it's our second time in this hotel, liked it a lot, hope to return some day

we liked everything, location, room, AC was working good considering the warm weather. Very nice restaurant and helpful staff.

Perfekt!

Wir waren schon zum 3.mal im Laschensky und sind immer wieder begeistert! Tolles Hotel, tolle Mitarbeiter, toller Pool- und Spabereich, großes Spielplatz für die Kinder.

TOLL!!

Der Spa und Wellnessbereich ist außergewöhnlich gut! Wunderschön und es ist an alles gedacht worden! Kombiniert mit dem Ausblick und sehr sympathischen Personal & tollem Frühstücksbuffet waren es für uns super, super schöne Tage! Absolut empfehlenswert

Das Abendessen hat uns nicht so sehr aus den Schuhen gehauen

Very enjoyable.

Excellent breakfast - great range and quality. Very good dinner menu. Location close to bus to Salzburg and to A1 road for access to lakes etc. Very good room.

Nothing really. Perhaps more variety of fruit for breakfast would enhance it.

Can’t complain about nothing from my first step in till last out. From the reception team, bar/Restaurant team, SPA and everyone else connected to this beautiful Hotel it was an unbelievable experience should be a 7 star Hotel

Breakfast was delicious. Spa area with different pools.

My wife had a birthday, but we didn't get any benefits from the hotel.

Superb

It would be hard to find a fault with this hotel. It is extremely well managed, the staff, all of them, were very friendly and obliging. The food was exceptional as were the facilities.

wunderbar!

clean, modern, spacious hotel and rooms. great view towards the mountains. staff were excellent - professional, warm and friendly and went out of their way to assist. they looked great in traditional outfits…

it was a warm few days (28 degrees) - so opening corridor windows, cranking up the air conditioning so the communal areas were not so warm and stuffy would have been more comfortable.

Great experience, cleanliness, food and service all thumbs up.

Rooms were comfortable and clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet offerings were impressive and the evening dinners were excellent. The views from the hotel were also beautiful.

Modern, stylish and comfortable. Convenient location. Not quite as luxurious as expected.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The room was quite spacious, modern and the beds very comfortable. The adult spa area was well appointed and not overly crowded. The hotel is very child-friendly and has a big playground outside. However, almost the entire spa area and the hot tub are only for adults, so it was a shame not to be able to visit all of these areas with our daughter.

The indoor-outdoor pool was not quite warm enough to be comfortable (in cold weather). Everything was generally quite stylish and modern, though a few things were not quite as luxurious as we expected (i.e. the towels in the room were quite scratchy and the soap in the bathroom was not particularly nice). Small details like these make the difference (for me) between a "normal" hotel and a luxury hotel.

Excellent Hotel where to regenerate mind and body

I loved everything, from the warm check-in, lovely staff, spa, food, rooms, all was literally perfect. I was traveling with my wife and she agree this hotel is super for families, couple or working travel.

We will most definetly be returning to this lovely hotel.

My husband and I have just returned from a 3 night stay at this extremely pretty hotel. it is perfectly located and the surrounding views are outstanding. The view from our hotel room of the mountains. The staff dress in traditional attire and is managed by a family. The food and drinks are also very good. The breakfast buffet offers lots of choices and caters to all. The Spa looked very inviting but unfortunately we ran out of time to be able to enjoy this. Hopefully next time.

Exceeded our expectations. Blissful!

Very welcoming atmosphere, comfortable, stylish accommodation. Great pools, wellbeing facilities new, clean, very well organised. Friendly staff always eager to help. had dinner a couple of times, enjoyed the food and puddings - delicious! Also a nice bar area for a night cap. What surprised us was that the hotel and facilities didn’t feel too busy whilst the hotel was fully booked. Very easy to get into town using the local bus, an 18mins journey. Definitely will return!
