Uma estadia tranquila.

Check-in automático. Embora localizado fora do centro existe autocarro a 5 minutos a pé e metro a 15 min a pé. O check-in foi automático pois a receção está a fechada no fim-de-semana. O espaço tinha todas as comodidades referidas inclusive kitchenette.

Não tem ar-condicionado, apenas uma ventoinha. A limpeza poderia ser levada mais a sério pois existiam manchas nos sofás, cadeiras e cortinados.

Parfaitement adapté pour un séjour d'un week-end

Correspondait à nos attentes pour un voyage sportif de groupe. Pratique pour se retrouver avec les sportifs ou les parents dans les chambres spacieuses.

la taille du hall qui est petit et ne permet pas de rentrer avec toute l'équipe à la réception, on est resté devant la porte dans le froid le temps de la distribution des badges des chambres.

tarif correct chambre pour 4 personnes . parking payant ou gratuit juste en face . contacte par message booking très bien . la chambre est relativement grande un petit coin cuisine appréciable

Not happy

The staff very helpfully.

The spring in my bed .Being woken up every night with noise in the corridor at 4.45 .The last night woken up at 2Am a 4Am from noise .J was not happy with that.

A decent budget option in Rennes.

We had a room at the back of the building, where we could not hear the nearby traffic. The underground garage parking was for 6.50 euro/day. Good location, close to the bypass and only around 30mins on foot to city centre. The apartment was clean, bed was comfortable, little kitchenette equipped enough. There were a spare blanket and spare pillows in left in the wardrobe. Carrefour shop near by. The property felt safe.

The doors and walls were not sound proof. Every night we could hear a child screaming. We could also hear voices in nearby apartments. The layout of the apartment was strange: toilet was next to the entrance door. It had no washing basin for hand washing. The bathroom including shower and the washing basin (no toilet) was past the kitchen and the bedroom. The sofa bed was not very comfy. The reception was manned only on Easter Friday (which is not a BH in France). There was nobody there during the rest of Easter. We should have been given, at least, an emergency contact number in case of any problems. But we were not.

Bad place to stay

There is no receptionist at the hotel entrance after 7:30 pm. Nobody controls the entry of guests after that I had a bad stay. Men book rooms to party with prostitutes. I felt very scared when I faced 5 men and a woman in the hotel corridor during the night. they spoke very loudly, made noises and loud music all night long. no one was there to control. I dont recommend this hotel.

Cheap and decent hotel at walking distance of the city center

Spacious rooms. Good price-quality ratio for a hotel situated at a 20-30 minute walk distance of the center of Rennes. Underground parking spots available for 6€ a day. Decent breakfast for 8€ per person.

Rooms are a bit outdated. The holder for the showerhead was broken, so you had to hold it in your hand in order to shower properly. Would be nice if this was fixed.

Comfortable "aparthotel", just a bit farther from the city center than it looks on the map

Nice "aparthotel" with good furnishings. It was very quiet, and the main room was quite spacious and comfortable. No complaints about the room at all.

The location is a bit more isolated than I realized; it's quite a hike to get there unless you take public transit. This does mean that it's in a fairly quiet neighborhood, but there's also not much nearby to see.

Practical for where I wanted to go, good night sleep, comfortable stay

More than one could expect - not a bedroom but a flat ! TV in lounge, TV in bedroom ! could follow the Euro in comfort :) Quiet, spacious, clean...king size bed, kitchen area to heat my own food and make tea. Plenty of parking spaces in main road opposite the building. Close to parade of shops and shopping centre a bit further on.

Hard to find something not to like frankly. Can't criticise large spacious flat that makes you feel as if you are home! The Wifi should be secured, that's all I would recommend as an improvement.

Make yourself at home

The place was exceptionally clean. During my two week stay, they cleaned the room once a week, changed our linnen and left the place shining. Our room had view to the inner court, which was a great plus. The appartment was big enough to not feel crowded after such a long stay. My electronic key stopped working, and there was no one at the reception. But they have a very clever system, and the problem was solved in minutes by just making a phonecall to their emergency number. The drapes can be shut completely to have a completely dark room; I slept great. The floor is wooden, and the appartment is actually pretty.

Something to improve would be the sponges we're given, they're half sponges with only the soft part of it, making it tedious to clean the dishes.

Good accommodation for the price

Very spacious apartment. Very comfortable bed. A little odd that the toilet had no hand basin, and was at the other end of the apartment to the bathroom.

Although we were in a hot spell, this isn't unusual in France, so the lack of any cooling system made for a poor night's sleep. It was also quite noisy.
