not find the Shuttle on arrival. Had to take a taxi to the property.

Disappointing

Silent room

Waiting for staff to attend to you. Food was poor. Little service apart from a bed with pillow. I.e. Staff promised a taxi that did not show up. Staff always busy in the back room. Customers are not a priority. But that's all over Europe....

Very good breakfast, tidy room,

Late check in didnt work well. We had to wait for staff for almost half an hour. Only security guy was there.

Superb

Very quite and clean place. We didn't hear a single airplane. The stuff (Cherry in particularly) at the front desk was very friendly. Great tasty breakfast with a lot of options.

The corridor and the elevator could be better. But it's so unimportant.

Uncomfortable Experience

Food and location is fine

I would like to raise a complaint against the front desk person - Mr. Shiva. On checking in because I was Indian he upgraded my room and said he would send me a complimentary bottle of champagne. I checked into my room 301 (I think) room with AN INTERNAL CONNECTING DOOR. After my dinner by myself at the restaurant and paid my dinner bill I went back to my room. Mr. Shiva calls me on my room phone and asks if I'd still like the champagne, as I agreed I hear knocking on the door. I open the main room door as expected in a hotel sending anthing complimentary and there's no one at the main door. I continue to hear knocking and then I hear a man saying it's the connecting door. I opened it shocked to see Mr. Shiva is in the next room without his suit coat - offering me to join him for drinks. I flatly refused saying I'm retiring to bed as I have an flight next morning. I shut the door - locked all my doors - switched off all the lights. This was the most uncomfortable experience of my life. The next day I checked out - there is no sign of Mr. Shiva anywhere.

Proximity to airport

No ownership of airport shuttle. We got in late on Saturday AFTER the shuttle had stopped but were never told it stopped. It's an airport hotel!

It was clean, good bed and big room. Transfer from the hotel to the airport and vice was perfect!

The breakfast was so so.
