Bra- kan tänka mig att bo där fler gånger.

Hotellet serverade en utmärkt tre rätters meny. Vällagat, vackert upplagt och lagom portionsstorlek. All eloge till kocken!

Saknade eluttag på ena sidan av dubbelsängen. Kylskåpet var avstängt och därmed inte kallt.

Todo genial

La habitación era muy grande, el baño estaba perfectamente equipado y el aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien (importante porque hacía muchísimo calor). Tiene frigorífico y cocina.

El microondas de la habitación no funcionaba, los utensilios para cocinar estaban sucios y no había nada para poder limpiarlos en la cocina. Si sales de la habitación a partir de las 10:30 no te la limpian.

Great hotel

The staff were great. Nice bedroom and it was well arranged for our baby (cot).

I didn't like the payment system. We have reserved by the Booking for the facility and they send an external link to pay for the accommodation, looking like a scam. It was the only complaint, the rest was great

Above average and fine for an overnight stop

Booked 2 family suites so had 4 rooms conjoined 🤣🤣 4 kitchens ( all unexpected..), 4 bathrooms etc etc. Good VFM and entrance/ feel much more upmarket than expected for a 'cheap' stop over in Nantes.

Reception staff on check out very rude. Paid the bill on check in but receptionist In the morning did not believe us and was very abrupt.

A very good hotel

A very good, clean hotel with polite and helpful staff. Very good breakfast, with fresh products, very good coffee and free parking. The room was big with a comfortable bed a small kitchen with all the amenities, although we didn't use it. Excellent internet.

Good hotel, good location, and whilst mistakes happen, an apology would go a long way…

Great location for business travel around Nantes, very clean accommodation and good sized rooms

The one issue was upon arrival, I was given a card for a room, and upon accessing the room, someone else was already checked in to that room!! I immediately reported this and was told ‘mistakes happen’ and that was it… I’m sure it’s a one off, but it impacted how I felt all stay and received no apology.

It was convenient and great location, feel safe and comfortable with friendly staffs. BF and Bar service was great and very friendly. Cocktails was wonderful! The manager, Thibault very efficient regarding your concerns and made you feel pleasure and warming welcomed. Happy to stay here.

The King bed needs some work to make it comfortable is a plus!

great stopover hotel to break a long journey

clean and practical. Kitchenette a godsend as we were too tired to go out and eat after a long drive. Great value for money and handy stopover. Not the easiest place to find but ok in the end with satnav.

Hotel was very clean and maintained well. Excellent and friendly staff in all departments. Easy access to all public areas of hotel. Excellent wifi on property.

Breakfast was adequate although surprised that cold scrambled eggs were normal and not served heated. Being a 3 star hotel, I was hoping for more variety for evening bar food. Only frozen pizza and small dishes of rice and meats / fish heated up in microwave.
