Not so bad as you can read in the reviews

I was worried because of old reviews but it seems that I was in a different hostal. It was clean, a bit of humidity below the window but that's it. The personal was nice and happy to help.

A bit expensive for a hostal but it's the only one in the village.

Nice room... nice rough bar and restaurant... I would stay there again

I liked the rough charme of this place... Breakfast, Dinner and Beer etc. were cheap and a good experience... the room was surprisingly nice... way better than expected... I was able to park my motorbike behind the Hostal - nice

Disappointing

Were given a room that was not fully cleaned but which was promptly replaced with another.

On booking they gave us the possibility to choose between double bed and 2 single beds but later they said that after all there was no longer any possibility to choose and I ended up paying the same amount without the possibility to choose the bed. Old rooms and poor condition, need a large investment in facilities.

cheap, clean great location for Rio Tinto area, OK for 1 or 2 nights

This is a value for money place to stay. It is clean has a lift but it is basic accomadation. We ate dinner there once and would not recommend it. We went else where for breakfast.

Reception varied from good and helpful 'young lady' to couldn't care less 'young man!!

I loved the food- best gazpacho I’ve had for ages

The staff were very helpful about the Ríotinto museum and the other attractions What an interesting place

I forgot the remote and had to send it back Maybe the remote could be in the room

Hostal Atalaya, well positioned for the Rio Tinto mines tour.

It was only a few meters to the museum and it was easy to find and in a nice location.

Restaurant menu was a little limited but it was OK.
