Heerlijke ruimte en dichtbij centrum

Heerlijk ruime kamers. Wij hadden een driepersoonskamer en het derde bed was zelfs in een aangesloten kamertje, heel fijn. Dichtbij het centrum (15 minuten lopen).

Het is best stijl voor de deur en de oprit.

Lage, Aussicht, Zimmergrösse, Matratzen, Frühstück, Parkmöglichkeiten und Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sind sehr gut

Einzig die Bettdecke war für Juli sehr winterlich…

Alles prima.

Das Frühstück war super. Einfach Top. Auch die Sicht vom Restaurant in Richtung Stadt ist super. Die Zimmer sind auch top. Einzige Kritik: Es gibt keine TV-Geräte im Zimmer. Dafür jedoch gutes W LAN.

clean room, nice view, nice breakfast, parking inside hotel, the hotel was at a hill, around trees but only ten minutes from city center on foot,

there was no one at the reception after three o clock, we found the key inside an envelope. small room without tv and refrigerator

Very good

The place is like a conference venue or a dorm. We stayed in a spacious room. The facilities are prepared for disables, so the bathroom is huge. The breakfast was good but the place look like canteen. It is nearly a kilometer to town center (the cathedral) but very cheap compared to hotels around old town with free parking spaces (maybe 15-20 lots). Walking to old town is a downhill through nice street, so it is a not a problem. But uphill may be a bit challenging for someone.

View from the hotel and also breakfast. also staff’s are really good and patient.

via public transport to hotel is not reachable. You need to take tramp until EuropaPlatz. from their you can also take a bus 27 Herdern 2nd stop Freiburg, Hochmeisterstraße

A peaceful place

It is a beautiful quite place , which nice views over the town. The rooms are spotless clean. Enterior is simple but very nice. The small lockable safe in the room comes handy as well. Also the possibility to hire a E bike to drive around the city is great , as parking the car in Freiburg is a bit challenging. Staff is competent and friendly. Breakfast buffet offers everything you can wish for. I looking forward to stay again at Caritas Tagungszentrum.

Exceptional

Exceptional location with view over the city. The city center is a 10 minutes walk away. There is a nice little park, with a tiny hike onto the hilltop and canvas chairs.

The room was kind of basic and small, there was no TV.

Great place to stay on the slope of the hill

Wonderful facilities located on the slope of the hilll. Easily walk from town. Rooms are simple and comfortable with a nice bathroom. The terrace has an incredible view and the breakfast is delicious. One can also get drinks at the reception area open 7/24 and pay when check-out. The whole atmosphere was nice. We arrived after the checking-in area, we received the instructions in advance, they were simple and clear. Wifi was easy to connect and it worked everywhere. The bedroom was clean every day.

Great, quiet hotel

Breakfast was very good The bed was very comfortable The room had every necessary furnishing and equipment for a few night stay. It was also quite cool at 38° outside. The view of the room was also great. Parking outside the hotel.

A perfect, nice and very clean place in with an amazing view on the city

The room was very clean, the breakfast buffet was very rich, the personnel very helpful and friendly. And the view on Freiburg was just amazing!

Friendly staff, room very clean and convenient, bed comfortable, the area is very nice on the hill with a nice view and possibility to walk in quiet nature although very close to the city center! Very nice place to meditate or relax.

Well, the rooms are not big but well arranged and functional, and the explanations on the webpage were faithful!

Amazing breakfast with different options, very complete. The location is very comfortable and there is a parking lot available. The room was big and the beds super comfortable. There is an area for sitting down and drinking or eating with a fridge from which you can take drinks and then you pay them before leaving.

such a great location - nice wander into town or into the forest. parking on site and delicious breakfast with a view. Basic accommodation but that is reflected in the very reasonable price. very friendly staff and sorted me arriving out of hours easily.

Location was quite close to the central and breakfast buffet was suffient.

Sound isolation from nearby rooms (you could hear if someone is coughing), the uphill on the way to hotel
