Easy to park car in garage. Breakfast is also ok. Spacious apartment.
Sofa bit dirty. Elevators are slow, out of order. Takes for ever to get up and down.

The location was good, it was near to Manauara shopping with restaurants etc and the area quite felt safe. The roof top pool was nice and usually empty which was appreciated on a hot day. The room/apartment was quite big. At breakfast you could order warm tapiocas with fillings you wanted.
Our overall experience was not good.
Breakfast: No good options for vegans. Tapiocas and vegetables (there were either fried bananas or potatoes) were probably fried in butter. There were no bread toppings (not even jam) that did not contain animal products. No allergy informations available and the staff did not usually speak english so you could not ask. Some of the juices tasted weird (in a bad way) compared to same juices we had tasted in other places in Brazil. One morning, there was also an ant infestation on one of the tables.
Elevators: the worst elevators we have ever seen. There are two elevators but most of the time only one was working, so you had to wait a long time, and when the elevator arrived it was usually going to wrong direction/full of people. They were also constantly making odd noises and were incredibly warm inside. This was the first time ever that we actually had to be a bit afraid of elevators. Furthermore, the stairs did not lead to the public areas in the lobby which forced us to use the one and only working elevator.
Laundry: The hotel has a laundry room that tve guests can book. We made a booking one morning for 9am but received the key to the laundry room 2h too late. In their booking list, they had apparently given the key to akother guest 20min before our booking. When we asked for how long the booking was, they told us that we have to return the key the same day and did not specify any exact time. When we finally got the key to the laundry room, we found out that guests were expected to bring their own detergent. Even though the hotel offered their own laundry services, it was not possible to buy detergent from them. This further delayed our schedule for the day. The washing machine did not indicate how long each programme would take which made planning even more difficult. In the end we wasted pretty much our whole day at the hotel because of this.
Room: the room was not properly cleaned when we arrived.

Breakfast is pretty good and has some local flavors to try, the rooms are big, and I had great views. The Manauara Shopping is within walking distance which is useful. The area feels safe and Uber pickups to and from the door are easy.
The wifi in the room barely worked except in one corner of the apartment. Some reception staff, particularly at night, don't speak English, so if you don't know any Portuguese you may have trouble communicating. Some staff members responded reluctantly to requests that I thought would be basic in a 4 start hotel. For example, asking for a fresh towel, where the response was "I'll see what I can do" then they call the housekeeping and then don't inform you about anything and just make you wait.
I once had dinner in the hotel restaurant, which was very good, and decided to pay directly there after dinner and not put it on the room, because I was leaving that night and wanted to speed up the checkout. However, they still tried to charge me at checkout again! So check the bill carefully at checkout! They also charge you for the water bottles they leave in the fridge but don't actually tell you that they aren't complimentary. Given that the apartments don't have a water filter, I just assumed these bottles were complimentary.

Very helpful and friendly staff at reception and in the restaurant, where I only had breakfast once but there was a large selection of food and drinks/interesting fruit juices, all well laid-out - all delicious.
The room was impeccably clean and (aside from the couch which for a 6’2” guy was way too low and difficult to get out of), extremely comfortable.
There’s a small rooftop pool and if you’re new to Manaus’ weather like I was, you’ll probably be treated to a late-night lightning storm flashing through the clouds right above your head. It’s pretty special.
The location is great, with a pretty huge mall a 10-minute walk away. There’s also a large Carrefour supermarket a short taxi ride away, or 15-minute walk if you’re not carrying too many bags.
The system for reserving the laundry key needs to be fixed. You can reserve a four-hour slot for a fee and get to the machine on the top floor and find someone else’s stuff mid-cycle. I did manage to get all my laundry done but it involved me changing loads in the middle of the night, and I came very close to running out of clean clothes. I hope someone takes a look at the system that’s in place because it isn’t working and it’s easily fixed. People like me booking hotels with laundry being high on their list of requirements have to have some guarantee that they can actually use them at a reasonable time.
The worst part of the hotel are the two elevators. Bring plenty of snacks and water if you need to use them, because it takes forever. I think I was on the 11th or 12th floor and a usual trip up would be press the button in the lobby, wait far too long, go down one floor to the car park where there’s nobody waiting, back up to reception where again there’s nobody waiting, stop at another floor on the way to let someone on (who wants to go to reception). On the way down it’s usually the same. Get on on your floor after you’ve been waiting so long the lights in the hallway have timed-out three times, head up to the top floor, then make a couple of more stops on the way down to reception. God help you if you forget your wallet and have to go back...
Why spend so much time writing about this? I’m smiling now several weeks later but at the time it was infuriating. Maybe you’re more easygoing. They should sell blu-rays of the security camera footage of hapless tourists lose their minds simply trying to get to bed.

Breakfast was good. The small kitchen allowed us to heat leftover pizza one morning & to make tea & coffee. It was nice to have a round table & a desk to work at. Cleaning was efficiently done every day. Some of our party made use of the swimming pool on the roof.
The lighting was inadequate. It was probably ok if you wanted to watch TV. But it wasn't enough for reading a real book. No pots or pans were provided if you really wanted to cook something, Our shower didn't drain well, so we had to be careful that it didn't overflow all over the bathroom floor.

Very nice included breakfast. Stunning view from the roof top swimming pool. Confortable flat (not just a room).
One of two elevators not working, making trips in and out of the room long. TV was missing in the living room. Could not get the sauna working, because the reception did not respond on their WhatsApp.

All rooms are one-bedroom apartments – much larger than the rooms of the competitive hotels. If possible, ask for a high floor room on the side with the view to the Rio Negro bridge.
The front desk person spoke good English, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is good.
There is a supermarket and a drugstore across the street. Several good restaurants and a big mall are in a few minutes walking distance.

Good to have a small kitchen, microwave and fridge, so we could order a take away. Breakfast was good. Reception staff very helpful. They arranged a river tour for us at very short notice, when we had been let down by the company who we had originally booked with. Our tour with Louro Turismo was fantastic - happy to recommend them. The area felt safe. Habaneros is a good place to eat. Tasty Mexican food at reasonable prices
Happy with everything. You will need a taxi to get to the main tourist attractions.
