「メイン観光地からはかなり遠い。駅からは近いがメイン観光地からは公共交通機関を利用した方が良い」「大きなイベントがあったからか、宿泊費はそれなりに高かった」

Un bon hôtel moyen supérieur sans grand défaut ni grande qualité. On peut y revenir.

une chambre confortable, propre et au calme sur la cour .L'accueil très sympathique et efficace. l'hôtel est situé a 10 minutes du centre ville. Le parking voiture dans l'hôtel.

La salle de bain vraiment trop petite avec une cuvette WC régulièrement mouillée du fait de sa grande proximité avec le lavabo. Un petit déjeuner très standard...

We loved our stay, and highly recommend to others, particularly loved the private courtyard garden.

This was an amazing property. Great location, facilities and very friendly staff. The first hotel in Europe that we able to check in early!!

Exceptional service and wonderful location.

Very convenient for the station and an easy to walk in to the town. A wonderful inner garden courtyard to sit in. 24/7 free tea and coffee at reception.

Excellent choice for Munich

Location is very convenient closed to Munich Central Station. Room size is large with good amenities. Reception staff are very kind, helpful & service-minded. Best is hotel offer Euro 10 voucher per night in case guest accepts no cleaning service (min 2-night stay), very good environment strategy and anytime free Dallmayr tea & coffee, excellent !

Breakfast choices are rather limited.

Ordentliche Zimmer, ruhige Zimmer zum Innenhof, ausnehmend freundliches Personal, sehr hilfsbereit. Einladender Innenhof zum Verweilen und Frühstücken. Kleine Hotelbar, preiswert. Parken am besten in der Garage nebenan (100 Meter).

Alles in Ordnung (unser 3. Aufenthalt).

Great location to the Munich central Hbf

The location was very close to the central Munich Hbf train station which suited us perfectly. A well presented hotel with very attentive staff, however very overpriced for the room size; we have stayed in similar properties throughout Europe and this would be the most expensive for the same quality.

Impeccable and unbeatable value for money

Great value for money! Impeccable room, clean and modern. The roof of the bed indeed makes you feel like a king, and the welcome at reception was exuberantly friendly. With the central railway station, the airport bus station and a parking garage next door, location cannot be bet either. Also very nice toiletries.

Gentilezza dello staff alla reception, check-in e out rapidi, pulizia, camera e letto confortevoli, posizione (stazione centrale con metro, s-bahn e tram a 5 minuti a piedi).

Colazione discreta ma migliorabile; staff della sala colazione ha difficoltà a comunicare in lingua inglese.

The staff were extremely helpful. Location was good.

Tea/coffee wasn’t in the rooms though you could get a cup of tea/ coffee downstairs at no charge.

Cold room.

The room has a spacious and clean.

When I checked in and entered the room, it was very cold. I asked the reception about the central heating adjustment. She came with me and told me to increase it to the max. Even if I shower her that the display was showing ‘cooling mode’. When I was back to my hotel room in the evening, I switched it on and left it on for 1 hour. Of course it was not heating. I went to the reception again the following morning, and I was told (by the same person) that they had switched off that the central heating for all the hotel rooms because the previous week was warm. She said they cannot change this, despite it was snowing outside with an average temperature of 2 degrees. She told me to go to the amenities room to get a heater. Which I did when I arrived back to the hotel in the evening after a long day at work, but there were no heaters available. Therefore, I slept in a cold hotel room (again) that cost more than €100 per night. No real solutions were provided when I raised this with the reception staff.

Hôtel confortable et calme à deux pas du coeur de Munich

Chambre tout confort à deux pas de la gare centrale de Munich et des musées de Schwabing (pinacothèques, Lenbachhaus, etc.) Personnel sympathique et très serviable. Petit-déjeuner copieux et servi dans une très belle salle à manger.

La salle où l'on dépose les bagages. Pas d'identification des bagages ni de surveillance de l'espace : n'importe qui pourrait se servir en prétendant récupérer sa valise.

Nice room!

Extremely clean. Nice furniture. Nice staff. Very good breakfast. I received an upgraded room as the result of the original Kings property needing repairs. Good customer service move by management. Thanks.

I would definetly stay here again. Although only a 5 minute walk to the train station, it is a busy area. Ok for most people, but some may prefer quieter areas which might be further from the HBF environment.

Bigger than average room. Very good breakfast. Free fruit, coffee and lemon water all day. Very friendly staff.

Public transport is not that near. It is about 15 minutes walk. Can be difficult with luggage

Great location near to Munich central station. Friendly and accommodating staff Clean and orderly

Small room Air Conditioning struggled to get the room temp down. There were hot days during our stay. The area around central station on all sides has many homeless people on streets.

Nice hotel at an excellent location

Friendly staff, rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Excellent location close to the station and there are plenty of nice restaurants around.

Air-conditioning was loud, which made it difficult to fall asleep.

Super close to the main train station and about 20-minute walk to the Old City. The room itself is cozy and clean. The air conditioning was a surprise and it worked great!
